Went in to get a coffee and it’s this tiny little counter that’s cramped back against the wall. I couldn’t even finish making my coffee before I was pushed aside by others because it’s so small. It was the only place to get coffee before my flight. It tasted awful and I couldn’t even get to a lid because they have one small spot for the lids and I couldn’t reach them so I spilled it on myself. Horrible experience and it’s too small for this airport. Don’t stop here for coffee.

Please remind your staff to speak to customers when they approach the registers, ask if there is anything else they need and if they need a receipt. I flew out of terminal E on Frontier going to Cincinnati on 12/22/23 and I stopped in the @ 9:10am. The young lady at the register was just unpleasant.

Would put 0 stars if it would allow me to. Was told by a employee that the C12 and D20 7-Eleven stores were open 24hrs.Made it to C12 and the guy had just closed the glass doors and put a piece of paper on it saying he will "open back up at 3am".Was told by a cleaner that this is the store employee.Same issue with the 7-Eleven at D20 he had a sign that said "would open up at 5am".

This store is open 24hrs and the night staff was awesome and good at cooking fresh food and keeping it stocked. This is a main source of food for a lot of us airport employees who works nights and also for passengers who were stuck overnight. Seems like they got rid of all the old staff, now its a bunch of kids and no food is ever cooked. Asked if they still cook hot food any more and the employees asked the manager which she did not respond and said she was busy cleaning. Very disappointing. Seen several people walking around not knowing what to buy because everyone relied on hot cooked food.

They treat the employees in Terminal C bad! I see them greeting all the customers but when it comes to the employees, they aren't friendly and they never give you your employee discount. You pretty much have to ask for it and that something that we shouldn't have to do! I'll go elsewhere before I let anyone treat me anyway! If I could,I would give them 0 stars! Terrible customer service!!!

I arrived at the airport after midnight, and my next flight didn't leave until eight in the morning. I stayed in the airport that night, and this 7-Eleven was a lifesaver! It was the only place open 24 hours. It was affordably priced, and the hard-working people there were so kind. I was so excited to have this ray of sunshine on such a hard night.

Terminal A workers never wanna serve any customers. They turn the lights off so they don’t have to help customers…..extremely unprofessional.. do your manger know you ladies clockin and NEVER SERVE CUSTOMER WHEN YOUR OPEN TO DO SO..

Very rude staff.Came to buy a sandwich and a soda before my flight and both girls was talking and looking at their phone as i was invisible.They didnt even move their eyes towards me to see that i struggle to pass between the isles that they were blocking by standing and staring at their phones and chatting.Then when i came to checkout there was no conversation at all and the cashier kept staring at her phone.The i asked for a bag and i had to ask for 3 times because her headphones were on.Then she gave me a fluffy used bag from the counter and i have asked for a new bag, she didnt listen and kept putting the things in the bag and said “ whats the problem with this bag ? Its a good one its just here on the table !”Horrible, insulting and making bad reputation for the brand.Happened on 01/23/23 4:30 AM

For someone who works at the airport, I get here early enough for people to tell me that their card machine isn’t working. The other day I got yelled at for wanting a cold burrito because I did not want a warm one… another thing was the lady was taking her time restocking the shelves. There are other 7 Elevens in the airport that are more suitable to go to. Their customer service skills is something they truly lack in.

I had a pretty good experience here. They have a ton of different options for very low prices, and the staff were friendly and quick. I was in and out in West then five minutes. And he really can’t beat getting sliders for a dollar, especially in an airport! I will happily stop at any of the 7-Eleven locations in this airport anytime I connect through here.

This 7-Eleven in the airport was a delightful surprise. The drinks were not marked up exorbitantly, there were lots of snack choices, and plenty of hot food choices as well. The person who checked me out was quick and courteous.

This place was no different than any other convenience store, except for one of the ladies there. Rosa!! She was awesome. The cashier was not the friendliest person on the planet, but Rosa made up for it in droves. Such enthusiasm and great customer service. The 5 stars are for ROSA!! I just got a cup of coffee.

Tom the cashier with no customers was to busy to stock the nachos cheese machine.While the sign says all grilled items 1$ it actually $3.24 for a hot dog. The 2 empty registers left just one open at the end of the L shape counter. Forcing people on top of each other to get out. Poor customer service

Terrible experience. Went in for some last minute taquitos (didn't have time for a better choice) they have a self service area and after using a glove and reaching for my taquitos a female worker by the name of Hend came in yelling at me not to grab the ones that weren't done, mind you there was no sign so how am I supposed to know. And she started shaking her head and talking smack she went in the back of the counter but didn't show me the ones thatWERE done! Girl wasn't even wearing her mask over her nose and she's prepping food. They yelled at another costumer ahead of the line. They make you feel like an inconvenience

People so rude, I asked what time they opened and they stated 5 am. When I walked off she mouthed and not a minute sooner. Returned again at 5 am it was still closed. There is now line. And elderly lady asked what time do you open and the worker would only say soon. The rodeo lady said oh I thought it was 5am. The lady then came to the glass and started to get loud and aggressive with the lady. The lady finally walked off after the altercation

I was there couple times at terminal C12 store and getting some chips which was $1.59 and associates told me you’re getting 10% Airport employee discount which was showing me only .10 (10 cents) discounted on the receipt . I asked manager to clarify that if I really got 10% discount or not? She said yes. I was just wondering how did she get the position as a store manager who doesn’t know how much discount for $1.59 will be.Discount supposed to be $.14 if they applied 10% on $1.59This is not a good customer service at all specially in the Airport.

These people don't the difference between the system being down AT THE STORE and the system being down ONLINE as well. They only accepted cash and I was going to pay through the 7-eleven app, WHICH WAS WORKING PERTFECTLY FINE! And they declined it. Why have an ad at the store to pay thru the app if they don't want people to use it.

I came here twice, on the way to and back on transit. I see the am staff hustling with stocking and smiling with customers. I especially like the smiling slender lady with short spiky hair. She looks like she was having a great day when she greeted me. I want to thank her for the cheerful smile.

I landed at 1245am for my layover in DFW, excited to see that 7-11 was open for 24 hours. It's now 245 and after I went to each location A24, C11, D20, and E13 to find out that they are not open. Each location had a dumpster in front of them and locations A24 and E13 had no lights on. Giving them 1 star for the fact I got 2 hours of walking in, aggravated much.

My flight landed at 0115 hrs. Went to get coffee for our group. 7 11 had no decaf coffee and only a small amount of regular coffee that was "old" I asked the clerk if she could make a pot of decaf, she said "NO". She said she would not make coffee until 0330 - 0400. I thought customer service was important. Apparently not to her.

Really convenient having a 7-Eleven in the airport, but most of the staff is rude and lazy at this location so don't expect much from them. They do serve the hot foods you expect at 7-Eleven though, so if you're in a rush to catch a flight grab a quick bite to eat here.

The staff here is absolutely delightful. I found them to be very honorable, loyal and respectful. Kudos to Clara, Cookie and Tamara. It is what would be expected of a 7-11. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. I got some of the taquito rolls and wings. I would recommend to stop in here for a quick bite. And the girl Diamond who helped us was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

When you work late nights I understand playing your music to help you get through. But make sure it's tasteful and not full of explitives. Mind you I only walked by and could clearly hear the music and swear words from outside the store.

Visitor here a few times and they are always very fast and friendly. There are usualy 3 or 4 people on the register during peak times so the line moves quickly. This is a good place in terminal D to get a snack or drink if you are in a hurry.

Grab something to eat without paying airport prices! I paid $2.99 fot a biscuit with sausage, egg and cheese; and it was tasty. Got 2 oatmeal raisin cookies for $1.59; these are for later. All. the conveinances as a regular 7-11. Quick and cheerful service.
