I have visited this location several times for flowers because I felt they had a nice selection. Well each time there has been an issue with prices, not labeled or nothing on them at all. This was the third time I’ve had an issue, either the cashier is very rude or she really does not show concern with assisting with the price. This last time a plant sis not have a label, I asked if they could get a price for me and was told NO because someone was on the computer…well after going through not getting a price and being rude from the worker, the plant I wanted to purchased was the owed in the trash, this plant was placed in a area for $22.99, yes I knew it couldn’t be right due to the size of the plant. Why sale plants if there’s always no price on them. Thank you for being so inconsiderate and unconcern. I’ll make sure to promote this location. Oh and the manager then threw the plant in the trash.

12/3/23 Went in here found a good deal on dog food so I decided to get a bad as well as a 18 count box. So as I went to check out the cashier said the the 18 count box packages where sold separately. But when she scans the box it it scanned. So I go take a picture of the two boxes that where left as she calls her manager Silvia. Not sure what was said because I was gone but when I came back she said no we can't sell the box like that we have to sell each individual packages. Always trying to get over SMH.7/29/22 Can into this location to get a hat I'd seen before but it wasn't there anymore. So I seen that they had the toothpaste on sale so I grabbed 4. When I get to the register they where ringing up a different price so I told the cashier that the price was wrong and she stated "well that's what they're ringing up. I then asked could she get the manager. Maria the manager comes and states oh no those just the regular ones. Plus another thing theses stores do is if something is .99 they round up. So I got some markers that where 3.99 they changed me and even 4 dollars. I've been noticing this so you guys pay attention to the prices

You can get great deals here and at great prices however you have to pay attention to the pricing. It says 99 cent store but everything is not $0.99 and the prices keep inching up little by little. The bread that I used to get here for $1.50 is now a little over $3 The chips that I used to get for $1.49 they no longer carry and the new brand that they seem to have replaced them with is $2.49. With that in mind, the prices are still much lower than you would find in a typical grocery store. However don't go in with your heart set on getting one particular thing because what's carried changes up. One of the most disheartening things that I've seen lately, was a rat walking on one of the shelves and across hot dog buns. The staff came immediately and made an attempt to catch the rat and said that they had been having a problem in this one particular corner of the store and that they have not been able to figure out how the mice were getting in. However in their defense I will say that after that incident I went into the store a few days later and it was obvious that there was a deliberate effort to be sure that everything was clean I could even smell The fabulosa or bleach or whatever it was. Hopefully they took care of the rat problem I don't know. But I am now very careful and very particular about what and the type items I will get out of this place.. just in case. I will say the staff is very friendly

Terrible horrible experience I bought some chocolate snacks and upon arriving home I noticed the corner of the box was chew up and torn apart omg 🤮 I'm pretty sure it was rats and the cashier didn't even notice it I'm am Soo grossed out never going back to that location on BRUTON this is Soo dangerous to customers I cannot believe it😱

I always have a wonderful experience at 99 cent Except for this time, someone while I'm in line. Having my items checked out, someone took my bagels another customer. I think that's pathetic and one other thing. 99 cent store, you really need to keep stocked up on items. That are big sellers like the polish sausage, the regular sausage. And the fajita meets.

Lots of variety...bought tons of holiday items, some food and my favorite....gadgets!!! My favorite gadget...windshield cleaning tool for my car. It cleans the inside in those impossible to reach places.

Absolutely awful!!! The store is filthy, and the workers are RUDE. We purchased 6 cases of water. Even after I was checked out by one employee & waited at the front of store for my husband to grab the cases and walk them out because you can't walk out with the baskets (they have poles on them), a cashier at a different register was so consumed with YELLING at me from her register that I couldn't walk out with the basket - EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT BY THE DOOR OR EVEN MOVING, she couldn't pay attention to the customers she was checking out. It was terrible. Instead of ringing them up, she kept looking back at me, constantly saying I couldn't walk out, which was impossible anyway, with the pole on the cart!!! Ridiculous!!! The other employees were rude as well! This store needs an overhaul.

I went to this store earlier and I witnessed a mexican lady getting mad at the cashier because her daughter was in the aisle alone and it was a strange man around the little girl and the cashier told her to go to her mom. I let the cashier know that I would be writing a review because anything could've happened to the little girl and the cashier was looking out for her. The mom had no right to get mad for the cashier doing her job.

Very neat and organized despite the large amount of product they have on shelves. Cashiers have always been polite and friendly when I have checked out and the other staff are always busy stocking or cleaning. I once forgot a few bags and the person who answered the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Overall very nicely maintained and the staff are wonderful.

Terrible place to shop. Of course it's dirty, but many items are priced at $0.99 and they are charging up to five times the price. This is taking into account the items that are priced higher than $0.99.I got into Jacqueline's line. Whenever something was mispriced and I was getting overcharged I let the young woman know. It annoyed her so she turned off the monitor so I could no longer see the prices that she was ringing up. Since she didn't want need to see the prices and she didn't want to tell me the prices, I had to ask her for the prices of the items before paying. Even then she lied about some of the prices. I couldn't tell until after I left the store and looked at the receipt.This used to be a nice place to shop with a great variety of items and prices clearly marked. Not anymore. In addition to Jacqueline's substandard (on the point of rude) service, there was ghetto shouting over the intercom.Never again.

I shop here for crafts and birthday day supplies they have lots to choose from, the only thing they have to focus here is on some of the night cashiers, I had to wait for them to finished a conversation before I could be checked out, not good when you're trying to get out of there quickly.

Just tried to shop and there was something spilled on the floor. They accused my very expensively trained service dog. He did go near the spill to block as he is supposed to. Maybe train your staff on disability rights and and some sensitivity training.

This 99 Cents Only Store is a bright little spot in this area. However, be careful of the parking lot or you might damage your car with all the rough spots.The day staff is friendly and the store is kept orderly and clean. The selections here have suffered because of the disruption in the supply chain but there are still quality items to be had - if you know what you are looking at.The main problem with this store is that it is too small for people to maneuver at safe distances. The dog food is overpriced. But all in all it is a good shopping experienceFresh foods, dairy, eggs, breakfast meats, luncheon meats, and frozen foods are usually featured. I always shop this store when I am in the area.

This is a good place to go to get what you need. Always has a bunch of product available to buy. The manager is really helpful and kind. Cheap price for all the products.

Let's face it, this place is a deep discount store, you're not going to get some 5 experience like you would in a ritzy community.This place has a pretty decent selection of items, it has fresh if not pressure produce than some of the other 99.9 Cent Stores I've been to, it needs a larger bread selection, a few seasoning items need to be seasoning items need to be stocked like Worcestershire sauce and a few others. Would like to see a better bottled seasonings selection.There were plenty of people on the floor keeping the Isles relatively neat, there weren't a bunch of children destroying items throughout the store like I've seen in many 99.9 Cent Stores, the staff all though not completely the friendliest I've met, we're polite. Other than that it is what it is a deep discount store that has items you can grab real quick on the Fly and it was open on a national holiday for a while, so that's important.

When your looking for great deals here's the place. There is always a variety of stuff, and I am so glad that the prices usually never go up. Whether it's food, pet food, toys, home decor, facial products, and hygiene products you can find it all here. The only thing I have found displeasing over the nine years of coming to this 99¢ store is that once in a while customer service isn't all that great. The only upside is that I usually see the bad employees leave just as quick as they came.

The store is kept clean. They usual have ample staff at checkout. This being said ,I saw a guy outside that was very scary. Just hanging around. Not the best place to be after darkEspecially if you are female. I was there during the day. I wouldn't return at night.
