One line open. There were two registers open. One lady closed her lane. Came back as the line was almost to the end of the aisle, and called for the next customer which was a person from the middle of the line. Pointless. May just need more employees like everywhere else.

This Dollar Tree was busy but most probably are. It seemed messy and crowded however I was impressed that they had a lot to choose from in new condition. Many useful things to pick from so I loaded up. Will be back.Was back today and loaded up again. I definitely like this dollar tree.

There were 5 employees total with one rep assisting to checkout on 4-21-22 at 12:15p. One employee was so rude she rushed by me without a simple "excuse me". I noticed she was then outside waiting with her purse (guess she hurried to end shift). Jojo however, was pretty chill and ACTUALLY had her named displayed with the minimum requirement of providing customer service such as greeting and thanking me. Shelves needed restock. The prices have increased by .25 and customer service has gotten worst with every store I've visited

This dollar tree is the worst. I’m convinced that the five star reviews are fake and that’s what their employees are doing when they close the store early. This store doesn’t deserve customers. While their products are $1, most of their employees are worth 1 penny. They’re open from 8-7 and their posted signs and Google need to reflect that versus people wasting their gas to go to a store that is closed.

Worse dollar tree ever! Manager and employees are rude. Manager was trying to fight a customer and calling her racial names. Then employee left me at register while he went to fight customer as well. After that happened he was very rude to me then started cursing and walked away while the manager was cursing as well. I would fire the entire store and hire new employees that want to work and be helpful not trying to fight every customer! I have left a voicemail to the corporate but no one has reached out to me! Very sad!

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!I came in to the store to but around a dozen items for that I need a cart or a hand basket and i realized that the employee is using 3 carts out of 6 or 7 carts that are SUPPOSE to be available for shoppers, and when I went to the employee and asked if they have hand baskets or any other way to carry about 12 items she told me in the coldest and rudest way NO simply no. Not apologetic no or showed any regret for taking 3 carts for the stores use.WAKE UP Dollar Store, if your items are a Dollar doesn't mean your employees attitude is a dollar too.

The store has such lazy employees that they’ll lock the door a hour before closing to walk around and not do anything but get paid a extra hour without shoppers. I watched cars and families go to the door and get turned around because it was locked. I called and an employee hung up the ringing phone after 5 minutes and took it off the hook so no one else could disturb their free hour of work. They even left the register 3 light on as if someone was working as a cashier. Let this store go out of business. They clearly can’t find employees that actually want to work.

The prices are great. This store has a wide variety of items too, even a freezer section, which some Dollar Trees don't have. I just wish they'd have more cashiers at times. Store is pretty clean and pretty stocked almost all the time

Shirley & Angel were absolutely AWESOME! I went in to get some things for someone else and they were both stocking shelves. Both of them asked if they could help me find anything and apologized for the mess (there were just a few boxes). This is actually one of the CLEANEST DOLLAR TREES I’ve been in!!! Awesome service! Team was also influencing face mask (Due to Covid-19). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It is a blessing to be able to go in the store and get what you need and you have enough to be able to pay for it. Well once again I got to give him his praise that he deserves for today thank you Father in heaven for watching over us today but keeping us protecting us all our lives. I went to the store today this is my first time ever going into the store so I am a new customer. I have been in a couple of Dollar Trees around Dallas but I never have been in a Dollar Tree that's so big and well heavily stocked with merchandise. I was very amazed when I walked in and looked around. I'm just trying to explain how amazed that I am right now and so happy that I'm able to walk in and shop till I drop. Everything that I needed from the store they had it. Today I went into at least Three Dollar Tree stores today and the last one which is this one had what I was looking for but don't get me wrong I am satisfied with all of them. I have really been traveling all over Dallas Texas today. This is home to me I cannot get enough of Dallas and I have been different places but I was very sad when I left and I did not like it. And I enjoy shopping at all of the Dollar Trees that I have visit over the years of my life. Matter of fact let me tell you how many Dollar Trees that I have visit to let you know that I am a woman that love shopping at Dollar Tree. I have been in a Dollar Tree in Corsicana Texas and Plano, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Forest Lane, Webb Chapel, Crocker Hill, the one close by Redbird Mall the new one that just built on 6th Street in Irving off of MacArthur just to let you know that I am a Dollar Tree shopper. The place was kaotic and disorganized- but it was evident that the store is trying to get it organized- several small sections had been worked on and those areas look good. Hopefully the progress will continue and the organized results will make the shopping experience enjoyable

I work in this area and we frequently go to this Dollar Tree for various reasons (balloons, cards, etc.). We have never had a bad experience and find the staff to be quite pleasant and friendly.

It was great I buy all my things I need at and I buy some flowers and I only I spent $30 at the Dollar tree and the other day I went to Walmart and I bought the same thing like today and I spend $60 but I'm glad I went to the Dollar tree first and it was just great there was hardly nobody at the store only a few customers they check you out right away they have a lot of things at the Dollar.

This store is awful every time I enter the staff is extremely rude. They closed 20mins early today and when customers tried to open the door. They screamed from the inside that they were closed, the customer stated that it was not 9pm they simply said they didn't care. There were no signs posted that they would be closing early, they simply did so because they wanted to.

When to this location sat 06/12/2021 around 5:30pm and as soon I got in the door one of the cashier yelling at me saying that I need to get my kids next to me that they have a new rules that kids need to be next to there parents at all time and there not allow to get anything if there not going to buy it. If they get anything and if they leave it anywhere that I have to put it back where it belongs. They even following me around the store and telling me if I'm going to buy anything I felt attack I was the only one that they where yelling at will never be back at this location. Not sure if she gave me her real name but one of the lady's said her name was Wilson or Johnson

I asked an employee if I they could help me get some balloons down and rather then helping he ended up ignoring me to talk with another employee about something unrelated to my issue. But they did stop a hobo from robbing the store so I'll give them that.

When going to Dollar Tree.....I forget what I was really looking for & instead I end up with all kinds of really great, name brand products that you find at Walmart, Target, The Dollar Store, Etc. For 1.00 & it only makes shopping Soooooo much more fun & it lets you stretch your dollar to the fullest!!!! I will always spend more than $50 and I get all kinds of goodies absolutely love this store. My favorite store of ALL Time!!!!!! My favorite location is in Dallas off of I-30 & Crocker Hill Rd. !!!!

I'm grateful that we have a Dollar Tree or several in Oak Cliff the bad thing about this Dollar Tree and every other Dollar Tree in Oak Cliff is they look like they're in Oak Cliff what you don't understand what I mean inventory on the floor inventory misplaced long lines one register kids running around everywhere inventory that hasn't been put out yet still in boxes on the floor blocking pathways shopping cards that are falling apart the metal piping to prevent you walking out of the store zip-tied dangerously to the cart almost leaning to hit someone as you're passing by them only in Oak Cliff why I don't know maybe it's cuz they think we don't deserve anything better I went to a Dollar Tree in Carrollton and it look like no one had ever shop there but that's because it's Carrollton right believe me I get it and I don't like turning things into something racial but what can I say when the shoe fits Oak Cliff's got to wear it.....

I dont give 5 stars because theres always a weird cashier around one with no make up she looks like she just woke up and went to work without showering and theres a black women trying to be funny and runny mouth with costumers and this hispanic girl with piercing face with attitude other thn that i always found intersty stuff at this location and my kids love this place as well

While most people get on this texting type about how they had their worst experience ever this is the Dollar tree there's many of them to choose from you do not have to come to this one this one is convenient for me and my family we find everything we need and we don't get on here and bash and waste our time about how this is the worst ever some people need to get a wife these people work hard and they provide the things we need in the area that we need yes they have a lot of customers loyal ones think about that

The place was nasty.. Looked like a mob had rushed the store.. Very badly organized .. We are hireing signs everywhere.. But the people that are working there are just standing around instead of trying to organize or make it look like they are trying to do something about it..
