I needed some envelopes.So on the way home I stopped at this Dollar Tree.Which they didnt have and if they did the store was in such a disarray I couldnt tell.In seeing reviews 1 and 2 yrs ago, maybe it was better, but not todayIt was in such a mess. It's just a mess.Items on the floor.Shelves just unorganized.I notice they currently have a self checkout machine .The employees are not friendly or helpful at all.I dont see how anyone can shopIn this store...This store needs a good manager assessment.

Store is always in stock but the customer service with the employess is sad she dont like the customers to use cupons

Overall service is good and the employees are nice and friendly. Sometimes there may only be one cashier at any given time, but they are professional yet down-to-earth. Which I don't mind a few more minutes, verses a condescending,rude individual. Descent selection of goods.

Could be neater but it was well stocked. They also have one of the largest grocery sections that I've seen and I'm impressed because they are aware of their demographics. There isn't a grocery store nearby unless you have a car and in that area not everyone has a car. It is in close walking distance to majority of the apartment complexes in that area.

Ever since the new manager Shawn came to this store, It has been my favorite store to go too! They always have the store stocked up now! Love love love the new management ! And my favorite cashiers Yarima and Jade are the best! I coupon and they never makes me feel like a burden ! Before I would get the eye rolls and huffs and puffs! I hope this store is making this permanent change now !

Oh! I just love the location, & the older lady that checks u out, How swift she is, and knows what the store have & where everything is located! How many HATS DOES SHE WEAR, IN A DAY'S TIMES. And the store is very clean & organized! U are in and out. She really plays SOME ROLLS in this store. Oh! And very nice. Not to hold a long conversation, very pleasant. I only noticed one other person, stocking, I had to tap her 0n the shoulder! Huum, well & had not a clue to where an item was! Music in the ear, not a good team player.

This isn't the cleanest nice's dollar store but they have a ton of item a little of everything. They have decent sales on toys and garden stuff. As well some product that are dollar general, like their trash bag the bulk for the price and they are still sturdy.

I'm not from this area so I'm not sure if this is the norm over here. I definitely won't be coming back here again. Soon as I walk through the door a customer is arguing with the cashier, then on top of that, he's the only cashier there at that time so therefore there's a line of customers waiting to check out. One good thing I can say the cashier was able to help me find what I was looking for

The lady was discriminating for some kind of way.....not sure what her name is, but when I asked what's the problem, she couldn't explain. She wanna give me problems for no reason. She couldn't tell me the reason after I told her to call the police & explain 4 some reason but couldn't. I don't like that store, from as many stores I done been to, she wanna give problems to a young veteran.1

Amazing how millennials get jobs and don't have to know critical aspects of them. U literally had to greet this young lady twice instead of her greeting me. It appears that customer service is not a priority for Dollar General, in some areas.Wish I could slack off in my duties like this but I have always been held to a higher standard.

Upon walking in the employees rarely speak. There's usually no one at the register and you have to wait on them come and check you out which usually there in no hurry to do. The aisles are pretty small and cluttered and you have to search for the sale items. Also the sign shows that they close at 9pm however I've gone there at 830/845pm and the doors are already locked up. I think it's very unprofessional the way they try to conduct their business there. I go to other dollar generals to avoid the one by my house (wynnewood village dallas)

The cashier was not the friendly person i need to use the restroom and i try to explain to him about my kidneys i went ahead bought a USB charger I told him i need a c charger I left open pkg was like really I have to go back to the store i went ahead use the restroom and went back to store my friend it would best you go in because i will say something and i dont want to be mean and hurt anyone feeling. I really believe people change because of all the bs.

the store clerk that was assisting a customer lost her patience and straight went hood on a customer. Now it wasn't right for the customer to call the lady a broad however she forgot all employee decorum and went left. I was very uncomfortable

The worker at Dollar general on Polk and 67 only had 2 cashier the line was long one guy Josh walking around doing nothing and a frown on his face.the other guy doing his best with customer.josh need more customer service training help customer in need of help.

Cashier was rude and openly discussed me having a backpack on in the store with customer in line ahead of me even though there was no signage not did she ask me to leave it at the front when I walked into the store.

Not organized no AC is too big Warehouse fans in there and you cannot hear the cashier and she cannot hear you I recommend no one to this Dollar general

This place always has some kind of sale going on .they have a dollar isle that is amazing it depends on who is working as to what type of customer service you will receive.

Dollar General i like them a lot they just need to unpack boxes instead of just leaving them in the aisles and make sure they are putting the products in the correct space every time i go up there i have the same problems.

I don't understand when people complain about cashiers being rude when they work at a place like dollar general. What do you expect? Not everyone can kiss your a** the way that you want.
