When I got in my car this morning my tire pressure light was on. I pulled up to Cooper’s Tire and they were hard at work putting on a full set for another customer. They stopped what they were doing and attended to me immediately. Great customer service and professional communication. I love supporting young men and small business! Absolutely amazing service. I had a tire pop on my way to work, passing through town, and these guys were quick, responsive and helpful. They even helped me out and replaced another tire on my truck at the same time that was miles away from popping as well. (My thread was terrible and I was due for new tires.) They also gave me a great deal and left me with a spare tire. I highly recommend. (Difference in tires old and new - that’s a bubble from the spray not a screw!)

Super friendly, efficient, and helpful! I had a bubble in my tire on my 2 and a half hour drive to Belton. I stopped at a gas station cause my car was shaking so bad. He came, helped me out, and replaced my tire! Such a life saver!

The guys are nice enough, but they Scuffed up my rims pretty bad. You could watch the paint just chipping off while they were removing the tire from the rim. Can't say I'll ever take my tires back there. Those rims were in fantastic condition, now I have to try my best and mask the damage they did.

Great start to a Saturday morning with places to go and people to see. I walked into the garage to find my left rear tire down to 7 psi. After spending some time swapping the flat with the spare we started looking for somewhere to get the flat repaired. Coops Tire Shop was open and on the way to where we were headed. Never been there before but we called and yes, they were open. We drove down there and they started on the repair immediately. It didn't take long at all, even with the added inconvenience of a nearby transformer blowing while we were there - big bang and they lost all power. But these great guys went old school and finished up the repair with hand tools and the air remaining in their compressor.It's almost impossible these days to find people that do the work, not just 9-5 but when things go wrong too. These guys did a great job under difficult circumstances and never whined a bit. Next time we need any tire work we'll go there, even though it's a little out of our way. They made a tough day a lot better, and I get the feeling they're always this good.

We were stranded on HWY 36 for over 2 hours waiting on Triple A--Called Coop's Tire Service and even though they had several customers waiting they made the trip and got my spare put on and made the trip with us close behind to their shop. Put my new tire on and let my grandkids sit inside the office with the AC. Every single one of the employees were kind, honest and courteous. Frederick and crew are all stars in our book--Rockdale,Texas is blessed to have these guys. Thank you Coop's again!!

Didn’t have my tools to change my tire while stranded and i called for help, the owner came super fast to get me back on the road and didn’t charge an arm and a leg either! Definitely the best tire shop in Rockdale.

Frederick was a life saver today! We left the house with a trailer load of cement and within 5 miles our trailer tire blew out and left us stranded. We have done business with Frederick in the past and he has always delivered outstanding customer service. We called him and he not only came to our rescue in 15 minutes but he went back to his shop to get another tire then came back and put it on. We followed him back to his shop, where he sold us 3 tires at a great price. Coop's Tires is the place to go for new tires, repairs and U Haul Rentals!

Had a blowout on my trailer called at 4:45 to see if could help me out because they close at 5;00and the guy said he would wait for me and he did what he said he would. Prices were good so I got 2. Great service and amazing price on the tires. Thanks for the great job.

A delightful disaster. When traveling through Rockdale our trailer came unhitched causing us to run off of the road and need a replacement.Fred, was the local uhaul representative and he went above and beyond to help us.From helping us unload, switch trailers, reload, safely connect the trailer, go to the auto store for an extra pin, all the way to calling and checking on us after we left.Fred and his colleague were kind, helpful and respectful, and we could not be more pleased with our experience.I would go to Fred for any tire needs!11/10!

I've been to them serial times . first was to rent a u-haul to move out here to Rockdale. Then to have a tire patched.a couple of times to just get tires aired up. They are so kind and.I will definitely go in and get new tires when ready.They are very reasonable on their prices.
