After getting stuck in line and wondering why nobody was inside, every employee decided to go on break at the same time, for 15 minutes, with 6 cars in the drive thru. We watched all of them standing outside with their headset on, just hanging out and looking at all of the vehicles, 2 of which had already ordered. Then they gave us the wrong order, which was cold. Pathetic.

We went there at 845 pm. They close at 11 pm. I ordered a steak country basket and a chicken country basket. Neither came with gravy. Neither came with fresh fries. Very soggy fries. When I went in to ask for my gravy they proceeded to say they didn't have anymore. Mind you, it's still 2 hours before closing time. And they didn't want to make any so I left jalitos ranch. I wont go back the this place.

We waited about 40 mins before we could place our order. Once I was able to place it I had to repeat it about 4 times. My daughter had to explain to her how to make a double fudge cookie dough blizzard and she ended up with a brownie blizzard. We didn't even get any napkins with our order.

One of the worst place ever...no wonder it stays empty....after asking the manager for hot water for some tea...I was told I could buy cold tea...so I stayed to her that I trying to stop coughing due to my asthma...at which time she stated that they didn't have water hot enough for tea...so I strolled my way over to Brookshire Brothers got some hot water...as soon as I walked through dairy queens door the manager stated to me...like she really had anything else going on since the place was empty with the exception of a worker on lunch...no outside food for the hot water I had gotten...even as I had just sat there coughing all over the place...did you notice the puddle out front and around the establishment???

How do you serve a cold cheeseburger when I'm the only customer in the drive thru and no one else is inside? The cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were cold too. Plus the drive thru window area smelled like an ash tray. Albeit the staff was friendly and the long wait was expected but the food quality was underwhelming. Dairy Queen is usually a great road trip stop but not this one.

The bathrooms need to be bigger. There’s no changing table for a baby. A cover over the drive thru menu would be awesome. Food is okay, was sloppy when we picked it up like it had just been thrown together.

I had the tacos,of course, and tasted them the rest of the day. My wife ordered steak fingers and had the same problem, thought that I did. The grease they cooked in was old & way past time to be changed.

Me and my wife got steak finger baskets we overheard them tell another customer they where out of catch-up which wasn't the problem the problem was that the steak fingers where saturated with grease and my wife asked them to make it right the manager said no as I watch him watch my wife make her way back to our table he noticed me watching him looking at her back side. We won't be going there again

I ordered a steak finger basket and a chicken basket. The chicken was over cooked AGAIN. It tasted old and reheated. It's not the first time. I have given it a second chance. I won't order it again. Also, the fries were not fresh either.

The food is always good. Burgers are better than average and the other meal items are the same. Good fries. As with any Dairy Queen, the desserts are hard to beat. Hometown atmosphere and friendly employees round out the experience. Definitely give them a try.

Stopped here while passing thru the area. Staff was friendly and my ice cream cone was great. The establishment is a little dated and it appeared to be a little dated and could stand to be cleaned up a bit but it was a good experience overall

Drove 30 minutes here to get a quick bite for dinner on Sunday. Internet says dine-in or drive-thru. Well the doors were locked and lobby was closed. Didn't make any sense as numerous other eating places along same street had their dining halls open.😡😡😡

Went through DQ drive-through asked if the chicken tenders are fresh if not Can I have fresh chicken tenders and make a sandwich out of it and I was told yes but I would have to wait for 6 minutes for the chicken to be done I said that is fine if I Get fresh chicken and she said yes I would have to pull on the side so I did and I waited for my fresh chicken sandwich and I didn't look at it because it felt very hot and I thought well I waited you know. why would they tell me to wait if they wasn't gonna make me fresh chicken I did not want refried chicken And that's what I got was refried chicken and had to wait longer to get my refried chicken. so I thought they were making fresh chicken chicken if you can't do it don't tell a person you can do it just tell me now we have the old chicken that's been laying up there for 2 hours but we can throw it in the grease and Refry it for you if that's what you're gonna do tell people that.. I would not have asked for fresh chicken if I wanted refried chicken thrown in grease again and fried again do you know how gross that is. What's charged $9 in something for greasy a** refried chicken Dairy Queen you won't see me again

Stopped by as we were passing through town. The girl taking our order was extremely rude when we were asking about flavors of the blizzards. We asked her about the different types and she rudely replied “It’s on the menu” and never took the time explaining anything to us. We haven’t had Dairy Queen in awhile and love their blizzards and dip cones. It’s disappointing to know that this is how they treat their customers. Definitely not coming back to this place again.
