We have used PetSmart in California all the time for our grooming and they were great. This store has the most rude staff! We took our cavapoo in for a full grooming. We get a call saying that our dog is not breathing well and has heart problems… Our dog is perfectly healthy mind you, so of course we went to PetSmarts vet who did a exam and gave a full clean bill of health. We took our dog back to them and they refused service and said we would need another appointment. They had already started the hair cut and just left our pet looking like a hot mess. Do yourself a favor and do not book appointments to this garbage groomer until they do some house cleaning.

I showed up with my baby, only to be told they tried to call me to reschedule (which was a lie) and they couldn’t take my baby because someone called in. So I took my baby and went home. I will never go back !

PetSmart I've visited not the grooming this store has great selections and I alwayshit up the clearance to give my cats a variety of foods

I made an appointment at this store to give my pet a Maltese a haircut for the first time. They only had to cut the sanitary areas, the claws and the face area but the manager who is disrespectful and arrogant decided not to receive my dog so I wasted my time more I never visit this store
