This is located in a strip mall behind a restaurant, so it's not directly on the main road. It's right next to Planet Fitness. There weren't any shopping carts and no extra hand baskets. I had to hold everything in my hands while shopping. They had a few aisles of Easter candy and decor. The garden section was picked over. There were plenty of toys, arts and crafts supplies, junk food, and beauty items. They also had balloons and party supplies. There was plenty of parking out front.

11/4/23 Cam to this location and the doors where still locked at 9:06am. So and associate came to the door and told me that the systems were down it'll be a few minutes. I then call customer service they told me to contact the store to see what was going. As I'm still sitting in the parking lot I called the store and a lady answered the phone and she rudely told me that my systems are down we can't do anything and she hung. I then go up to the door and the same lady that answer the phone which she stated that she was the store manager and her name was Jackie. She didn't tell me that she hung up on me because of the way I was talking to her and all I did was ask a question when is the store going. Dollar tree needs to re-evaluate their hiring in the customer service because the customer service at the Dollar tree locations or very poor now if you go into a predominantly Caucasian area you wouldn't get the same treatment as if you went to an area where the ethnicity is predominantly either African-American or Hispanic.4/21/23 Came into this location to purchase some items as well as get some balloons. I was standing there because I didn't see a cashier. But as I walked up by the register Viola Cater was sitting there on her phone. I processed to ask her questions and she answered after she would find laughing and talking. Then she begins to get rude as if I'm bothering and or interrupting her phone conversation. Another customer asked her a question 3 times before she answered him. So I asked to speak with a manager and she stated that they would be back next week. Then two alleged managers come out of the office wanted to know what's going on. Viola needs a class of customer service skills and a write up for being on the phone. This dollar tree just keeps going down.3/4/23 I come into this location to do and exchange. There was a new girl on the register so she asked about associate Kayla for help which I was assuming was the manager but she wasn't. So she said that two of the items where not on the receipt. This is after Im done shopping mind you on the receipt I spent 80 plus dollars and I was about to spend another 80 plus. So so proceeded to tell me that I can't do the exchange. So I leave the store and then turn around and come back because two of the items are really really need it. I then go ask her where did you put the items at because two of the items I needed and she had a very bad attitude then she finally told me where they were. Now she's hovering over me as I'm standing in line and then I asked her are you the manager she tells me no I said what can you get the manager. So another young girl comes up as the manager. So what I'm not understanding is why is an associate making manager decisions? Dollars Tree y'all need to do better.This store is very messy, empty, and always out of product. Nothing is never stocked on the shelfs. You may find the product you're looking for in one of the many box located on the floor around the store. The manger Tonya is very rude, unprofessional and needs a lot of help in the customer service department. I've called corporate on her several times but she's still this with the same rude attitude and poor customer services skills. Why? I guess she represents the Dollar Tree company well. So that tells me as a hold the company has poor customer service skills, bad attitudes, rude, poor judgement, treats there employee's unfairly, and still be able to be the manger because we can't find or hire someone that's qualified for the position.

If you decide to come and work and apply for a job at least do the job RIGHT. We dont deserve poor customer service because you dont want to be there because you are there by choice. A simple how are you ? How was your shopping experience ? Would suffice… the store is very unorganized and quite filthy. They can do better if they wanted.

Employees are rude always locking the doors 15 minutes they close. By 9:40 they turn off the lights to make it seem they closed. Horrible service needs better managing. No point of advertising they close at 10 if employees don’t want to work that late.

Viola- my experience with you. I walked in, no hello as you’re sitting on the phone. A customer before me gets rung up- while you’re on the phone. You say no hello, no your total is. The entire time you are on your cellphone. Your conversation- “They want me to apply for manager, but it pays $12.” Your entire call consisted of so many swear words, I was glad there were no children around.Please consider another job where you aren’t in the front lines. Customer service is not for you.

Went to the store on 08/03 around 5 pm, the lady working the register had poor customer service. She was leaned over the counter sleepy while checking out customers did not say a word to customers the entire time.Store was in disarray and barely had items in the right spot

Wonderful! I was able to get the items l needed and more. I didn't have to wait in line for a long time because the cashier moved the line efficiently and expediently. The store was clean and organized. The customer service was excellent throughout the store.

I would give it more stars but for the past few months this location as been not stocked and its not because they lack staffing they got plenty of workers but I've noticed they gossip a lot specially this two Hispanic chicks. And lately people seem to be leaving their trash on shelves and i mean empty cans of soda or burger wraps. Maybe im just specting too much out of this store considering the location.

I work down the street and come here often- and each time there is 1 cashier while 3 other associates are outside smoking cigarettes. It’s poor management and a huge lack of urgency to help out the one cashier who is probably beginning to stress over the line that’s building up.It’s customer service. Maybe smile and be happy to help your fellow coworker who will help us get out faster and happier.

It was not tidy. The items are not organized. Floors are dirty. It's a stomping ground for crime. Once someone got their car broken into when I was there and today a woman in line had gone into a fit about something then threw down soda bottles and was knocking stuff around. She was asked to leave and tried to come back in and the store locked her out. Police were called out to talk to her. I don't think I want to go back to this location again. The employees are pretty nice for the most part.

The snaggletooth worker maned Donte is the most rudest,obnoxious, racist I ever met. He literally ask if I wanted a recipet (after arguing with about them not having enough bags to bag all my things) and threw the recipept at me. I would never return this sore ever again. Everytime I come into this store the employees are rude, including the managers. I just had another horrible experience tonight. I came in as the cashier was ringing up a customer who had coupons. I walked in at 5 pm. I grabbed a few items, which took about 5 mins and the cashier was still with the same customer. She kept telling the customer she didnt have the right items for the coupons, mind you this woman was an obvious couponer, Im fairly positive she had the right products. Either way this situation was handled so poorly. The cashier yells for the on duty manager, who yells back then shuffles up to the front. This manager looks like she absolutely hated her job, she had on house shoes as well. She tells the cashier, "DONT TAKE ANYMORE COUPONS! WE DONT TAKE THEM AT MY OTHER STORE!" I finally left because I refuse to give my business to a company with employees like this. This woman had a cart full of product, even with coupons Im sure it would have been a pretty good sale, but they made her put back around 20 items just while I was in line. At 5:33 I walked out and she was still arguing with the cashier because the manager had walked off. I most definitely will not be back.

This store needs new management asap. The store manager is always having that ghetto ugly attitude talking on her Bluetooth phone device while ringing out customers, I have also witnessed her mistreating her employees: it's no wonder she has new staff every week because they quit! My hubbie and I went to dollar tree and needed cash back and the store manager said (while talking on her damn bluetooth) the machine is not working. She was very rude to my hubbie and told him to go to the other register and wait. We left the store instead. The manager is messy and lazy and unprofessional that is why this store always messy and not a good experience to shop. IF ANY DOLLAR TREE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE READS THIS, PLEASE DISMISS THE STORE MANAGER WOMAN OF THIS STORE. HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN A STORE CORRECTLY.

This is the 3rd time since it opened that I regret shopping here. I come because it's close to me but that's it. Today I came in and there was a black lady talking to other black lladies explaining to them that she can't open because she didn't have a cashier. Her manner or speaking was so rude. Juse because you live and work in the ghetto does that mean you have to go out of your way and act like it too. This store needs to hire reliable employees. One time I came in here the black cashier lady had her attitude when I asked her a question. They are the reason why there's such a bad stereotype on their race. If yall want good reviews at this store the talk to your employees about manners. I used to go to town east for dollar tree sometimes looks like I have to start driving over there or the one on Lake june again.

As I was walking in, the Manager was checking a Hispanic Laddy out at the check out. And the manager had a very very bad attitude and yelling at the Hispanic Laddy b/c she didn't speck English well, all the Hispanic Laddy wanted was some "happy birthday" balloons and the manager was just very rude and negative. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT !!!!
