I‘ve been using this pharmacy for all my needs for a couple years now and they kill it every time. Not only do my prescriptions get filled quick and without mistake, but the staff are seriously the sweetest people ever. Very kind-hearted people who really seem to care. If you need a reliable pharmacy to trust in Dallas, this is the one.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how this CVS can get a rating of 2.6 stars. I have patronized this particular location for the last 5 years. They're always helpful polite and go above and beyond. Their pharmacy actually cares about the patients they've given me sound advice on my medications and Always ensures I'm well informed about any side effects. When they don't have a medication that I need because my body doesn't tolerate all medications when the manufacturer changes they always do their best to get me my same manufactur. I'm unfortunately I'm bad with names because my memories bad but the Asian pharmacist is a woman she's always very polite and informative. And I'm absolutely in love with Tamar he is a breath of fresh air and seems to care about his patience I never feel rushed or like I'm getting in the way. And trust me I get in the way lol. Hands down the best pharmacy that I've ever been to. And I wouldn't switch them for the world. I no longer reside down the street from this pharmacy but I go out my way to just get my prescriptions here because I know they're gonna be done right and I'm gonna be well informed before I depart

DO not go here when they have a CVS deliver truck. They need the entire parking lot for them during business hours. I pulled in and park next to a pole knowing the truck has plenty of room to go either way. The delivery driver asked me to pull forward and I had no issue so I pulled into the only open spot right in front of me. I get out and a different employe tells me the delivery truck needs this spot. While I was telling here the diver asked me to pull forward into this spot I look back and see him signaling for me to move again. It's pretty ridiculous that a semi is going to use one single parking spot that he won't fit in between two cars when he has the whole right side of the building to park/unload. I ended up just backing out and leaving. I added screenshots of my dash camera for a better visual.

I have been going to this CVS for more than 5 years. the pharmacy hands down has been the best experience that I've had. They are caring they are personable they know your name and they get your Prescriptions correct. They inform you of delays ahead of time so you can make the appropriate arrangements for your medications. I will never switch pharmacies just because of this

This is my neighborhood CVS so I stop by almost every week for random necessities and the employees here are always so nice and friendly. Special shout out to Priscilla for always providing the best customer service. Thank you for your kindness!

This place has lazy workers. As customer who made purchase. Shopped at cvs for for 35 years. There is no excuse as to why as customer I can't use the restroom.. Because pharmacy is closed and they don't want to have to clean it again at 730 pm. Shame on your employees. I see why this location has 2 *6 rating.i will.never give cvs any more of my money. I will shop at walgreens

This CVS is out of the way for me but I keep coming for the great staff and how well they treat me here. I usually stay for a good hour or two just talking to the staff and have never gotten towed. The managers are some of the nicest people I've met and Jose and Javier are a hoot and a half. I would give 10 stars if i could

WARNING: If shopping at CVS, don’t park in the outskirts of the CVS parking lot, even if the rest of the lot is full. They towed my car while I was inside CVS for 20 minutes. I never went anywhere else. I had to watch the security footage with an employee to prove it and make them bring my car back. The employee said they called my car over the intercom, but definitely called another car, which is still parked in the lot. Of course there is no audio to prove they called my car. Total scam going on here.

I went in to get some medicine and one of the items I picked up was 2 months past the expiration date. I'm just happy I looked at the date. I turned the item in to the cashier. Ahe didn't seem to care. Be sure to look at the dates on tbe items you get from here.

BEWARE!! Predatory towing!! I was a paying customer and my car was towed from the parking lot!!! It cost $165 and a Uber ride to get it back. I will NEVER shop here, or even another CVS again in my life for that fact. The manager apparently has a relationship with the towing company and allows them to pull cars from the lot. GO TO WALGREENS

Ok so I came to Dallas to see a hockey game and all I had was cash for parking ect well come to find out no one accepts cash for parking… only credit cards so the only place I could find was cvs to park in… no obvious signs or anything parked there and went to watch the game come back before the end of the 3rd period car is gone. Almost became homeless in Dallas and stuck in Dallas for almost a full week till my next paycheck also would have missed a whole week of work so needless to say I will not be returning to Dallas anytime soon extremely shady practices on the towing and no obvious signs when coming into the parking lot

Great staff, super friendly and their management is always professional! Greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything which you don't get at many places. Everything I ever buy is always in stock and if it's not they help me find another location that does. As far as the parking goes clearly there are signs that say it's a tow away zone. I mean after all it technically is private property so whether you buy something or not you can't just leave your car there and walk away. Also, the pharmacist is always super helpful! I recommend shopping here 100%!

Easily the worst CVS, every time you come in there’s something wrong. Bathrooms don’t work. Cash registers aren’t open. How have you been open for almost an hour and your cash registers won’t be open for another 30 minutes. Why open the store at all?

Would give this a store a zero star if I could. The manager has a deal with the tow company. If you leave your car for anytime at all. It WILL get towed! He gets money while you have a 200 dollar bill to get you car back. Terrible store, terrible manager, do not shop here!

Convenience over price with this location. Save some money by using their CVS shopper card it's free to sign up and you can use your phone number each time instead of the card. Restroom vent and exhaust cover were dirty when I visited today.

Really bad customer service. The cashier a young Hispanic women was literally texting on her phone THE WHOLE TIME she was checking me out. She didn't say hello, she scanned my purchase still with her phone in one hand, texted then looked back I up to push a button the screen, continued on her phone while I paid with my cc and then finally put the phone down cause I asked her to bag my item. How can this be tolerated? I hope the manager reviews the footage and tells her something because this is unacceptable. People can't be without their phone while at work, let alone checking out a customer right in from them.

My husband was racially profile because he is Hispanic with tattoos. He was accused OUTSIDE OF THE STORE BY A MANAGER of knocking down a sign that said "closed" on the restroom. Then when called to retrieve the name of said manager, I was talked over, talked back to, disrespected and I'm appalled. I am a customer and you treat people like this? Customer service is my life and this....a joke. It was explained to me that they were EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCED by having to do their job and clean the restroom that as far as we could tell was fully functional.

I had to pick up a few items from Cvs and an employee named Brad look directly at me and walked away then he started following me around the store. Then when a White woman walked through the store he said hello welcome to Cvs then when another employee told him to check me out I asked him why he didn't great me he said I didn't see you when I made eye contact with him when I entered the store I feel Like he profiled me and need to be Retrained on customer service need to have the understanding that in customer service you need to treat every one Equally unless someone gives you a reason but overall it's a great store no problem with any other employee.

This CVS location has a great pharmacy. It always have a staff on which I can depend. In addition, there's a pharmacist by the name of Amin who looks out for his customers. Not only was it a breeze to pick up my order, but he even gave me instructions which saved me $40 off my prescription.

Current staff is definitely rude and ill informed. I have been to a few CVS and have been able to purchase items via my eGift Card. This is the only location that can't seem to work a scanner or follow directions. Highly annoyed and inconvenienced.

If you like being racially profiled and having some loss and prevention “manager” called Michael standing behind you while you shop, then this is the place for you. Worst experience, Some of these managers need retraining in customer service. Out of everyone in the store I guess I was the one who was likely to steal. This place is a joke!

Most of us walk into a pharmacy for picking mainly medication. Several months ago, I went to pharmacy to pick up my "much-needed" medication and explained medical necessity. The pharmacist Hyen Vo, took 45 minutes to give my medication as she was witnessed checking out customers for "food items" at pharmacy counter. No apology from her. Secondly she disclosed my legal information and violated a court order. I spoke to her manager Charlsea Solwers, who promised to talk to Hyen Vo. I walked in the store and she stated "It was not her fault.". She started showing discrimination. I asked for a store manager "Jacqueline Dunbar" stated she was the store manager in "anger". I spoke to Mr. Marco who is a supervisor but a sweet taker. I called the store manager Lindsay Perez" last week and she apologized and stated she would fix all issues. Till date no call has been received.
