If only I could give 0 stars. The email I recieved said - Pharmacy will hold this Rx until: 03/22/2024. I went there the morning of 3/22 after driving 3 hours from a two week trip I had taken. The counter guy said my prescription wasn't there. They had restocked it. I mentioned what was on the notification that it would be there until 3/22. To me that means it would be put away on 3/23. I asked if he would fill it and he said 20 minutes. There was nobody in line at all besides me. He said "we're busy" and I will have to wait. I went to the bathroom came back and stood at the counter. The pharmacist asked if I had a question. No just waiting. He actually said I could have a seat or walk around the store. I was off to the side, not blocking the registers at all and nobody was there. I had been sitting for 3 hours and didn't want to walk around the store so I told him I was fine standing there. He practically ordered me to sit down. So I said you can move faster because I am busy too and expected my prescription to be ready. He said your not going to tell me how to do my job you are out of here buddy. So I left.First of all was a customer and I am not his "buddy." He could have could cared less that I was a customer. Their whole attitude was too bad you can wait on us. Period. I don't think it takes 20 minutes to put a few pills in a bottle and print a label. Since they put it away on the last day it was still supposed to be there it seems they could have just filled it then, especially since nobody was in line besides me. The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.

I wonder if their boss knows they close 15 minutes before 11. They have self check out. It's not like they have to actually do any physical work for the last 15 minutes of the day

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 340 photo cards for same day pick up. No one contacted me to let me know that the order could not be fulfilled due to the lack of photo printing paper. In fact, when I called, was told that they ran out but they would get more and the photo cards would be printed. An inconvenience is an understatement.
