Love this place. I’ve always washed and groomed my boy Pancho myself. Now living in an apartment without the space needed, I looked around for a groomer and they were extremely pricey. Found Bruno’s and because I enjoy grooming Pancho myself, I thought I’d give it a shot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, wait time was very short, prices are very fair, and each station has literally everything you need convenient and handy. Pancho never enjoys this activity but walked away fluffy, clean, shiny, with a smile and complimentary bandana for Good Boys. Definitely coming here again.

Maddox (the owner) is the real reason I chose to come here! The vibe, atmosphere, availability, and endless options for shampoo and conditioner were amazing. Not to mention the complimentary bandana, free jerky and natural cologne my pup got at the end to top it off! 10/10 highly recommend coming here! I love bringing my shiloh shepherd here. She gets her long fur dirty so quickly that's its incredibly easy to bring her here for 20 dollars and give her a full bath and nail trim! She loves it. Very calm and chill environment. They offer free treats and also a free bandana with every bath. They also got punch cards. Their prices aren't bad and you can wash your dog all by yourself. There is grooming stations and blow dryers!!! We will be back this week!!!!

This place was really amazing! It’s so hard bathing my pup at home so I thought I’d try Bruno’s out! I’m so glad I did.Here are the highlights from our first visit:1. Their bathing stations are top notch! They allow you to stand comfortably without bending or straining your back. It’s easy to get your dog into the tub no matter how big or stubborn they are! The water pressure and temperature is adjustable and doesn’t get too hot for your pups skin. They have adjustable leads to secure your dog into the tub so they don’t move around or jump out.3. All kinds of great-smelling, organic products in easy to use squirt bottles for no extra fee! From tear free, flea/tick, and shed prevention shampoo, to soothing oatmeal conditioner, they go above and beyond with whitening shampoo and blueberry facial wash for removing dark stains on light furred pups. They even had ear cleaner which was such a bonus for my floppy-stinky-eared basset hound mix!4. A large selection of grooming tools! From different sized brushes, combs, deshedding slickers, to aprons, towels, and more you’ve got everything you need from start to finish.5. The blow dryers were easy to use, quiet/low-stress, and worked great! The temperature and air pressure was adjustable. Didn’t get too hot! Super safe and gentle around ears, eyes, and nose areas.6. Great safety policies and clear instructions posted! They had a sign that had a strict leash policy and a rule that children must be directly next to their guardian at all times and not near other people’s dogs which made me feel comfortable for me and my dog’s safety.7. Friendly staff and super clean! You feel welcome and supported from the moment you walk in to checkout. I had no idea what I was doing with all the fancy equipment, but it was pretty self-explanatory, had tips and guidance posted everywhere, and they answered my questions when I needed anything. They keep everything clean, organized, and immediately sanitize stations after customers leave.8. Affordable and I didn’t feel rushed! Only $14.95 for my 35 lb fluffy/thick/long-haired pup. No time limits, walk-in at the time that works best for you, no extra charges for fur length/thickness. They just weigh your dog at checkout. Easy for you, your schedule, and your wallet!This place is walking distance from my house so we will easily become a regular customer. They even gave me a punch card and you get a free session after 5 visits! If you’re on the fence, hopefully this review helps! You won’t be disappointed.

I LOVE the convenience Bruno's offers! Everything you need to be your fur baby's personal groomer is there! Lots of different shampoos, tools to help bathe, scrub, rinse, dry, groom...I could go on and on. Best of all, SUPER AFFORDABLE! The owner is very sweet and helpful, always ready to offer tips if needed. It gets busy, so luckily there are snacks for the doggies and a cute patio area for you to wait. Be sure to get a punch card to earn that free visit. I highly recommend Bruno's! 👌

My dog and I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful. The vibe was pretty laid back. They have a wide selection of shampoos and conditioners, and also scents for doggie cologne or perfume. They have all different kinds of towels to dry your dog. The water temperature is adjustable, as well as the air dryer. It was so much more convenient than washing at home. We will be back!

This place is amazing if you need a spot to wash and groom your buddy! All tools and equipment are provided, it’s quiet inside, and reasonably priced. There are even grooming tables for brushing and blow drying! The perfect place to bring my shepherd, pics below!

I really love this place! It's a bit small so it can be a bit of a wait on busy days, but there's a nice covered patio with space to sit with your doggo, so it's not too bad. Plus the street has lots of small shops to see if the wait is too long. The staff is always very sweet and they have a cute punchcard reward system that gets you a free bath every 6 washes! Very cozy and chill. I used to live on the next street over but I didn't have a dog then. Now I live on opposite side of the city and I make the trip over there to wash my dog that I have now 😅

We have come here regularly to bathe our dog and the staff is always friendly. The wash areas are always cleaned in between uses, they provide shampoo and conditioner, towels, and a sock. I really love that you don’t have to worry about your pet’s safety either since everyone has their dogs on leashes.

We decided to try this location after the one in Irving sadly shut down. The day we went it was a bit busy so we waited but we didn’t mind at all. When we went in it was dirty and there was no blue towel, sock or trashcan around us to use. The dryer we used was sticky due to the tape residue and there was hair sticking to it. I’m also not sure if this location offers a free bandana since the staff member didn’t mention it.Definitely missing the Irving location. Hopefully they reopen one day.

If 10 stars were an option!!!!! We took our 105 pound great Dane puppy for his first time. They have large tubs with towels aprons brushes shampoos and everything you could possibly imagine ….provided treats along with an amazing staff member it was everything we had hope for we will be using it over and over and over again this absolutely is a game changer. We took our puppy to the big dog park he played in the mud and the water and now before we even put him in our house he is completely spotless. this concept is amazing absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend!

They have everything you need to give your dog a good bath. took my german shepherd , got to use a vacuum to air dry him and a towel. Even clipped his nails. $28 isnt bad for whats included. Got to spray him with a complimentary perfume before we left.

1st time to visit but what a most excellent idea..no supplies needed bc they had complimentary selections of shampoo, conditioners as well as brushes..not to mention towels and blow dryer..it was 24.95$ for my buddy Klaus who weighs about 55lbs..I loved it bc after all was said and done no more stinky sidekick 😉

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and attentive, the tubs, and bathing areas are really clean. I reserved the zen room. It's a room designed to accommodate you if you have more than one dog. I took my 3 little one, and was really impressed! They supply towels, aprons, dryers, different shampoos, furminator tools and shampoos, safety loops for bathing, non slip grates for the tub, and you can rent clippers from them if you want to cut your own dog's hair. They have a punch card so you can earn a free bath after your 6th one! I most definitely recommend this place!

Place is really nice and convenient. The biggest issue is that they are closed a lot of the time due to employees being late or missing work. This happens more often than it should. I’ve shown up about three times now where no one is at the location during business hours.

I love coming here and so do my girls … well maybe not the girls so much. But the fact that everything is available to make dog washing easy means bath time is faster and we can go. Kelly is so kind and helpful . The store is clean . So happy I found Bruno’s .

Best place ever!! The people working were so kind and helpful and the place was super clean. My dog LOVED getting his first real bath. The tiny sock to clean out your dogs ears and the jerky at the front were touches I wasn’t expecting, everything was so thoughtfully laid out. My dog and I can’t wait to go back :)

LOVED IT! my german shepherd fit in the tubs and the tubs were short enough for me to reach and wash him real good :) (i’m 4’11 so it’s pretty hard to wash my dog)They have all sorts of shampoos and conditioners. Brushes, scrubbers, towels and aprons! They have dryers too. You even get jerky treats when you come in! Then,when you leave, you get a free bandana of your choice ! all for under $30. The pricing all depends on weight. My German shepherd weighs 70 pounds so he’s pretty big. Overall 10/10 you should TOTALLY come here to groom your pet!But enjoy this pic of my dog eating a pup cup :3

Super clean facility. The staff member that was there when I arrived was super helpful, and walked me through everything for my first time. Different size tubs for all dogs, even my CO puppy. Supplies are supplied which is awesome There's a separate room for shy doggies as well that's at no additional cost. You even get doggy perfume/cologne to spray once you're done. Prices are definitely competitive. Highly recommend.

Almost a year ago, on May 11th, 2023, I took a stray dog I found to check for a chip and to bathe the poor guy. He was in bad shape. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They saved the day for our Belgian Malinous we named "Joey"Yesterday, we found a severely malnourished baby pittie at Kiest Park. We thought he was approx 4 to 6 weeks old. The vet at Edgefield Animal clinic said he was more like 4 to 6 MONTHS. He weighed only 26 lbs, severe mange, and who knew what else? Maddox, Bruno's owner was there and she assisted us in the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dog centered way we've encountered in a LONG time. After he was checked for a chip (none found, no surprise there!), Maddox helped us choose the best medicated shampoo for this poor guy. If anyone EVER wants to know where to take their dog for a DIY bath, nail trim, etc. the obvious answer will be BRUNO'S. Fantastic place, atmosphere, bathing and drying supplies. A++++++++++++

It was my first time here today, Kelly was so nice and showed me how everything worked! I left feeling like a professional dog groomer because they had all the tools and supplies. Oh and did I mention the prices are fantastic like everything about this place is just such a great idea I love it!! Don't second-guess it, try this place out, way easier than bending down in the bathtub at home, I saw all sized dogs in there too which tells how accommodating it is!
