Ok here is the deal. I went around Christmas and it was the most unorganized, dirty, and unprofessional dollar general I had ever been to. As you see in pictures the floor itself was disgusting. There are soo many trip hazards and safety violations I am surprised the fire or health department hasn't shut them down. I may have a high expectation about how things should be, so I went back today to see if maybe they had gotten better. Sad to say it is the worst store I have ever seen. They need new management! The employees were nice but seems they are worked too hard. Will be returning in few months to update.

The new DG is awesome self checkout cash or credit card and cashier. Very large variety of foods and necessities. Polite customer service and support. AmazingThe old store has always been dirt and disorganized the seven years I have lived here. The manager is a l obnoxious rude individual as if she is the franchise owner. Went in one day and bought a charger very quickly and paid them went home...I open the package and it is not the correct charger...I take it back and was told only the manager can reimburse me the next day. Went back the following day and she was there Jennifer...I present the charger still in its package...she tells me that I opened it and it cannot be returned...I said what do you mean how was I to know what if/or it was correct one without opening it...she still refused and gave me a dirty look ..I pick the $21 charger up and threw it across the store...she say I will call the police and I said call whoever you want lady...police scanner came saying " it's another unruly customer" hmmm I will never bother dealing with that store ever again thank God it closed.

Everytime I go in this store the customer service is appalling and the store manager is about as rude as they come. She has a constant look of disgust on her face and says very snide passive agressive and rude. And she walks around following customers accusing them of stealing when they haven't done anything wrong. She will have one cashier working and her and 2 or 3 other employees will be casually walking around laughing and making themselves look busy but in reality they have a line about 8 people long and she's just chilling with her workers

I have been in a lot of Dollar General stores, from Kansas to California, and I have Never been in one that was as terrible and dirty as this one. It was extremely cluttered and hard to find things. In the clothing aisle, I'm pretty sure that there were more clothes on the floor being walked on, and carts just being pushed right over the top. But then I did not see Any Aisle that was in good condition. I cannot recommend this store to anyone, it's just Dirty and I don't think any of the employees seemed to mind, absolutely No Pride in the work place!! Seriously DISGUSTED!!!

The staff was very nice. The store was filthy and stuff everywhere. A darn mess! You couldn’t even get around, there was things in the floor and carts in the way, new inventory. One of the nastiest store I have ever been in. I would be embarrassed, if I was the manager or staff, not to mention the District Manager. The shelves were bare for many items, difficulty finding items that I needed. Things out of place, everywhere.

This'd places was a mess...no one wears face mask long lines...had two ladies talking about they have covid 19 they both had no mask one talking about it and etc....they were super close to me I keep moving away then they will move closer to me I wear mask everywhere I go ..but really if you have covid wear a mask everyone don't want to catch it....this is crazy this town it's like the smaller the town no one in the town wears 😷😷😷😷 mask...it's sad....I hate it... But this places be careful...

I imagine there are more than 3 employees that are on the schedule, yet the restroom is out of order, I went there to purchase merchandise. I thought about not doing it here, I stopped, so I used purchasing power at a place that showed me, little consideration.

This store is always a mess, and they carry a lot of 2x clothing, but best of luck finding anything smaller than that! They REALLY need to get this place cleaned up, it's been a mess for a really long time!

Old school store. Nice to visit.The cashier said nothing to me except "your receipt. Thanks".The place was demolished as far as the shelves, and rolltainers are concerned. The staff seemed like zombies.

Life saver!! We had come to Dalhart for a wedding and of course forgot a few items. The employees were so nice and welcoming. Definitely made our visit to the town more welcoming.

Really busy but it was Saturday before Easter. Trying to put away incoming truck load made it a little tight quarters but was manageable.

This store is so unorganized and messy and has been for years! The last time I was in the store the cashier was rude and I had to wait awhile before she came to check out us customers waiting in line.

Messiest Dollar general I have ever seen. Product is not on shelves but on boxes and carts everywhere. Feels dangerous to walk around. Employees are friendly. I think it is just too understaffed.

Very rude cashier. Bad customer service. Never have I experienced ugliness like this. I was looking at the phone holders, and she tells me that I have put any electronics I'm buying on the register counter,I'm like,I'm just holding a box,but ok, BYE !

This store is a mess. The employees should be cleaning up instead of gabbing. The cashier didn't really greet us or pay attention to us because she was too busy chatting. Us being there as a customer was secondary.

It is a dusting mess OSHA should shut them down the whole store is one huge safety Hazzard and it is not wheel chair accessable the ownershould be ashamed and shut down until the place is corrected and cleaned

Always Looks like it just got looted..Cant navigate isles due to carts of merchandise everwhere. No matter what time of day. Filthy. Employees are friendly though.
