The pharmacy is the worst. I called to make sure my mother's prescription was ordered correctly and someone answered and "pretended" she couldn't hear me. I called again right after and she just picked up and hung up right away. Then, I called for the third time then got the recording the Pharmacy is closed for lunch. Apparently she couldn't tell me to call after 2 because they were going to lunch and not "pretending" she couldn't hear me.

Very slow and unorganized and too much chatter and not taking care of the customers. When you call on the phone you hold for ten to fifteen minutes only for them to hang up on you. CVS corporate needs to put this pharmacy under a microscope and rid it of its problems. Used to run efficiently but over the last couple of years it’s fallen into too much goofing around.

What a bad service, there is never a system for depositing money, if there is a guy who gives bad customer service, I will never go again, it's terrible... I always went between four and five in the afternoon.

Not one day, not two days, not three, they're always slow in and outside the pharmacy. It doesn't make since that you have to wait in line more than 20 30 mins every time you go. If they're not talking, then they doing other things not containing the customer. As a loyal customer this shouldn't be happening there.

It isn't true that they are open all 24 hrs because they open until 8am... The store was close when I got there little before 8am... So don't lie about being open 24hrs because they are not open...

Most of the time I come here I have no issues at all but for some reason I had this woman with a HORRIBLE attitude! I couldn’t believe it. I came there at 9pm (they close at 10pm) and asked to pick up my medicine that was ready 3 days ago.I always wait until Saturday to pick up medication since I’m too busy to get in during week day. So I show her my Good rx coupon for cheaper medication and she got so upset! Banging on the desk saying “Why why why do people this! “ and kept hitting the desk! I couldn’t believe it. Then she walked over to another screen mumbling something then starts yelling asking me why didn’t I come 3 days ago to pick up my medication. I should’ve came then.I’m busy?? I don’t have time during the week and what does it mattered anyway?? They hold medication for 9 days so me getting it 3 DAYS later is no issue. I was annoyed at that point but still held my tongue. I wish I would’ve said something so bad but I’m going to excuse her behavior this time. Hopefully NEVER have to see her again. Older black women with a bob cut hairstyle. Please don’t let her talk down to you like I did.A shame because I’ve been going here for a whole year, never seen her or had any problems.

Vanessa was a very helpful person when it comes to questions/information regards merchandise. She is always respectful and very professional. If it wasn’t for her I would probably take a-lot longer finding merchandise. I’m very proud that she is working at our local CVS! I feel like she would suite the management position perfectly! :) I cant also forget about Jackie, she’s a very dedicated manger, always communicating with the customer and always willing to assist anyone in need! I’m honestly very proud to have her at our local CVS!! :)

Someone needs to make sure the owner at corporate sees how this pharmacy is run. People stand in line when it's close to closing around 9 pm and wait 20 minutes or more and no one even acknowledges to tell you anything like hold on please or anything. We need our medicine and we the buyers pay their salaries. So what is the reason for the disrespect. Please investigate prove me wrong that this is not true. Front desk at customer service is worse. They don't even want to ring you up they want to make you ring up your own items while they stand around doing nothing let's be honest. Stop with the nonsense...Corporate needs to pay attention to the stuff thats happening. You will lose alot of business slowly but surely.

This CVS was so nice on the inside. It’s honestly one of the best-looking CVSs I’ve been to. Everything was so organized and neat and they had everything I needed here, shelves fully stocked. And to top it off the store's ambiance was nice. Wasn’t too much commotion when I came. Definitely deserves 5 stars! ⭐️. I’m not sure about the other reviews because my experience was great!

Pharmacy claims to be closed so you can't try and call and see if your prescription is ready you have to wait in a very longline and if it's not ready you waisted the least 30min of your life

Not the best service…unfriendly! Not professional ( pharmacy) They made an error and would not admit it! Finally got corrected and the closed pharmacy said it was lunchtime instead of completing service with me!

Hard to find a worker around to unlock the cabinets to grab products. This time around a couple employees just stood around to include the one restocking the aisle I needed assistance in. Waited over 5 minutes and no one ever came to unlock the cabinet.

My doctor sent prescription on January 19 I've been going back and forth. With this pharmacy by phone u can pick up your medicine on arriving they don't have any prescription for me I ran out of meds due to poorly effort of employees to fill my meds. Led me to be hospitalized due to blood pressure being so high twice. Manager response when finally corrected on February 9 was sorry must been new guy I'll give u 5.00 off your meds. Guess my life only worth that being that my blood pressure got up to 180/123 stayed st hospital for 18 hours til it got stable. Calling corporate office I thought would help wrong told me someone will call u to think I could've died due to not having meds that should be escalated to be resolved asap.

The security guard followed me around the store the WHOLE FREAKING TIME. To the point she missed the Hispanic women stealing makeup. I was in the store over 30 minutes. I even jotted back and forth. Just for giggles. Imagine being followed around the store for over thirty minutes. While other people are stealing. Only because you're African-American. I even stood by the women, and pretended to look at makeup. So, the security guard would notice. I watched them put SEVERAL items in their hoodies. Which is ridiculous. And, uncalled for. I won't EVER go in that store again. I couldn't do in peace. Without the security guard literally looking over my shoulder. I hate being treated that way by my own race. ESPECIALLY, since I'm not doing anything wrong. I have PTSD and anxiety. It makes me feel very unsafe being followed.The cashier Dajanai was really nice

The CVS on Buckner and Lake June Rd, in Dallas, Texas was very rude. My brother went to get a copy of his COVID card and a booster shot. At first they told him they had to finish loading a shelf before they would even answer a question. Then they told him that he needed to go to another CVS. This is not good customer service. My family and the people in our neighborhood will never patronize this CVS again.

Needed Musinex, pharmacy said to have cashier open cabinet, Then Cashiers claim they didn't have key until Monday. Cashiers didn't even want to approach us. Too busy chatting. No wonder people take off without paying.

Quickest pharmacy service I've ever had at a CVS ever. Pharmacy staff was attentive, pleasant and efficient! After a stressful day in the ER, finding this 24 hour pharmacy so close to home and having such a good experience was a welcome surprise!!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet she deserves a recognition 👏 excellent customer service today Saturday January 15th don't know her name but she was working around 1 pm. Lots of people and she was by herself doing everything and she still managed to put ona smile .

This needs like a negative 5 stars. Worst experience. Waiting to use the restroom. My husband goes to the front to get the key. She comes back opens it for him and then opens the womens. As I am walking toward to the door to enter she smiles and goes in ahead of me. Flushes the toilet twice and runs the sink. I waited for a few minutes and nothing, I get what we need and head to the check out. My husband informs to manager and front cashier and they didn't care. We left and the girl was still in the bathroom while the manager searched for the key. FYI manager the rude chick in the bathroom has the key.

Were to begin, Today was my first experience here at this location.I had brought my mother in-law to look for a pacific medication.The pharmacist was helpful by answering some questions I had asked.But the cashiers were a different story, I was looking at a item which was a (to go back scratcher). I had grabbed it and put it over my shoulder and acted like I was using, when I was just checking on the length of it.When one of the cashiers shouted at me from her register saying "You ain't suppose to be using that if you ain't gonna buy it". In a rude and aggressive way!So I responded ma'am I wasn't using it, I was acting like I was.After that she kept staring at me with a mean look, while I was waiting to be cash out.So when I was leaving, I felt I had to tell her something, but I didn't do it in a ghetto or any disrespectful way!All I told her was "Ma'am you need to drop your Attitude".Me all calm walking out, she calls my mother in-law to call me back in, and I go thinking something else, and she's during cashing out a customer, and need to say she had a bunch of customers in line as well. She tells me wait for me in 30mins I'll be off, if your all about that talk. Me in shock like "WHAT"!!!!!!!I'm I in middle school again... Like really! I felt disrespected to began with from the beginning till the end, the one that had every right to be upset was me. I was mad! I had to bring it to a managers attention and I just hope they fix that problem. Imagine if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone else while this lady is working their, she shouldn't be allowed to work their, you are there to help us out. It's different if I was pocketing it, but I was gonna buy it but after that NOPE!Mrs. Lisa & Mrs. Mary were very helpful towards this issue, I won't be going back to this location. First and last!I don't remember the cashiers name, it was a weird name!!I just hope and pray this lady can find love & peace in her heart. You can tell she lives in nothing but hate and violence.
