Update 3/2/23 Went in for some corn tortillas, snap a few pics of the inside. Affordable prices.Its packed all the time, I go sometimes to get the 5 24pks of waters for $10. They have good deals most weeks.

Very packed on the weekends. All cash registers full. Still a great place to get great food. It's popular so be patient. The main reason I love is because they have the type of ice cream they have...see pics. It reminds me of the type from my moms hometown in mexico. Super yummy and awesome.

Went to buy groceries Wich they have good stuff but a pack of flower tortillas went bad after two days the pack was 10$ ridiculous and the meat goes bad quick as well from the back part of the store and it stinks back there all of they’re meat is on the brink of spoiling that’s why it stinks like rotten when you pass by

So gave them 4 stars cause I prove of them having multiple check out lines available but they didn't have a few things I needed like stuff for a gumbo like no okra of any kind and I had a issue finding the rue for a gumbo. Everything else was fine

Had a lil bit of a hiccup at the store .. and Miss Nicki handled the issue like a professional and very sweet . A manager like her can be very beneficial for a company to help with great customer service because you rarely see that . You should be proud and honored to have her as an employee. RUDE WORKERS. there was barely anything good when i went shopping there. i asked to get an agua fresca because they were full and the workers were giving attitude and told me they closed THEY WASTED THAT AGUA FRESCA and were being really rude to my mom.

I just moved to the area and I was shopping. I took a selfie next to one of the beautiful displays and some guy a manager of sorts decided to come tell me I couldn't take pictures. I am a muslim woman and I am also Mexican I was truly offended I see plenty of pictures posted by others on here. This was clearly discrimination. I will not be shopping here anymore.

El rancho always come thru for me . Open late , which is convenient for me because I work late a lot and they were open today even on snow days . The cashiers are always nice .I changed my review from 5 to 3 stars they need security here at this location, I had a friend be followed. Nowadays your paying customers need to feel safe .

Everything about this store was good, until today I had issues with some items that I did not have in any of my bags. They could not do anything about it, I had to re buy the items and they are not giving me the money back. They made it seem as if I left them there on purpose or something but I didn’t, why would I just come back for no reason? Even the cashier I got was moody or something she was not in her best moods..

Reason its not less because today was going to be my first time shopping at this store before I go I decided to call to see if they have what I am looking for hot links in the box I talked to 3 people out of the 3 didn't understand what I was asking for n I even try asking n Spanish my Spanish not that good the last person just hung up on me thank you like I said was going to be my first time going to this store they must make lot of money to hang up on a customer

This is a really rewarding shopping experience. The store is always orderly and clean and the people are very friendly.The meat is reasonably priced and the produce is always plentiful and fresh. The employees seem to take pride in their work and usually have a smile on their faces.They take COVID-19 seriously. You must wear a mask to get in the store. The one seemingly silly thing that they do is place a plastic sandwich bag over the checkout keypad. They don't change the bag after every customer or spray it. They don't want you to get germs on the pad but you're getting it on the plastic bag over the keypad so what have they really accomplished?

Store is always clean and I can always get help when I need it especially with translation only downfall is that they don't have any carry baskets that you can carry in your hands. But they do have plenty of push baskets🤗

I was taken aback by, the lack of protocol and lack of store management. For a simple transaction, to be processed the front end manager decided that when the POS machine cannot, "run " a transaction as is advertised with a Major bank [ Capital One ] Mastercard debit . He says just run it as a credit card transaction, but the cashier is totally inept as doesn't know how to do that. So, the manager himself attempts to process it as a credit card transaction, and is also unable to do a simple task. Then he " restarts" the terminal and the POS as well, and he again tries to run my Capital One debit Mastercard again. But that doesn't work, so he asks all of the waiting customers behind me to move to the adjacent register. Then he , the manager attempts yet again to "run " what he knows is a debit card as a credit card and finds out it wouldn't work. This took up almost a half-hour. Go to any grocery store except Malone's Cost Plus, because only they can give this level of "service " . SMH

I would give it a negation be -100 if was able. Worst place to purchase meat. Purchased 6 lbs of already fillet fajita meat at $9.99 lb. and the meat was not fillet properly and the meat even after marinating it for an entire night the meat was tough. This was a waste of money and will never buy meat from them again.

This super market is skewed to appeal towards a certain group of people, that group being latinos; In my opinion that's a good thing though. The place is a tad bit run down, but the staff are really friendly which is a big plus.

There are plenty of fresh veggies and sea food. I go there for the shrimp, cilantro, and their peanut. You can get drumsticks for 49cents a lb on sale. No where else can you find that.Only gripe I have are the cashier. Slower than molasses.Update. New lights are nice
