Britney/pikachu is the best ever! She always makes our McDonald’s stops so pleasant. She checks to make sure everything is in the bag before handing us our order (not everyone does that; previously we had to do that and ask them to fix our orders fairly regularly) and she does it with a smile on her face. Thank you Britney for your outstanding service! :)

Woman - Person of color was rude. Always order my coffee with add ons online at this location, gave my mother watered down coffee. Then had massive attitude, was asked politely to remake it. Trust me I don’t like seeing food service workers being mistreated, but you definetly deserve it. Disgusting I’m a manager myself, get rid of her Do better ;)

I am taking an honest look at the McDs chicken sandwich. They are not doing it justice. The chicken cooked too long. The taste is not there at all. Seriously, the one thing they truly got right here is the bun. Nice taste, not heavy, and over all well done.Try it if you want something other than a hamburger but don't expect it to be remarkable.

DID NOT EAT HERE. ONLY STOPPED TO USE THE RESTROOM, BUT IF THE REST OF THE STORE IS LIKE THE RESTROOM...I'M NOT SURE I WOULD WANT TO. SEEMS THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN RENOVATED RECENTLY BEING THAT THE PICTURE THEY HAVE POSTED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS THERE NOW. ALL I'M GOING TO SAY IS THAT MAKE UP CAN ONLY COVER SO MUCH. The lady behind the counter did not pay attention When we placed our order and got the order completely wrong. Told her 3 times sweet tea and I still got plane. I don't understand. We ordered 3 doubles cheese 1 no onions and two McChickens a LG sweet tea.... not hard right?¿?¿ Apparently it is. Food was thrown together and tasted bad....

McDonald’s in daingerfield is a ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Would not recommend. Waited 30minutes in a drive through line before I had enough (because I understand at time businesses can be short staffed) ask for a refund because it’s ridiculous to have been waiting 30minutes for a 10 piece meal. Manager tells me she has to run the refund on a back machine can I pull forward and she’ll bring my card back out to me I agree pull forward and after waiting 5 minutes for the return of my debit card I decide to go in and see what’s taking so long. walk in the door there’s 3 workers in the back and 3 workers in the front half and the manager there with no card in hand wiping down equipment. Get her attention she walks over I ask where’s my card you were running a refund she try’s to tell me she’s bagging orders. I asked that she run my refund and give me my card because I was there now for 35 minutes with out food and with out my money refunded. She apologizes and walks to the back. I sit down to wait and the line is to the road at this point and 4 out of the 6 workers were more worried about playing around with each other than working or helping their coworkers. I wait an additional 15 minutes for my debit card to be returned to me and leave.

I really wish someone who has an investment in this particular McDonalds would read these. The crew members, assistant manager, the manager do NOT care at all. My grandkids wanted McDonalds today so I stopped by. The service was absolutely beyond rude, didnt get my order right on the first few tries, etc. It is ALWAYS like that at this particular McDonalds.

Ordered and sat in #4 curbside spot for 18 minutes, while over 10 vehicles in the drive through got their order. After 18 minutes I found out they are waiting on fries...all I had was a medium big Mac combo. This is unacceptable. Definitely not fast food. The food quality was good but if you are in a hurry, don't go there.

We stopped by to grab a quick bite while traveling on vacation. The lobby was closed so we ordered at the drive thru. The customer service was poor. Felt like we were a burden and argued with us over ordering ice water over a fountain drink. Pulled up to the pick up window and was given a Sprite. Told her we ordered an ice water and she argued it was entered as a Sprite. Received our food and drive off. Discovered the fries and chicken Nuggets were over cooked, barely warm, hard and stale. Tasted as if they had sat for half the day. We did not eat the food and disposed of it.

They didn't seem very organized. My food was good. BUT....The girl working at the mocha machine messed up a NO WHIP order and literally scooped it off and added additional mocha on top to cover the remaining whip. Not cool

It was extremely hot inside. I felt bad for the workers. I was going to dine in with my kids until noticing the condition that place is in. It was absolutely filthy. Tables, counter tops, fountain area all dirty. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like straight up sewer from a drain on the floor. I can’t believe this place is open.

First time at this location. We were passing through. Our huge order was wrong. No jelly, napkins or straws. Could do better for the drive-thru orders. Folks like us can't turn around and go back. We stopped at a gas station for straws.Update: 3/11We absolutely dislike stopping here for breakfast but only McDonald's traveling through this area. We ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns. Whyyyy did they stuff everything in a tiny bag and smash all the hashbrowns up that were put at the bottom?? This place is sorry. Even the lady taking our order acted like she had no patience to take our order while we looked over the menu smh

Went through the drive through ordered quarter pounder meal.left and opened the burger and had ONLY the top bun...ONE BUN ONLY!! Go back and go inside. Told them to open the box and look at the burger. She opened it and looked at me like I was stupid . Told her to turn it over. She had 5 other employees looking and when she turned the burger over it sounded luck a joke club . One get the other bun throws it in the box I open the box and the bun is COVERES in mustard. Very VERY poor service and total lack of pride,yet we are talking about Dangerfield !!!

Its not a big deal, but i paid for 10 peice nugget, good there were 10. And a 10 peice spicy chicken nuggets and only got 7. I didnt know till i got home, they wont even answer the phone. The staff is lazy, i order a frappe in the am- no syrup on the sides, get it in the evening and someone is actually doing their job. It all sounds petty but really? Do your job and give me what i pay for is all i ask.

This restuarant is always bagged up in drive thru, you have to order no salt fries to get them fresh, the nuggets are always old, the lobby is always closed. The couple of times I was able to go in, the drink area was nasty, some of the counter/drive thru workers on their phone, another worker had to come off her break to wait on me. Thank You, Toya Boyd. Today's reason was that the manager was sick. The young lady who came to the door was on her cell phone. Finally, tired of wasting my money and time at this McDonald's. Where's the owner. This restuarant has gone down a lot.
