This place is great! My dog was terrified of grooming for the longest. Since we started taking him here he's done so much better and looks forward to his end of appointment treat! They always do a great job with his haircut and let me know if anything on his skin needs extra attention.

We came to Bb after seeing another sheepdog with a great haircut. The staff is so kind and accommodating to us and our pup. They have done an amazing job grooming her to our preferences and now they even offer a weekly blowout. I am terrible at the constant maintenance a doodle takes and this is a game changer. We drive 30 min across town to get there and it’s worth every minute and dollar we spend. Best groomer we’ve ever used on any of our dogs.

My husband made an appointment for our doggy for the first time a few weeks ago. The Team here were all incredibly patient and flexible with me. When I finally arrived, the way everyone interacted with my pet before and after the appointment, shows they truly love and care for the dogs. My doggy looked beautiful when she was done. And she smelled great!I recommend this groomer.

It was our new dogs first experience with groomers and she is terrified of new and unfamiliar places and people. The staff at Billi Bonze got on the floor with her to ease her fear and within 2 minutes she was in their arms ready to go get groomed. She was happy and looked and smelled beautiful when I picked her up afterwards.

Billi Bonze is by far the best groomer I have used for our standard poodles. Dogs are given personal attention here, and any special instructions given are implemented. The staff is friendly to both people and dog clients.

Wonderful, professional, and kind! We are so happy to live right down the street from Billi Bonze. Our dog Lilly is 13 years old, blind, and diabetic, and they take excellent care of her. I rated Billi Bonze with 1 star but I wish I could give them zero. I dropped my puppy off for his first fur cut at 10:30am and learned at 4:30pm that they had not gotten to him yet. When I came back at 7:15pm they told me he was not ready and it would be about 20 - 30 more minutes. He was done and ready to go home at 7:45pm. My assumption would be that they rushed to cut his fur when I showed up at 7:00pm. His fur is very uneven and looks like I did it myself and he came back incredibly anxious, timid and would be aggressive if any of my family (who he is around daily) tried to touch him or come near him. I will not bring my puppy back here and I personally would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a dog groomer. For the people that do decide to come here I hope they have a better experience than my puppy and I did.

I started taking my dogs to Billi Bonze when they first opened in 1997, so over 21 years! I wouldn't take my dogs any where else. I have never ever had a problem there. The entire staff is helpful, gracious and accommodating. We are about to introduce my new dog. I checked out other places (like big box pet stores offering grooming) years ago. Billi Bonze is less with more services. I love the fact they are locally family owned. They are professional in every sense of the word.

I have a 6 month old goldendoodle and this groomer does an amazing job on his hair! He has been there twice... once for a puppy cut to get the hair out of his eyes and just today for a summer cut! They have done an awesome job on him both times and he’s not the easiest client! Would def recommend this place!!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I don’t usually do this, but our experience with this place was that awful. First, our dog was there for over 7 hours and came home a completely different dog. It was so obvious he hadn’t been given an ounce of water and hadn’t been allowed to got potty that entire time. He was so stressed and skiddish when we brought him home which is not normal for him. He immediately drank 3 bowls of water when he came home he was SO thirsty. Second, the groom job was absolutely TERRIBLE. We have a golden retriever and they completely botched his hair. They shaved his back super short and left everything else long, then scissor chopped his bottom ON ONLY ONE SIDE. They literally cut one side and not the other. He looked awful in more ways than one. DONT GO HERE!!!

I highly recommend Billi Bonze. I've been taking my Cavaliers here for two years for both baths and grooms, and it is consistently a positive experience. The staff is so kind to me and my pups, and I'm always pleased with the results. We own a business Helpful Hearts Pet & Personal Assistants. Besides dog walking and Pet Sitting, we do Pet Taxi and Personal Assistant. One of our clients has a Great Pyrenees. She had brought him to other groomers and they didn't listen to her request not to shave him. Billi Bonze did listen. She is completely satisfied every time we bring him because he really "looks handsome" when he comes home.

Dropped my dog off at 9:30 and was told that I will be able to pick her up around 3-4pm, but they did not call until 4pm so i called first, and they said they did not even start on my dog. What is the point of dropping a dog off early in the morning then? Seems like my dog not too nervous could not peepee while there, which means she was holding it for almost 8hours. I know it because the first thing she did when I picked her up was peepeeing… also, when I got home I realized that she had super tangled tail and few other places that I can’t do anything so I had to just cut it off. I asked to cut very short for her toe/legs and they didn’t do it.. even for the body, i asked to keep her face round and furry while body is shorter and look better and they did not cut much. Looks like they just trimmed her a bit. Even face was not round so I trimmed her to look better when I got home.. oh well. Funny thing is i feel like this place was effortless grooming output out of all the places I tried but was the most expensive haha my dog fur was very soft so i liked it and people were nice tho i wont go back..
