The security girl was helpful and pleasant. Takes a while once in the queue, but they load fast. People in the scale house were pleasant. Decent place to load.

They open at 0600, but shipping & receiving opens at 0700. They don't go by appointment times, its all first come first served. If you want a great experience, come in at 0645 in the morning to be 1st in line. You'll be loaded and gone in 45 minutes. (This is with dry van. I'm not sure about flat bed.)

No trucks waiting im the first one here. Last time it was 10 hours before I got loaded. Appointment time is 0700 I got here at 0620 so we'll see what happens this go around.

For a place that blows through trucks ALL day, obviously making money, can you not facilitate a BETTER SAFER MORE EFFICIENT WAY OF LOADING YOUR TRUCKS???? Makes me crazy how people operate. 😕

If you are flatbed, prepare for a long wait! First time here took over 7 hours to get loaded, I ran out of hours and spent the night. This is second time here and when I arrived I was the only truck and now have been waiting for hours. I will definitely be declining future loads to and from this place.

I cheked in at 12:00 and by12: 20 i was loading , flatbed , two guys on forklifts loading quick by 1pm i was leaving , good place

I arrived at noon on a Thur. Right in the dock and out the gate within an hour. Everything is clearly labeled with signs. Arrived, got onto scale, walked around to guard shack window. Was given clear concise instructions. Pulled around to the left and went into logistics office. Received further instructions from the very nice guy in overalls. Forklift operator instructed me to the docks around to the side of the building, since I am a dry van driver. Immediately loaded and returned to scale out and have load checked at logistics office. Signed BOL and on my way. They had plenty of employees/ forklift operators, but, as with any FCFS facility, there are definitely times that you will have to wait your turn. He did say they operate between 7 am and 9 pm, so plan accordingly.

I would give 0 only if there was an option. Very unprofessional place, arrived at the place first thing in the morning and got emptied 4 hours later. While unloading the trailer was damaged by the receiver and the place is refusing to cover the damage they did.DONT SEND TRUCKS TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE TIME AND GET DAMAGED TRAILER BY THESE LAZY EMPLOYEES.NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE, REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF, NOT TO MENTION THEIR MANAGER....

Dry van drivers, don’t go there. This is flatbed place. Dryvan docks are in the back of the building, once u back in to your dock, nobody even pays attention on you cause flatbeds are their priority. I got a dock number, parked in, and was waiting almost 4h to get loaded. I saw at least 4 flatbeds who checked in after me, and were loaded before me. Guy in the shipping office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Only nice thing about this place was a lady at guard office.

5 hrs wait the last time I was here. Good scaling process in and out. They don't require flatbed only, but it seems they get more flatbeds than dry vans, at least when I was there. Since flatbeds are easier to load with access from both sides, it seems they put more forklifts on those. Shift change at 3p. So if you get there close to that, and don't get on a dock quick, double your wait time. Those that don't understand truckers schedule think we can all get there first thing in the morning. Not when you had to wait 2, 3 hrs at the previous unload place, then drive 2 hrs to get there. Just have plenty of fuel, both in the truck, and for yourself. You will probably get a nap in, which is a good thing. But if you run out of hours sitting there, PC will have to get you somewhere. Also, don't be surprised to not have data network connection there either. Be wise and write down numbers before you get there.

This company has no idea how to be professional and thoughtful of truck drivers. It's all about production. They couldn't care less about getting truckers out of here in a reasonable time.If they don't care about the truckers who deliver their product it would seem logical that they don't care too much about the customers. It's all about the money.

Love coming here to get loads. Yes some days are super busy and may take a while to get loaded and some days your in and out within an hour. But the employees here are good people and do the best they can.

FCFS showed up and there were almost a dozen trucks ahead of me. I figured I would be there beyond closing. I was surprised that I was there for less than 3 hours. They will allow you to walk your dog. Very friendly. Make sure you have your pick up number correct before you show up, as cell service is spotty at best.

For a delivery it was great. Scaled in, stopped at receiving, guys was great. Straight to dock, unloaded in 30 minutes, back on the road. Lady at scales was so nice. Thank you for being so patient with me.

This place is awesome to come to, if there are a lot of trucks you maybe here a bit. Everyone is friendly, I ran out of time and they let me finish my 10 here. The lady working the front gate as you come in gets 20 stars, she has to be the most caring and friendly person I have ever met at a guard shack. I don’t know how else to explain it. Thank you Atlas, we need more places like this to load at.

Was waiting for my load for 4 hours to get loaded finaly ready to go happened that i thought i was going to get my paper work at sequiurity post and miss to stop at shiper office i was send back in talk to the person in shipping and he send me to do the line to go out again because he do not care ,ok. Unload the truck because i am not going to do the line again and i going to miss half a day but sometimes i do not care either

Absolutely the LAST time I'll ever be at this place. Had to move my truck/trailer 3 times because it was so crowded (they kept making me move), then it took them over 5 hours before they even STARTED loading me... which caused me to have to CANCEL my next two loads I'd already booked, which cost me over $6,000, then couldn't find loads and had to sit another two days trying to find one. HORRIBLE experience. And I'm informed they DO NOT pay detention. What a joke. If you can't get drivers loaded within 2 hours, figure out what you're doing wrong.

They are very slow trucks should not be sitting no more than an hour been sitting here for two and a half hours waiting to get in the dock that's ridiculous would not recommend come loading here again if loading times can't get no better than this

Don’t matter your appointment time. They will take others that showed up after your scheduled appointment, and load them first!

They were backed up pretty well with trucks waiting to unload. Jessica Ward the security gaurd was awesome she went and ordered food and had it brought to a couple of our drivers. Thanks for having such wonderful people.
