Tonight I waited 25 minutes along with the car in front of me and cars behind me in the drive through PICK UP prescription line. I called the pharmacy to see what was taking so long and they told me that they were FILLING a prescription for this car that was taking so long. When I finally got up to the window, I asked to speak to Samuel the pharmacist, and he didn’t have much to say and just walked away for his team to handle. Employee named April thought the situation was funny apparently because she just grinned and laughed and passed me off to another worker. She, he or anyone else apologized for the long wait. I was treated with disrespect and finally got my prescriptions after giving them the birthdate twice and the name twice. I was picking up for other people. I am so glad I am a Walgreens pharmacy customer and I will be telling my friends to not use CVS pharmacy or for sure not use this location anymore.

Worst pharmacy. They take forever, recived a call that my prescription was ready, just to come pick up and they say it was never filled it was just a reminder call. I would need to come back in an hr.

Why do I keep filling my prescriptions here? The service is the worst. I went to fill my prescription I’m completely out of my inhaler, I told the tech that I couldn’t breathe and if she could try and fill it fast? She told me to wait 20 minutes 😩 here I am still waiting 30 minutes later

The store manager greeted all of his customer's with a hearty hello.. I asked an associate about their WelCare program and if he participated? He didn't know, but called the manager and he helped me with everything I needed. Very clean, well stocked store, and nice employees.

I went in to pick up a prescription and was immediately received with poor communication and was given an attitude by a young lady. I was sent from my preferred store to pick up the prescription that I was missing and they made me waist even more time since they supposedly said it was in another location. In the new location they sent me they confirmed it was in the last cvs and it just was so annoying driving around because of how poor the lack of service is here. Once I came back I had to wait even more time until my prescription was ready. Overall this location was the worst I have been in and dont recommend it. They clearly dont care about the health of their clients.

Went to pick up a prescription and they did not have it in stock. They did not call and let me know it was not in stock. I asked them to check another location and transfer it. They told me which location to go to.The second location said they did not have it in stock and it had not been transferred. They found a third ocation that did have it couldn't get it filled before until the next day.This problem hold have been eliminated if someone had bothered to reach out and let me know instead of waiting for me to pick it up.The lack of communication and caring is disappointing. The last few times I have used this location the service has been poor and their hours are limited. I will not use them again. The pharmacy at Tom Thimb has better service, hours and communication.

Waited in line to pick up my Rx, when I got to the window they CLOSED the window: 5:00 pm and website says they close at 6pm. Immediately walked inside (because I needed my Rx) and guy told me sorry we are closed. CVS will never get my business again!!!

The pharmacy is USELESS! Although, its 5 minutes away, I will take my insurance business elsewhere since I end up doing their job. Everytime they want to charge me for prrscriptions. This time they told me it wasnt covered. I called my insurance company, turns out IT IS COVERED they only needed a medication id to put it through.

One of the worst CVS I have seen. The Pharmacy does not have any courtesy to call us and inform if they have system issues.Note: The pharmacist told she will call me when the system is up. But she didnt call. They made me come 2 days continuously and I had to wait for more than an hr including the driving time to hear they cant proceed with the test since their system is down. This location is such a pain.

The pharmacy has an automated system but they don't alert you when you ask for a refill 24 hours in advance and they have not filled it. A courtesy email or text that gives an update would be helpful. Very annoying. And yes, I am aware I can own all responsibility and not assume 24 to 48 hours is sufficient to fill a routine prescription. A text alerting me the order would be delayed is all it takes.

They need some help in the pharmacy... You can never pull up and get what you need without having to wait 20-30 mins .. it's frustrating as hell. And they call to tell you your prescription is ready but when you get there it's not ready. Do better

Dania made picking up my daughters medicine very easy she answered all my questions and was very polite she explained what each medication was for and how to dose it she was also patient she had such good energy ❤️

If I could give a zero, I would definitely give it. Extremely unprofessional. We came here to this location two continuous days for drive through covid test just to hear they are unable to the test and unable to do the paper work since their system is down. Had we got a call ...I wouldn't have driven 30 mins from my home. This location must close the drive through testing if they have issues again and again.

They do not communicate with you at all. A medication that I needed asap for my babies, they said it wouldn’t be ready for 4 days later. Which is unacceptable due to the fact that these meds should be started with in the first 3 days of symptoms. They care nothing about their clients or they lives.

The two night shift beautiful young ladies there are awsome! Helped me right away and greatful to point me in the right direction to things I needed for my sick puppy! Thank you girls sometimes the smile and assistance customer service makes someones day better really grateful for the tips.

The pharmacist there are great! I've been using this store for around 10 years now and they even know my name when my husband pulls up on his motorcycle to get my Prescriptions! Now a days that's remarkable.

Worst pharmacy location in historyHad to switch from Walgreens and this is the closest location to me. Said they open at 9:00am not true they open whenever they feel like it 945 10 o’clock Then not to mention they never have the medicine in stock

I just have the worse experience in customer service in this Pharmacy. To start there is a lack of communication between their stuff, second some of the pharmacy stuff don't know how to manage their system, and third there is an old lady that was unnecessary rude to me, to the point of screaming at me:WHAT DO YOU WANT??!!

This store says that its open till 11pm but they closed at 10pm.. 1/31/22.. thats false open hours.. at least put a note on the door for why you are closing at 10pm instead of 11pm
