Wonderful service by cat connection for our two british shorthair male cats with basic service plus tummy shave, all for a reasonable price. The cats good thru this summer and till next summer, as their thick coat at tummy is now gone. Lindsay was really good with her grooming work and made a good effect on the cats. The cats are much happier now. Highly recommend this place if you hold your cats dear and near to yourself.

Been brining my cat here for a year now and this place is awesome. Reasonable pricing considering everything is pricy now a days. You can also tell my cat feels comfortable here and love that it’s a cat only place so she doesn’t get anxiety from dogs barking, like at other places. They leave my cat Trouble looking nice and clean. Before and after pictures. She has so much hair but they really clean her up nice.

Greatest place ever. I’ve been bringing my cat here for probably 5 years. They are like cat whisperers and I know my cat is in the best hands. They do an incredible job, and even have fit in an emergency grooming before for my cat when he had a bad accident. My cat is always happy here & they groom his super thick Siberian hair perfectly each time. I am so thankful for them!

Update: we got a phone call within hours letting us know that the issue was going to be addressed and they were apologetic for the situation. The follow up was incredible. Thank you so much for taking the time to address concerns.The groomer here is great. Best in the area by a long shot. However the front desk always seems to be having a bad day. We drive in from an hour away so making the appointment time right at the exact minute is difficult. We were 10 minutes late the first time by our own fault and were told to be on time next time. Understandable. We have been 10 minutes early every time since and we are scolded by the front desk. But when they kept my cat an hour past their original pick up time I had to just accept it. We wouldn’t mind waiting in the store until her appointment time if they told us to but the front desk always makes us seem like such a burden to them. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable about leaving my cat there if they see us and her as such a burden.

Took my ragdoll cat in for grooming. He had alot of hair matting and not the easiest cat to groom, but Desiree did an outstanding job giving him the lion cut (I asked to leave the tail and legs full). He looks so cute and I can tell that he feels much better. She must have all the patience in the world!

I am not the one for negative reviews unless it's a serious matter. I'm was a new client and will no longer be coming here unless there is some serious changes.Who ever owns this establishment should recheck there cameras if any, to investigate their so called groomers.I do not tolerate abuse of an animal.So be warned...

I rarely write reviews, but first time customer at Cat connection and this is gonna be the 200th review for them.I loved the experience. Initially I was scared for my 10 month old cat's first haircut. I must say Justin is the best groomer I could have ever wished for. Very nice lion cut. My cat looks great. Justin did cut as per my preference and he did his best. Friendly place. They have a in house cat as well Snowflake to pet/play with.Highly recommended!!

Nice people who are excellent at what they do!This was my first time at Cat Connection. I chose them because my Vet recommended them. They are now my new cat groomer!My senior cat was in desperate need of a haircut. He usually gets a cut in April but we were sheltering in place. By the time I felt ok about taking him for his summer cut he was pretty matted. They did a great job cleaning him up and taking care of him in general. He looks so cute!He also came home happy as can be - he's usually kind of mad when he gets home from grooming but not this time.I also love that it's a cat store - no smell of dogs or barking to worry him. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs too. I'm just saying that's a BIG plus for a cat groomer.

100% satisfied. My fur fam looked good, smelled good and their coats were so soft and smooth. If you have a habit buying toys your cat doesn't need? Proceed with caution..... They have a large and fabulous selection of cat toys, dental care, food, etc... It's cat tabulous in there! Not to mention very clean and no offensive pet odor.

Cat Connection is great! They take great care of my cat and make sure he has everything he needs. Once they realized he is very shy, they added a box to his condo for him to hide in, and now when we arrive it's in their notes that he needs a hidey box. That's not something I requested; they just really understand cats!I also appreciate the toys and other accessories they have for sale, so I can grab whatever I need while I'm there. I've been using Cat Connection for boarding for years at their old location and the new location looks great! You can absolutely trust them with your kitties whether it's for boarding, grooming, supplies, or just a quick walk-in nail trim.If you need to board during summer or for the holidays, book as far in advance as you can. They have more room at the new location but they're already filling up for the holidays!

My elderly mom has 2 cats that get severely knotted and she doesn't remember to brush them. She used to have a vet that would knock them out and shave the knots. He doesn't do that anymore so had to find someone that could shave them. When I say knots, they get so bad they feel like a woven mat. VERY tight and VERY close to the skin. I think it's part she can't remember to brush them, part that they're 13 years old and have "bad hair" and don't groom themselves properly.Took them here and they did an excellent job. Gave them a lion cut and they look so cute! The vet just did a hack job. He's not a groomer and the goal was just to remove the knots.I would recommend this place for anyone that needs help with badly knotted cats.

Went to get my cat’s nails clipped. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I also received great advice on helping with my cat’s hyper tendencies. We’ll definitely be back.

We boarded our floof Lil T for the holidays since we haven’t tested his tolerance to road trips. He got lonely for a couple of days but the team at CC took great care of him, giving us updates on his status. They even syringe-fed him when he refused to eat.They also groomed him before pickup so he smelled like he was going on a date LOL.They must have given him lots of cuddles since he’s become a new cat, talking and purring more than usual. This is one of the only places in the DFW area that not only does cat grooming by a master groomer but also cat-only boarding! They all love cats here so much, it shows in their dedication. They also carry only cat food that isn't poor quality food full of fillers and by-products.

This past week was my first time boarding my cat anywhere, and I was nervous but confident that she was in good hands at Cat Connection. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and assured me that they would take good care of my cat. I called once during her stay to check on her and they took the time to let me know how she was adjusting. I picked my kitty up today and it was a very easy and positive experience. I would recommend Cat Connection to anyone in the area who needs to board their cat! They also have grooming services and lots of nice things to buy in the front.

Is this business even real? I placed an online order on the 4th and it has been pending since. You took my money, and I have left multiple voice-mails, messages, texts, emails, etc. No one has gotten back to me on the status of my order. So I called my bank to file a dispute. The prices seemed too good to be true I guess..Update-post review, they refunded my shipping fee and sent out my product. Thank you for taking car of your customer

Took my 18 year old cat, Sterling, in to be groomed for the first time ever. The Cat Connection were mindful of her age and treated her with care and dignity. My cat doesn't liked her belly to be brushed, and the groomer was able to shave her belly with no issues. She came home soft and happy and did not seem to be overly stressed! Thank you team for taking care of my baby!

Our long haired cat, Glennifur loves her spa appointments at the Cat Connection. They are great groomers and do very well cleaning her up for us monthly. Quick and easy. Never had a problem. Just make sure you're up to date on your cats shots

Found Cat Connection via google and brought my two kittens there for grooming a/b a month ago...I know...late review. They did a wonderful job!! T&P were so fresh and so clean! They smelled good and their nails were trimmed perfectly. We will be bringing them back and after reading a/b the boarding info, we will be trying that too! My only regret was that I didn't leave a better tip!

I had not boarded my kitty Buddy before and was so worried. A friend told me about The Cat Connection. I called and spoke with Kathleen and she was so nice. I left Buddy there for 10 days and called several times to check on him and they always went back to ask a staff member how he he was doing and they were always so nice about telling me how he was doing. I live in Canton and drove him to Dallas to have him boarded I was so worried about him. I don't know what they did but he has been the sweetest cat since I got him back. He doesn't scratch or bite. I would recommend The Cat Connection to everyone. The staff are great and you can tell they love cats. The price was great. I love The Cat Connection!

I’ve had two good experiences getting my cat groomed here — the end result was fantastic.On the other hand, I had a particularly negative experience with a cashier recently. While dropping off my cat, I made sure to update our contact number from my wife’s (who was on vacation) to my own. As the day progressed, I received no call from Cat Connection. I received a message from my wife around 4:45 PM that our cat was ready. Confused, I left immediately. A few minutes later, right as I am in the parking lot in front of Cat Connection, I received a call in a very accusatory and sardonic tone of voice claiming “all kinds of numbers had been called” and “if I don’t get there immediately I’m going to have to pay for boarding.” Frustrated, I open my call log to reveal not a single call during the day.When I walked in the store, no one was at the front . A few minutes later, a woman rushes into the room, makes no eye contact, and is muttering under her breath that “she will be with you shortly.” After storming out, I waited with my arms crossed for a few minutes. That woman stormed back in, still muttering, and left again. Eventually, the boarder came in from the other room and was very sweet, and took care of the situation promptly. I left a gratuity for the groomer and requested a card to call the manager back.Today, I left a message and received a prompt response from Erin. Right off the bat, she opened by calling my arrival the previous day a “performance,” setting an awkward tone for the rest of the conversation. After discussing the events, she doubled down on the cashier’s behavior and repeated again that “it was all on video” (great, and?) This really left a bad taste in my mouth, so my wife and I will be utilizing the services of other groomers in the future.(Later on, my wife indicated she had received a call at 2:45 PM, so another call had indeed been made. On the other hand, “Erin” confirmed that my wife’s number had been crossed out in the registration paper that was done in the morning.)

I had the most weird and annoying experience at this place. I had made an appointment to have my cat groomed at this place.They did not tell me the following when I made the appointment over the phone-Apparently, even just for a grooming appointment, they need the cat to be fixed. My cat was having kittens, so I had not planned on getting her fixed.I have lived in 3 other major metro areas and have been to multiple high end groomers and this issue has never come up ever. You cannot have your cat fixed just for a grooming appointment.Anyway, the front desk staff were quite weird and adamant about this. I had to take my cat to a different groomer unfortunately.I would suggest just being very upfront about this over the phone so that there is no miscommunication. This requirement also seems to be out of proportion for the level of service requested.Thank you for your time!
