Very lazy cashier. Everytime I come I use a tote because I don't get much, when I get to the cashier, she always tell me to take the items out of the tote. I don't, I just tilt the tote to its side so she can empty it herself. I may as well check myself out. Please tell your cashier's to not be so lazy. Smh

I walked in this store to get cleaning supplies even though it looked sketchy. A strange guy looked at me and started to follow me around the store. I confronted him and it turned out to be one of the managers I guess. I don't like creepy guys following me around a store without a name tag nor was he in uniform. I'll be contacting corporate about this.

Dallas ain't do bad, great atmosphere and awesome job with security! Just make sure not to follow the criminal out the door if you do just don't leave the door Hollar out next time but great job overall! Clean for the most part, although I didn't like the boxes in front of the cooler, but I know that can't be avoided sometimes.

Well managed location. I usually get poor service from dollar tree when it comes to anything extra. This location very polite and they even helped me out by packaging my 50 glasses I bought. Thank you!!

New location and it is nice. BUT the employees...not so much! I believe they didn’t give me my receipt so that I wouldn’t complain about the service I received from Tiffany, the manager! I came to get a gift bag and a ballon for one of my employees birthday presents that I purchased elsewhere. I asked for a ballon that was on display in a brand new store and I was told that they didn’t have it!? The ballon the cashier, Norma, tried to give me had Legos on it so I giggled and said “It’s for an adult, I’m not going to give them a ballon with legos”. Tiffany, the manager , who was not ever assisting me yells across two registers “WELL WE DON’T HAVE A LOT OF BALLOONS FOR ADULTS!!” Then gave me a smug grin! I know this is Dollar Tree but you are still providing service to paying customers! Norma was apologetic and that is the only reason I gave two stars but Tiffany probably shouldn’t be left in charge if she does not know how to address customers!!!

The lady in front was extremely rude. Today 02/15/2023 I went to grab just a water since I was in a rush and this store was the only option I had , just because I had my backpack with me the staff yelled at me telling I have to leave my bag at the front and I said I can’t cause I have expensive stuff in it and she said I can’t shop there and I have to leave !!!!

Store was a mess. Cashier smelled like he just left a bar. Employees were rude and having inappropriate personal conversations on the sales floor. Only one gentleman had good customer service I don’t remember his name.

Happy this location is open again after the Tornado last fall. Very neat inside and well stocked. Staff seems small but very friendly and good at keeping this location going good. Lots of items and lots not carried at the forest lane dollar tree. I like this location and I'm glad there is one for this area. Store is clean and staff wear their mask, they sell mask as well.

The store is looking better and better everyday. This staff is doing amazing! There is an abundance of items, great variety, and everything is neatly stocked. Hope we as consumers can help them keep it as organized and clean as they have made it. Very good job!

Can't use the bathroom. And no Halloween decorations 🙄Also there was a homeless lady wearing kitty ears organizing liked she worked there. But can someone blame her? It's hot outside. I know she was enjoying the air condition.

The store was fully stocked. Staff greeted everyone as they entered and were always available when you needed them. I wish the parking lot was lit better but inside was well lit. It's a good place if you need to grab something quick and get going.

The manager there 2900 Walnut Hill Dollar tree is doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate her so much compared to the family Dollar that was there before Dollar tree moved in. It stays fully loaded stocked. Miss Leslie always have a positive attitude and it has flooded to her employees. Good job keep it up thank you all so much for being here

This is a small Dollar Tree, the people they hire are really nice and caring of others. Most of the time ots clean but they have a hard time stocking up shelfs due to it being the closest one in the hood EVERYONE & they mama shop there lol but my kids enjoy getting their snacks there very good candy options!!

I like this dollar tree, its clean, and always well stocked. But their payment system is something else, it flat out doesn't take cashapp cards, and they dont have an atm to help out with this situation, and on top of that there no other stores conveniently located to get your dollar items, cant tell what other forms of payment they dont take. Besides this everything is good

Very friendly staff and well organized store. I really appreciate that they are following the mask mandate and refuse service to those who are not wearing masks. It’s make all the difference in shopping here and feeling safe that they’re following the mask mandate.

I was very disappointed and not with the employees but instead with the manager. I was on the same aisle as her to look at nail polish and she asked me if I needed help and I politely told her no that I was just looking at the colors of nail polish they had. Then she told me my purse was open and I said I already knew. About that time my bf walked up and we went to look at something else. She proceeded to announce over the loud speaker for security to look at the cameras. She watched me most of the time we were in the store. If she wants to basically accuse someone of stealing then she needs to have probable cause which she did not with me!!!

Store has a sign posted they're out of power. They are in fact not out of power. Lights and registers are powered on. I drove nearly 20 minutes to pick up an order, super disappointed.

This stores arbitrarily changed all of its closing hours 7 days a week to 7:00 p.m., evidently something happened causing one of their doors to be boarded up, the associates are rude and unprofessional, carrying conversations over the PA. Additionally beginning at 6:30 p.m. they started counting down till closing only indicating that closing was at 6:45 p.m. and registers would be closed, when the sign on the door clearly says 7:00 p.m.

Although this is a new store, the store was a mess inside, lots of products not on shelves, shelves empty, also the store ran out of bags for the products purchased. The management needs to do a better job managing this location.

This particular store was a little disorganized. It was also not stocked with some of the items. The store itself did not look as kept up as some of the others I've visited. Overall, it's an ok store. But very different from some of the others on the North side of DFW area.
