The store in Daingerfield is always busy. The shelves & coolers definitely needed restocking.I shop there because it's convenient, we don't have anything else local, but they are high on prices, even with discounts sometimes.Watch the adds & dig on meat for what you're looking for price-wise.& sometimes employees could be a little nicer....

The closest full service grocery store outside the Longview, Mt Pleasant area. A recently renovated, clean store with friendly workers, it has a deli , a bakey, à meat market, and a gas station. A great place to stop at before you go to the lakes or state park.

We love to buy our birthday and special occasion cakes here. They have the best cakes around, from traditional birthday and ice cream cakes to a variety of specialty & custom cakes. I literally don’t buy my cakes from anywhere else!

I have to admit, this is clearly a great store since the remodeling took place. Although it is still a little vague to me where some items are now, I can make my way around pretty well.My biggest problem or issue would have to be that since the remodeling experience, the staff has lost a step or two.Most times I'm there, or even driving up to the store, I see older people loading their cars with no help. Myself, being disabled, have experienced even on rainy days, the baggers not only will not help you, they do not even offer. Very unprofessional and not worth paying the high prices of today. And don't pay in cash because a lot of these young people have problems counting, even with the register help.

This review is only in regard to the Walgreen's pharmacy inside Brookshire's.Since Walgreen's acquired Brookshire's pharmacy, I'm not at all impressed. I had a question concerning a refill and I tried to call the pharmacy several times, but kept getting a busy signal. On the second day I was finally able to get through. When I went to pick up my prescription the next day, although there are multiple customer windows available, only one window was open. I observed that the person being helped at the time was having difficulty with his prescription being refilled. As I stood in line, I counted that there were 14 employees in the pharmacy. Yes, 14. The 3 pharmacist appeared to be doing their jobs behind their bench, but for the most part, except for two girls trying to help the first customer, the remaining 9 employees seemed to be just standing around. Finally as the waiting line grew larger, they opened another window. So, now that the Walgreen's chain has moved into Daingerfield, is this what we can expect from the pharmacy at Brookshire's?

Every, single, time, that I Come into this store, without fail, I leave upset. This time they got me on a real bad day, and I was not even able to continue shopping and walked out. Id rather driver 11 miles to pittsburg and do it over than deal with the idiotic situations they cause. I'll NEVER come back. Great town, but the worst store in the entire brookshires chain.

My only complaints have been with Walgreens pharmacy. Twice now, they've failed to file on my insurance and attempted to charge me full price (got refunded). In addition, when Good RX has been cheaper, they act inconvenienced to apply it. Sometimes, it's taken forever to get through on the phone to talk to anyone. Since Walgreens took over, you almost never get a smile with any kind of greeting from inside or at the drive up window. I know they're always very busy. However, seniors make up a huge part of their customer base, and a little extra kindness goes a long way.

Was in such a hurry yesterday, with the store being rearranged and remodeled I was lost. Thank you Tennille Duke an awesome customer service lady I was in and out and back to work before my 30 minutes were up. I'd been in there all day probably still looking for my few items. Again, that k you Tennille, your still the best. You go over and beyond your call of duty.

I recently visited the Brookshires store just before closing time, arriving about 15 minutes before their scheduled closing at 10 PM. While I understand the challenges of serving customers close to closing, I was taken aback by the conversation I overheard among some employees. It was disheartening to hear derogatory comments about customers who come in late.I believe that as customers, we should always be treated with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of when we shop. I also couldn't help but think about the slightly higher prices at Brookshires compared to some other stores. I believe that with premium pricing should come premium service.It's important for employees to remember that customer satisfaction is crucial, and maintaining a respectful and friendly atmosphere is essential for any business.

Newly remodeled store which has everything you need. The Store Director, Mr. Kyle Jefferson is the best around. He always greets you with a smile and he remembers you and asks how you are doing and he genuinely cares about the customers in his store.

Very nice store and one we're familiar with. The location of the public bathroom was a bit odd and I couldn't help but think that it could be a security risk for personnel there. Store was very clean and on par with what we've come to expect from a BB.

My experience was perfect. They had nearly everything I could need and the customer service is the best in Texas! The cashier allowed me to use his Hotspot from his phone to sign up for an account and the bagger helped me bring and load my groceries. I wish they could take cash tips because I offered and both politely turned down! I impressed with the friendly employees and will return for sure

Fantastic store! Store is brightly lit, aisles have plenty of room, shelves were well stocked, produce section was beautiful (typical of most Brookshires), & staff were super friendly. We were just visiting the area. I just wish the Brookshires in our hometown was like this!!

Very clean and organized. Not just a business but a central marketplace offering the best produce and quality meats as well! This friendly neighborhood market is well worth the trip. They have great specials and a highly motivated customer service based group of employees!

Some brands have not been on the shelf for over a year. I don't think they have quit marketing it. Deviled Ham for one. What will probably take its place is a Brookshires brand. I'm not fond of a lot of their brand. I also am very weary of the price hikes when I don't believe it has increased in Longview. They have a monopoly and they know it. Nothing today is the same. Our hometown Grocery store is just like this USA - pay or go home...and we usually - "GO HOME".

Cashier was very nice and helped me even though checkout was very complicated for the both of us. Using WIC and nothing would get excepted and the lady was very calm and professional. Even though I was aggravated and done got a headache lol
