Was my favorite 711 to stop by on my way home, but now it seems like management does not care about the image nor quality of their hot foods. Wings are always dried out They look like chicken jerky if thats a thing. The pizza is also always dry and brown. There is always 2 to 3 roller items on the roller grill. Soda fountain machine has blobs of syrup oozing at the Dispensing nozzles and the slurpee machine is always "broken." The restroom has been "out of order" since the start of covid, They also have a sign reassuring you that the sign stating "out of service" is not lying. When making regular conversation, the clerks always respond, but once you start asking about time logs or how long has the dry food been out. They pretend they do not understand you.

7-11 has gone completely downhill since they started Franchising no restroom for the paying customers I WILL NEVER SHOP ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STORES until you start holding these franchisees to the standards the CORPORATION had before FRANCHISING and I promise I will spread the word not just 1 customer lost I promiseSince when does 7-11 close at 11:00 pm

Store hasn't had a working restroom in 2 years. One of the dirtiest 7-11s I've been in, soda fountain hasn't been cleaned in a long while, globs of congealed soda are visible. Has not had coffee for over a year, only ever has 1 or 2 roller grill items at any one time, items in hot food holding look like dried out leather. Employee does not acknowledge customers ignores most questions and will not ring anyone up until he has finished whatever he is doing.

I am a regular customer of the store as I bought a house in the area about a year ago. Today I stopped by to get gas and a couple of other items. After paying for my things I noticed as I pump my gas at the store was pretty slow and there wasn't a lot of traffic. I have a mound of quarters in my console from doing laundry. I took in $7 in quarters after initially paying for $10 in gas to add on some more gas. A guy named B claimed that he was the manager and refused to take my payment for gas! I literally shop there every single day and I was astonished that I was turned away as a paying customer and a regular. This guy was so rude and I am 100% positive that he is not the manager!

Does not offer the deals from the rewards program and was really rude about it because “it’s their choice since it’s not a corporate store”…. They have 7-eleven promo offers all over the windows and let you use your rewards points but literally was rude about letting me save 40 cents off a drink.

I attempted to purchased a pizza, m&m, and one ranch through my EBT card the clerk rang up the pizza wrong and the ranch was not covered however the m&m's processed leaving a balanced owed since the clerk rang up the pizza wrong his cancelled the remaining balance however he stated i did not pay for the m&m's and would not give me receipt i proceed to call the EBT card and showed on that day a transition was made the other clerk proceeded to say EBT has it in pending status after they decline it.... EBT does not have a wait process i checked was a transition is made it is made not saying it is a big deal but it is a bog deal to have had paid for something to not be able to leave with it so I will forever go to QT 7eleven has lost all my business the first clerk was very rude and mugged me the whole time and the second clerk was okay at least he was able to ring up my pizza correctly the first time the clerk never apologized just handed me my pizza and said good day i use to go to 7eleven for gas food and drinks but after this never again and i will tell everyone my experience friend family and all of my social media
