Everything is fine till you get to paying their cashiers suck. They have maybe 2 cashiers working meanwhile theirs 10 workers just standing around just staring at customers and talking intstead of them working the cashiers.

We found false publicity the products were packed before hands and you have to buy the pack no what you need. You also had to buy 2 products of the same type. No nice environment prices no matching the ads

"The kitchen serves up the best food, surpassing even mom's cooking. From aqua frescas to perfect tortillas and always-fresh pan dulce, not to mention unbeatable cakes! It's a haven for busy moms, making family meals a breeze. šŸ²šŸ°"

Always has the freshest fruit and good selection of cleaning supplies also live fish if you want it that fresh, usually eny Spanish sounding place usually has these top 3 things going on, mind the smell if you're in the meat & fish section.P.S they also have tasty ham.

Low prices on just about everything except frozen dinners and cans of fruit. In house bakery and chosen items are put in white paper bags like the olden days. Serves many native beverages at a fruit bar inside near produce section. Watermelon chunks are succulent and inexpensive. Potatoes are in 3, 5, 8 and 10 lb bags which helps pedestrians. They bake cakes to order. Their in-house brand of coffee is real good too. Stay awake and you'll be able to buy it on sale for $2.99.Recently took Roast Chicken flavor Ramyan off the shelf.

I only go I'm here if I have to. Not that it's a bad place. But, I find too many processed foods in they're aislesI will say their produce is fresh and reasonably priced. But they need to coffee that is from Central America, other than Columbia.Other, than the coffee complaint, I find the store is always be clean and organized.

Used to have the best Tamales, but quality went downhill when they stopped making them on site. Last time I went, they were dry and crusty.

I used to get my groceries here all the time but had to stop. The cashiers at this particular store are extremely rude they donā€™t smile, they donā€™t say how are you, they have zero customer service skills.. Itā€™s like your getting checked out by a wall. In one instance the cashier made a mistake and over charged me 10 dollars, instead of apologizing she ended up getting mad at me for the inconvenience. Their customer service is horrible but they do have a lot of Mexican goods, even though they are high priced. If you like rude cashiers and high prices then this place is for you.

I am not returning until they remove the mask mandate. They offer good Latin American products that I like but I will found another storefront that reason and the next reasons.Sometimes products disappear and you ask if they will have them again and nobody has an idea. One Saturday I tried to buy the flower tortilla package they make, I needed them for a breakfast reunion I had. They said they are no more. I asked at what time they open Sunday to come and get them early. I drove 15 minutes to the supermarket each way. When I got there a gentleman said ā€œ the machine is brokenā€. But they couldnā€™t said that a day earlier.I like the prices that is why I am giving a 3 star. Sometimes the fruit quality is not the best. You just need to learn what to buy and what not.Buying sweet bread has become a nightmare. They need to figure out a better system. A lady with gloves picks up your bread to put them on a bag. She has been working doing other things. It is the same as me picking up my bread with my bare hands. If they remove the thongs the put gloves for people like in a buffet. To see the bread cabinet an a table in front does not invite to buy. I used to buy at least 3 times a week. Since last year I had purchased only two times and the last time two weeks ago is going to be the last one. Same day they told me they didnā€™t have any more flower tortillas for the day.

Hispanic Market on Webb Chapel in Dallas. Their food to go is awesome, 2 types of salsa (you get flour or corn tortillas) barbacoa, tamales you name it is there! A bakery with delicious cakes, cookies, fruit drinks and a meat market to die for! Everytime I visit the store is clean, plenty of parking, there also have small cubby stalls by the registers for services to pay bills, buy money orders, etc. Open everyday!

I usually love this place but I wanted to get some atole de nuez, and I was in line and there was a man behind me in line, the lady skipped me and served the man behind me first. I am not happy about my experience.

It is a great place to buy food from. We bought a grill from there and it didnā€™t not live up to our expectations. The grill barely had any sort of flame. Besides that the establishment always has a good selection of food.Edit: The place was refund us really quick which was great!!

This was one of my favorite stores. After applying for a part time job I was rejected and was a victim of discrimination. I was not given the job due to not being Central American or Mexican. Even though they are in need of cashiers per the supervisor and manager on site. Their excuse was that I didn't pass the background check. Oh but I work for a bank full time. So disappointed.

First time visit as this store. Great selections and full Mexican style butcher and fish. Everything looked fresh. We focused on the panaderia this time and found the breads and sweets very good. Next time I plan to try the hot food so it looks traditional Mexican instead of Tex-Mex.

Rewriting my review from 5 starts to 1, went to store couple times and every time I try to order something at Dairy department the lady's there are paying more attention to the gosyp or doing their jobs before taking costumer orders the Manager Juan is nice person but it looks like he need to learn a little more about management since he's team don't listen to him. I have to leave all my grocery beacouse not one take care of my order, definitely not coming back again.

Nice selection of breads and pastries. Fruits and veggies are very fresh and impressively laid out. Meat counter has good value with great quality. Took off one star for store cleanliness.

Prices are ok. Produce seems very fresh. The baked goods are tasty and the eatery inside serves some good food. I've been to other mexican markets that look gross and this one is pretty clean. Bathrooms are also clean and the place in general which is great.

Everything is nice and fresh. Everyone is polite and helpful. Only thing is that they changed their recipe for the bionico. Used to be nice and thick with fruit all the way to the bottom. Now itā€™s all runny and only has about 2/3 of the fruit. I hope they go back to their original recipe. Used to buy it several times a week but have stopped due to the drastic change but still love everything else.

We're outside the store it was raining hard that time, the store says they will be open at 6:30 am online, there are people inside the store see us outside the glass door we asked them like sign language because we're outside they just past us by, that's so rude just explain it to us, people worked there represent how they are...just say

Overall it is a good store. The only problem is that they have a fridge that doesn't have a handle and when you try to open it you cut yourself. We have already told the managers and they have not done anything about it! If they change this then the last star will come on.Update:They have FINALLY put on the handle! Thank you! See it wasn't that hard was it?

My friend brought me a tamale from there and it was excellent. So I took myself there to pick some up for the office, I left with 2 dozen tamales, 2 dozen fresh still hot tortillas, rice and 2lbs of barbacoa. By the way these are not your average size tamales. Once I placed some of that rice and Barbacoa on one of those fresh tortillas with some of their green sauce....I totally forgot about those tamales. Heaven is the best way to describe them, I had to force myself to stop eating them. Give this place a try it will be well worth it.

Best meat and produce in town, friendly staff, and the variety is great. If you don't feel like cooking, they have prepared foods like barbacoa and carnitas. Lots of fresh cremas as well as awesome cakes. Love this place!

The store is clean and semi friendly customer service. However, I went there one morning for a SMALL fruit smoothie, asked them to use my own protein and they charged me $5. I believe I can get something even better at Starbucks or smoothie king for that price.
