I definitely wanted to do more shopping here but Inventory turnover is bad, they have a lot of Small and very few Medium and Large size. When I asked why they said they sell out, well then stock more? Lots of sales opportunities lost. It is a bit expensive, I noticed some sweaters with different design were in the $20-$30 range elsewhere at the airport.Neat place to visit but inventory management needs improvement.

I really like this pro shop the staff are very friendly and they have an amazing selection of Dallas Cowboys jerseys and other memorabilia. If you want something special for a Dallas Cowboys fan you can do a lot worse than go to this place in between flights

It's an airport prices were a little higher as we all know but pretty cool shop I was looking for something for my daughter like a Dallas cowgirls apparel they didn't have none. Employee was helpful and funny...✌🏻

This is my Favorite Pro shop, but however the lady working today, Jody, needs her attitude checked. She projected as though it was inconvenient for her to be there, and seemed as though to be bothered that there were customers in the store. I generally will purchase a few things every time I walk in, but if the employees don’t want to be there, then maybe they shouldn’t be. I will go the galleria or rally house from now on, just to avoid the uncomfortable vibe in grapevine.

Cowboys Pro Shop said online it closes at 7:30 but doors were locked at 6:40 and the lady inside was too busy talking on the phone to even look at me.
