Today I visited the pharmacy for a medicine refill only to have a pharmacy filled with staff working diligently on the computers and filling scripts however I remained at the “Pick Up” window without for almost 20 minutes without anyone as much as saying “I’ll be right with you”. I did receive however experience at least four of the technicians look me right in the face and put turn their heads back to whatever they were doing. I had to say “excuse me, I know you all are busy but is anyone working the pick up register? I’ve been standing here for over 15 minutes.” (After 20 mins) before someone even verbally acknowledged me. Customer service is horrible! Then the technician that finally came to the register , I witnessed sneezing on both her sweater and inside her hand, return to type on her computer then come to the register to help customers without a drop of sanitizer or washing her hands.How have we gone through an entire pandemic and she learned nothing? Before she handed me my bag I pulled out my sanitizer and wiped the bag down in her face and I’m sure she still didn’t sanitize her hands before moving to the next customer. I will be moving my prescription from this location. You all need to do better.

An older black woman there has always been nice and welcoming. I run a few errands here frequently on my break since it is fairly close to my job, but today is the last time I come here. A young Hispanic girl with horrible box dye hair, didn't catch her name has the WORST attitude in customer service I have ever seen. I was in line to check out two items, and I wanted to check out with a cashier because my phone number is a hit and miss if it'll work on the self check-out, I made a new account, plus I had a coupon I wanted to use. I apologized and said I didn't like to use the machines, so she said "Well i'll do it for you!" rudely came around and scanned them. Ma'am I DID NOT WANT TO USE THE MACHINES. I made this pretty clear and she proceeded to check me out at the machine. For a second I was in awe that she had the audacity to do this. I really hope someone in management see's this and looks at camera footage if any on12/07/2023 at 12:30pm - 1:00pm. I asked the cashier what the problem was with me waiting and she apologized for her co-workers behavior but also was speechless. As someone who works in HR and parallel to customer service, she'd be fired by EOB. Looking at other reviews, other customers feel the same about the same employee (I assume). Customer's aren't always ideal, granted- but there is no excuse for that kind of rudeness, audacity, and behavior.

Ms. Blanca is simply AMAZING! on 5/10/23, I waited in line to be helped though the Drive Thru window. The wait time reasonable. But, what I was really Super Impressed with was how Ms. Blanca showed her level of care! She was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the lowest price for my prescriptions. It's very heartwarming to experience another person being concerned about your situation. ✨Thank you Blanca for caring about your customers!✨Hugs✨

Outside from Mrs. Kim, the staff, specifically, Stephanie is horrible. Her attitude is HORRIBLE. No customer service skills at all. ReNee, the store manager, co signs, Stephanie's foolishness. Stephanie had the audacity to tell me that, "I could find another CVS" when I complained about her rude and unprofessional attitude. Today, she decided to refuse me service, again, when I went in to ask for cashback. They have the customers so trained to go to the self-check out; depending on what you're doing, they may or may not even acknowledge the customer's presence in the store. Moe, the district manager, has been very receptive. However, I can't believe that Stephanie is still allowed to work with customers with an attitude such as hers.

Called about my deposable camera the 1st rep said it’s still here no cameras have been picked up all week. When I explained I would be coming to pick it up he hung up the phone. The 2nd rep when I called back said she will check in it but she didn’t take my name. So I called again the “manager” Mary stated that they were already sent out . I told her about my previous conversations and she stated again they were gone. I asked to speaker with another manager. She then replies oh she is clocking out for the day. But I could call back Monday and talk to her but won’t give me her name. The level of customer service is AWFUL AT THIS LOCATION. So I called corporates 800 # and the call was disconnected. Surprisingly……

I don't know what this pharmacy has going on. My Dr sent a prescription for PRENATAL VITAMINS on 08/29. The pharmacy tells me it's been picked up. I never picked it up. I tell them this. They say well the system says it was okay.... Well your system is wrong I never got my vitamins. Something in your system is wrong. I've been going back and forth for days now trying to just get some dang vitamins. Now they say they need an insurance override because of misinformation in THEIR system something that they did wrong. It would be one thing if it was a barbiturate or something I'd understand but it's literally vitamins why would I lie about picking those up? Stillnwaiting

The store is horrible, it’s dirty , no products on the shelf, can’t get any assistance, it’s like a store in Mexico. Trash all though the store , employees hollering across the store .

Super rude staff. I needed assistance at self check out and the younger looking lady with earring on her nose and black hair, who came to help me was extremely rude, she was slamming things and pulling her hair because she had to help. Her life must be sad if she has such issue with helping customers when that’s what she’s supposed to do.

First and foremost, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Every time someone in my family drop off a prescription it is never ready when they say, or they will say they don't have a prescription for you. I am so pissed right now. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office. They have had the prescription since 11:00AM this morning and said pick it up at 5:00PM we get there at 5:30PM to allow them more time because it's always some BS with these people and prescription still isn't ready. They said you didn't drop a prescription off and then when they checked their system they asked for us to come back in 40 minutes. When asked why the prescription wasn't ready the response was we're understaffed. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. What saddens me is if you needed your prescription to live you would already be dead. They have messed up several times. But when I get my prescription today I will not deal with any CVS anymore. Walgreens officially has a new customer for life.

Two prescriptions were electronically sent the day I saw the doctor. Only one prescription was filled because the second one was not covered through my insurance, but I did not receive a phone call as to whether I would like to fill the script or not. I called the next morning as soon as the location opened at 9am and I gave permission to fill the script. The lady informed me that it would be about 2 hours and both scripts will be ready for pick up. After 2 1/2 hours I get to the location to pick up the scripts and the same one is not ready. I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes, so that they are able to fill the script. The lady informed me that I could continue waiting in the drive thru, but if someone pulls up behind me to keep circling around. I just pulled over out of the line to wait and then circled back to the drive thru.

I drive an extra 10 miles to come here. Staff is great and FAST. The pharmacist is helpful and almost a mind reader at times. Thank you guys and gals for all your hard work! 5 star.

Today i got around 6 items but i forgot to get a shopping cart, all my items fell on the floor. A wonderful young lady helped me take the items off the floor and i told her i would get a shopping cart. She and I both headed towards the shopping cart, if anyone as ever been to this cvs they know the carts are located at the front of the store to the left if you are in the store. This worker a guy, saw us and without even querying whether we were having an issue he decided to speak directly in front of the other customers who were waiting to cash and blurted out "if we paid for those" obviously noticing we were getting a shopping cart. Now I am not normally someone who pulls the race card but here it was obvious he was very prejudice because of our skin color and dress code. He waited until everyone left the cashing area to speak to the young lady thinking a simple apology or extra bucks could ease the embarassment and racial profiling done in front of so many other strangers. The young lady went on to tell him that all the items were not hers but mine. He went on to add salt to my wound by asking from over the other cash register for my number i asked why he said to give me some extra bucks as an apology for the issue. I felt worst insulted. Instead of showing a heartfelt apology this young man chose to try to cover his shame at the expense of someone else's. I am disappointed in this store as this would be the first I have experienced such audacious disrespect. I was grown as a woman of integrity. I have taught my children the value of being honest and just in this unjust world. Now this child i am not sure if he understands the severity of what he has done. This young lady said to me maam I don't let it get to me. For her to say such a thing shows she may have come into this kind of prejudice more than once. Now I would not want my daughter to become so use to the idea that its okay when people do these things. The world is already hard as it is, and yes people will be people but we can all try to atleast be a bit more civil in our approach to others. Cvs you need to take precautionary measures in your hiring process.

Got hung up on by female in the pharmacy named Ennis (sp?) trying to get an understanding on getting a prescription transferred. Now I've been on hold trying to reach pharmacy again. It's been 25 minutes. I hate this is the closest one to me that works with my insurance. Customer service should not be a thing of the past.

Just came from CVS and Bryan was exceptional. He went over and beyond to find out the problem I was having and found a solution. We need more managers like him who makes our buying experience worth the trouble that we sometimes receive. I will definitely be choosing CVS when using a pharmacy or buy any other misc items. Thanks Bryan, great job!

Closes pharmacy at lunch hour- instead of staggering lunch times. We heard many voices behind the screen and we could not get our meds-told they reopen at 2pm-so inconvenient.

Never a problem in 3 years in area. Always good service, no hasdles on checkout. I learnedhow to use "self checkout" here, only had one issue and it was scan issue, young man was there to help out within SECONDS, and got me out I'm time to catch bus to work, with 10 minutes to spare!👍🏿

WARNING DO NOT DROP OFF UPS PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY WILL GET LOST THE STORE MANAGERS AND REGIONAL MANAGER WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT THEY'LL JUST PASS YOU OFF TO THE NEXT PERSON. I TOOK A PACKAGE HERE ON JULY 11 BETWEEN 2 AND 4PM LANIA SCANNED MY PACKAGE AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL BUT I NEVER DID. I S/W THE MANAGER ASK THEM TO PULL THE FOOTAGE TO TRY AND FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE ...'ZERO HELP" YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I try to return an item some vitamin that was already opened by Nature Bounty. Eli made it difficult as he said I wouldn't get it for the same price, that my coupon wouldn't be included and in my mind I'm thinking just take the bottle of vitamin and give me a new one. I wasn't going to pay again! I call CVS toll free number talked to Kierra who assured me the process shouldn't be that difficult but I won't know because I left. I called the orginal store I got them from and told me they would give me a new bottle. Its forty five minutes away and the other store five minutes away. So I called the CVS toll free number again and asked the DM, or RM (district manager, regional manager) to call me as we aren't done with this matter. Nature Bounty I will be calling you as well to let you know how CVS handled this product instead of exchanging it.

This is a great store. I pretty much go here for everything. And I only can you get your medication in the pharmacy, there's also so many available household products. There is a weekly sale and a discount card that you can use in order to get things at a cheaper price. After making so many different purchases and after buying certain products you can get reward bucks which is a coupon for certain amount of dollars but you only have a certain length of time to use it within the store. There is a free high blood pressure machine if you need to check your blood pressure. Great store. highly recommend.

I recently visited this CVS (6/16/21 and 6/17/21)…and it’s sad-quite frankly…they lock up EVERYTHING…I literally had to ask someone to help me get deodorant and soap…like WTF…went back the next day to pick up a medicine per script and didn’t receive ANY counseling-I need to know when or how to take my medicatios and if it interacts with anything. The form literally said “Counsel-New Drug.”I’ll have to call my doctor in the morning-which delays my recovery/healing by a day. If I can help it I won’t be back!!!!

Horrible… pharmacy is never open. Such an inconvenience when they fill your medication and then close the pharmacy so you’re stuck w/o your meds & can’t go anywhere else to get it filled because they would need to reverse the claim from their end.. I’m starting to see this is a pattern with cvs and they do not care about their customers health at all..

I dropped off my prescription for an upper respiratory infection, when I went to pick it up, I was told they could not find it and was told to call back. I called back today and spoke to Kendra, in less than 2 minutes she found my prescription. Thank you so much for your assistance.

When ever I request a refill for my prescription, the wrong product (manufacture) is received, it takes at least three different request for this item to be filled correctly, I am not sure what can be done to prevent this error monthly, I have spoken to the pharmacist multiple times in the last year, very frustrating. What is the fix for this problem?

Usually don't have any problems at this location but I tried to drop off a prescription for insulin syringes around 5:20 pm. I told I would have to wait and that my prescription couldn't be expedited because they close at 6 pm. I came to the Ledbetter and Lancaster road location and despite then also closing at 6pm they got it ready and I got here at 5:45. So sad that the workers just are that lazy they didn't even want or couldn't just take a few steps to get a box of syringes from of the shelf to give me. Smh.. contemplating on even returning to this location.

Went here to get a money order as advertised by MoneyGram available at this location. They tell me they don't do money orders here. I point to the sign on their wall that says "buy money order here" I get the answer, "oh, no we don't do that."...

Untrained pharmacists & techs. Poor customer service! Prescription fills take hours, whilst other CVS Pharmacies have medication ready in minutes. Will never use this particular pharmacy again. Would very much drive a bit more the the next nearest location.

Not a very friendly location, plan to contact cooperate about my shopping experience today they do not like couponers. The Walmart down the street just closed down and with people eager to shop the deals with coupons, they should appreciate the business.
