Not allowed in store with cart. Didn't get what I came for. Woman outside said she fixed it so they'd take my cart. That's animal on the hunt. Echelon espionage employees.

Horrible after hazzard the employees are very rude and you have to squeeze through the aisles and everything is bundled together ....and they cant say its being remodeled it's been like that for about 8 months already..

Staff is always complaining about how they don’t want to work here. Cashier left when I walked up to the counter and told another worker “you take care of her, I’m tired of ppl coming in here” lol wow.

Understaffed. But this store does have a good staff. I like the store because this one usually has most of what I need, with the exception of maybe one maybe two items. Great selection to choose from.

Store is dirty and messy. Carts everywhere, no effort on cleanliness. Clerks standing around eating and chatting. Clerks curse. Awful. An eyesore to the community. DG do better!

I went in there today to get Detergent and Dryer sheets for my laundry. I had $40 CASH. Two $20 bills. My total came out to $12.75 I gave the cashier my $40 and said can I have my change back in fives (So I can get quarters for the laundry). THIS SIMPLE MINDED ahhh girl told me. "The Bank Is Closed Today. I can't do it like that.." Hmmm. So out of All the transactions you dumb ahhh did today..you can't break a 20 dollar billlllll? Fascinating! And I was a paying customer :) I told her THANKS. AND WALKED OUT. I hope she had fun putting my stuff back too. Cuz I'm not that desperate boo. I went to Fiesta for my detergent and they broke my extra $20 bill! The Mexicans never do me wrong...won't be back neither.

The staff are like family. They are always willing to help locate items. On a few visits they've even retrieved items from their stock room for me. They carry an excellent assortment of items for the home,beauty, and medicine cabinet. I've had no bad experiences here. I also enjoy the fact that they are currently undergoing renovation and expansion of their frozen food section. This is super convenient for customers like me who dread standing in à Walmart line for quick items when we shouldn't have to.

I think they can do a better job with the cleanliness of the store. I know a store manager who works for Dollar General and her store is awesome. It's always clean. Even the restrooms. And she never let's the vendor put their products just anywhere.

You know I have an annoyance with store policy making you leave your belongings at the front of the store as you shop. When I bring things inside the store it means I am traveling by foot or by bike. I feel like a criminal when I am charged with intent to steal upon walking in the door. I frequent Dollar General often but when attacked by workers to leave my belongings at the front door while visiting a location that is in a primarily black and brown community but while in a primarily white community not a single word. I choose to not even patronize the store at all. At this particular location the store clerk went as far to tell another store clerk not to let me buy my things because I did not want to leave my belongings at the front, this to me as a consumer is absolutely unacceptable. I am unhappy PERIOD!!😠😡

Their store is junky. Staff is disrespectful and lazy. I can never find anything and they don't have anything. The store is a horrible place to shop with a disgusting bathroom. I only shop their because it's walking distance, only store that sales toys, and I don't have a car. The prices are outrageous. The food is old and nasty. They have a bag of chips that is over a year expired. They have a forty dollars bike that has been there for ten years.

The cashiers smelled of weed...the gentlemen who checked us out was on his phone and had a whole conversation with the woman cashier. A item my cousin was buying rang up as $5 was supposed be on clearance and the lady was like give it to her for 50cents that was nice of her.

Be prepared to wait at times in line for 10 mins or more. Sometimes they have only 1 cashier working. It;s not all the time, but pretty much 50% of the time you will have to wait. They have good sells and stay pretty stocked on their items.

Every time that i have visited this store (about 5 times ) I have gotten in and out as fast as I want to. If people are that helpless, that they need help in a 1000 sqft dollar store then they should probably have some one assist them through life in general. Short answer- it's fast, economical, and simple. If you'd rather stand in line at Walmart for an hour, then suite yourself.

Store looks great! They have remodel and have added more coolers, they have also added a variety of new products. I love dollar general anyway, but this is is a great improvement!

This store is over crowded with items, the carts have big long poles to keep from steeling them but get caught on their TV monitors or hanging signs or shelves. Items ring up higher than what is listed, when you inform the employees that you got overcharged they get an attitude.

Store is cleaner than others in the neighborhood, but they must all pull the employees from the same pool of rude people! I usually have to go to Mesquite to find a friendly face at a DG store!

Go the all the time at least 2 - 3 times a week mainly cause very close to where I live and have everything I needCashiers are do friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to shop in a clean placeHighly recommend it

I do not live close to this store but i would go out of my way to shop here because the lines are always short, Now i know why. The people work here are rude and not courteous at all. The MGR JUSTIN is a nut case. I will not shop at this store ever again.

When I went there the employees were not very helpful and then when the ones that did help me they were not as courteous as I thought they act like they had no patience and no time to help anybody the store was a mess like I just had a world wind going to the store when I quoted a price that was supposed to be in a cell and the woman told me that's not what I'm getting I will not be able to get that price at all but she said it in a manner that was very rude and not very courteous instead of just explaining that it is also again in the next and she just told me that that is not what I'm going to get I end up buying the product anyways because I really needed the product whether or not it was on sale the employees just do not have time to work with anybody not even customers they are not customer friendly at all
