Store does not keep their posted hours. I rushed to make it before closing and did so. Although I arrived before closing, the doors were already locked. All I needed was to pick up a package from the Amazon locker but they just shook their head, no.

Why have signs about smart coupons to be used and i clip them but can't use it like tonite for the always discreet liners. I even showed them the picture of the sign and he said if it doesn't discount it off there is nothing they can do about it!!SMFH

This store to me wasn't fair. I had to come in because I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets at my father's home. I was ran out of my shoes literally thus I came in barefooted. I was allowed to go to isle get wasp spray stand at register waiting. Only to be told couldn't ring me up🤬🤬. I explained what happened and still refused. With the blisters to show I had to stand outside til someone purchased these for me. But nowhere did it say no shoes no shirt no service.

The return policy for items with family dollar brand on it is astounding. No store credit or offer to exchange without a receipt. This caused us to find the receipt and return the item for a full refund with no desire to visit again. Being in Dallas for the first time has been a rough experience.

The selection is good, not great, but still somewhere I will go to pick up minor items needed. Ms Sheri is amazing every time I come in there. The prices are what ypu might find anywhere else. The only thing I don't see the point in being so expensive is the plastic flowers lol I mean they are the exact same size and quality as the ones you find at a dollar tree. But that seems to be the extent of the negatives. Also cleanliness may be something they need to look at more. I cannot blame them though. They need more employees or the owner needs to hire a local cleaning company to just deepclean the store 1-2 times weekly. Having public bathrooms (for customers) would be extremely helpful too.

Always packed. They need to have more registers open. I always see a lot of employees in the store but only one register open. Always a long wait. I'll give a 5 star when I see more than one register open.

If I could I'd give this store 0 stars to the 2 morning employees the short Hispanic lady n the negra are always in bad moods I have the FD coupon ape . I can never save n if you ask those 2 ladys for help they get mad n start huffing n puffing rolling eyes n even raise the voice a little to make it clear they don't care n don't wanna be helpful n say they cant help, how do people get their saving if the computer at this store is program to not let people get the saving it claims to give you n have rude employees they may act good people when managers are around but they don't have good customer service skills

I personally haven’t been able to go because I’m disabled and my wheelchair doesn’t fit through any of the back aisles it’s hard to get through when there are random displays of products

Employees always talking bad about and to costumers they look like they don't care to work in the store and if you speak up they all talk over you take turns screaming.I saw this happened to someone I felt so upset.And if you see the ads they will almost never have that in.
