I have seen such disrespect and unprofessionalism until I went into this store tonight. I came into the store with my wife and 4 year old daughter on standing in line to cash out my 4 year old was playing with a small ball that they sell. One of the employees began to yell at my daughter "That she quite clearl no playing in the store and yelled at my 4 year old daughter to stop bouncing the ball in "her store". I am going to contact the district manager in morning no child should be treated like that by any store employee.

I would leave no star, but I have to say this Dollar tree doesn’t open on time. Waited 15 min outside while it was time to open while employee was on her phone. I left couldn’t wait any longer had to buy many things for a project. Just a waist of time.

Teacher's Corner is best described as Teacher's MESS! In fact 90% of the store is in disarray. No staff in sight besides checkout. Someone should be making sure the store is presentable. Shouldn't have to dig through a pile of stuff to find an item. Hanging items should be hanging and in the correct place. No welcome. No smile. No "thank you for shopping with us." Directly reflects on management. Pathetic. Clean up! Manage!

Just walked out this location because a black lady worker with all black on with glasses talking all kinds of mess because she have to clean up after other people. My kids and me come in and she just going on get your kids all this mess I got to clean up and so on and also say if you can whoop me say so and i did say can cause she just talking. She keep going on. I don't appreciate any of that she is very unprofessional and needs to speak better in her work place. If she don't like her job she needs to get something better

This place is horrible. I went here to get three items. The store does not close until 9pm it was freezing cold outside. I go to the front door and two Woman talking loud saying that the store is closed at 7:40pm Im like really the sign here says 8:00pm I was like I need to get some personal items please do not inconvenience me. The worker goes no we have a lot to clean up the manager just trying to make me stay im not staying I could not believe that this store was closing so early. It is a shame. I really do not like this kind of stuff it was so many families headed inside just to be turned around and treated bad. Just because they had a lack of communication with management. Someone called off to my understanding and she did not want to stay. It was sad.

I am writing this review to let management know that I frequent this location at least once a week. I drove up to the front of the store and was amazed how clean the front of the store was. The outside of an establishment always let you know how the inside looks. I have always dreaded coming here until tonight. I went inside and the aisles were neat and clean where you could actually walk. I ask for management and met Dez on the register and Vincent who was cleaning. Whatever you do please keep these two young people. I saw no phones out just assisting and cleaning.

Today, I was in the check out line and on the side of me was another cashier with no name tag, which I know why, was rude to another customer, who was elderly. When the lady put her items on the conveyor belt, all she had to say, was "sorry, I'm closed, but you are welcome to the other cashiers that are open. Not be nasty about it. Today, if you see her, be aware.She has on a lime green shirt, hair style, two puff ponytails, with long eye lashes. Need customer service training. She is rude as hell.

Door bar loose and swinging, causing the metal bar to hit my knee as I entered the store. I mentioned this to the employees, however, it didn’t seem to matter to them. I watched from my parked vehicle while other Customers encountered the same problem. That swinging piece of metal could really hurt someone, especially a small child.

It’s only 8:45pm and I was told the store is closed and got turned away. There was a lady at the door not letting anyone in. The store hours say it closes at 9:00. What kind of mess is this!

One register open and it only take cash l, waiting in a long line to get to the register to be told cash only, luckily my husband had cash. I had to go back to the car to get cash. At least 7 people left the line., and the store lost money, they lost money and loyal customers.

Love Dollar Tree and this one is large with lots of stock. Would have given it a better rating if they had carts to get large purchases to your car but you have to carry everything by hand. This is especially hard for older people which I heard associates discussing how they had made a customer unhappy by not assisting her to her car or allowing her to use a cart.

If I could give no stars I would cause they told us as soon as we entered they told us to leave our other shopping bags at the front, we did our shopping but as soon as I went to get the bags we found it was stolen right in front of the cashiers face. We then talked to the manager she said it was my responsibility whether my bag was stolen or not even though they had explicitly told me to leave my bags there. The manager then commenced to make fun of not only me and my family but also the cashier who had told us this. She then very rudely asked if it was even our bag and then dismissed as if the whole thing had never happened. I can promise you that we are never going to come back here.

Generally, people believe that you get what you pay for, but the customer services in this location truly validates this sentiment. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The employees, including the managers, seem to lack any common sense. They don know what customer service is-let alone good customer service. They seem to think that that customers want to wait in a line with a dozen or more people in front of them. They don't know how to prioritize customer service over unloading a truck. Don't waste your time here. Find another Dollar Tree or go next door to the Target and save yourself time and a headache. If I could give this a rating of negative five, I would!

Employees help customers in a friendly manner. Management helps the lines move faster, and that help since i am always on a time frame. This store specifically is always well organized, and always has items that i need to purchase. The one thing i notice is rude customers that let their children open items and leave on floor.

I am quite discontent with my most recent visit to the Dollar Tree location on Wheatland in Dallas. First, in an attempt to inform the manager of the store, my calls went unanswered and there was no voicemail option.Second, in the customer service field, there are soft skills that representatives of the store should have. This includes, but is not limited to basic greetings such as hello or welcome to Dollar Tree. If not provided upon entry, then surely when checking out. This did not occur today.Finally, not only was there not a greeting, but I was checked out by an individual who didn't speak when I stepped up. He was wearing a winter ski hat and dark shades. I had to model a goodbye upon my departure, otherwise this young man wouldn't have addressed me at all.I am not sure what the training or orientation looks like, but there is more to the job than scanning and providing receipts. As a member of this community and one who does like Dollar Tree stores, I'd hate for this one to lose customers due to poor service.Just My Two Cents

They definitely need to get new management in this store. We complained to the manager about one of his workers who was harassing every kid who went through the toy aisle or who grabbed a balloon. The worker would tell a kid who grabbed a toy to look at if they weren't going to buy the toy then to put it back. Mind you all of the kids who were in the toy aisle had a parent with them and she made sure she addressed the child in a very rude way I might add, instead of addressing the parent. I've gone to plenty of stores with toy aisles with my kids and never have I felt so angry whIle there. I had to leave the aisle and didn't purchase anything else so that I wouldn't get into an argument with the worker. When I spoke with the manager about my experience all he gave me were excuses "well we are very busy today" "I haven't had any problems with her" Which was a lie because when we told another cashier who directed us to the manager she told us it was the 2nd complaint she had received about that worker the same day. We told the manager we didn't feel comfortable shopping there and we would not be back either. The manager said nothing or did anything to make the situation any better. Horrible customer service.

Typical Dollar Tree experience. Line of customers waiting to check out, only one register open. If there was a Manager on duty, He/She was clearly not concerned about excessive check out times. To have only one cashier on a Saturday, which is probably their busiest day, is poor scheduling , bad management and shows an utter disregard for Customer Service. That single Cashier could not have been the only employee in the building. Whoever else was there should have stopped whatever they were doing and hopped on a register to help clear the line. The number one task of the person in charge is making sure that Customers are taken care of. Everything else (excluding Safety and Security concerns) is a lower priority.

The Dollar Tree at the Hampton and Wheatland shopping center was large and well stocked but very messy. Only one cashier until the line extended almost to the back of the store, but when they opened up more registers they failed to take the customers in order so the people in the large lane (I was one of them) still had to wait while new people went ahead of them in the other lanes. I hate that!😡

Haven't been to the store yet! Called in to ask a question however, people who are hired in customer service position should be trained on the floor AND on the phone. If I call in apparently I'm seeking information and when we finish our conversation don't just hang up. This is not your phone at homeRemember the customer can HEAR the smile on your face or Not!

The lady employee was rude and disrespectful. The manager was unprofessional. They weren't open at 9 like the sign said. One employee was sitting on the curb waiting for the manager to open the business and when the manager and lady employee arrived they just laughed at us and at the employee waiting. It was five minutes after nine oclock when they arrived. She informed us that they are not opening up yet and shut and the locked the door in all three of the customers faces. When we finally got in there about 15 minutes after 9 and finally checked out, she said ugh people are so rude, since she had to get off her phone and deal with the three customers that had been waiting outside.

Very packed store not well laid out or organized. Not too busy & lines move fast, quick to get in and out of if you know what you need and where it is. Good prices, this is not the place to go for anything healthy. Most all the food products are absolutely terrible for you health wise. Friendly staff but they tend to gossip out in the open.
