I like the store but this is strictly for the grooming. Asked for short hair and he came back with exact same length with just slight trim. Did the most expensive package with furninator, car is covered in fur from 10 minute ride back. His front doesn’t even look brushed cause it’s still tangled. His face doesn’t even look trimmed. Very very disappointed. Worst grooming experience. I’ve been taking my dog to groomers for ten years, we moved around here and tried petsmart but never again. $110 wasted! Gonna have to go back to another groomers next week for proper haircut. (Please look at the photo, straight out of the groomers. Does it look like he got a haircut???)

Myv dog Koda has crazy anxiety when it comes going to the doctor due to previous surgeries. The staff here took the extra time with him to make sure he was comfortable even though this was just a check-up and shots. To understand how much of a baby he is, here is my daughter holding his hand

Just picked up food yesterday for my new puppy with curbside pick up. Then this morning I noticed it was expired but my puppy has already eaten a few rounds of this. He better not get sick because this isn’t right.

On June 9, 2023, I dropped off my cat (Salem) for vaccination and possible ear infection. Upon picking Salem up the veterinary assistant advised me that if I notice any hair loss or weird behavior from Salem to bring him back to the location to be seen immediately.Later that evening, I noticed Salem stopped eating and hid under the bed most of the day. On June 10, 2023 I noticed hair loss around Salem’s eyes and face area. I continued to monitor him closely hoping it was temporary.On June 11, 2023, my other 2 cats (Molly & Tom-Tom) was scheduled for a drop off at 10:30 AM. I decided to call Petsmart with my concerns regarding Salem. The female employee understood my concerns and advised his behavior is something to look into Immediately. The employee placed me on hold while she went to ask Dr. Flores if she can schedule Salem to be seen immediately. The employee returned to the phone to informed me that Dr. Flores stated she/he was too busy to see Salem therefore, advised for Salem to be taken to the nearest emergency room.I offered to cancel my two appointments for Molly and Tom Tom so that Salem may be seen immediately. Once again, Dr. Flores refused Salem’s visit.Why should I take Salem to the nearest emergency room if he was seen at the location prior to observing his hair, lacking of eating and weird behavior??It’s quite obvious that Dr. Flores is not in the business to care for our four legged family member other than working eight hour shifts and making the money.If that’s the case, he/she has NO business of being a veterinarian.I will be calling PetSmart corporate office first thing tomorrow morning and filing a complaint against Dr. Flores and requesting an investigation. In addition, I will be canceling all six of my active plans that I have on my pets. If Dr. Flores does not care about the health of my four-legged babies, I will take my business elsewhere.

I took my dog for grooming at Petsmart in Cypress and his haircut was AWFUL. I've been getting my dog groomed ever since he was able to and he has never had his hair so messed up as the current state. The hair on top of his head, paws, and other areas is uneven, there are patches of hair missing underneath his two back legs. I could've done a better job with no experience. I wasted $100 and I hope another groomer can fix their mistakes. Would not bring my baby back here and wouldn't recommend it.

My husband took our fur baby to be groomed because our regular goomer was booked. Let's just say Petsmart will not get another coin from us. I was away otherwise, they would have gotten an ear full from me. Our baby looked the same coming out as he did going in. This has by far been the WORST grooming experience in 10 years.I will be speaking with a manager to let him.know they need to better than their groomers.

Is there a way to check if a product is under recall? This fish tank ornament is pealing and we've only had it in the tank for about 6 weeks!! Why would Pets mart market this as a fish tank accessory if the paint peals off in water? I only noticed when I saw our new fish trying to eat a pink flake of paint. The fish is fine, I'm sure. But, I'm sure he'd like to know if the store is willing to offer a safe replacement for his pineapple house!

Keeping fish in a tiny cup is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!! They can’t even swim in a circle and there’s no oxygen. Several of them are desperately swimming upside down barely alive!!! Do not support this store! I went in there to buy dog food and can’t stop crying. I’m traumatized!!!

Debbie is the best Dog Trainer in town. Known her for quite a few years. She just helped us train a rescue named Bobo before he went to his Forever home. All pups should be trained while they are young. Its true about old dogs and tricks.

Check out this totally adorable cat. Super cuddly and very friendly. She smells like cookies and I named her Tuna. She really likes turkey cuts in gravy, playing pool, and sleeping on my head. Anyway I brought her to this place once and it was the best thing that ever happened to them ever. If you go just know you are visiting where greatness once was. They sell stuff too!

Store seemed pretty clean, but there was a strange smell. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. My daughter said something about it too. I know it's a pet store and animals are in there frequently, but it's not something we smell at the location we usually go to closer to home on Hwy 6. Still, they had the item I was looking for in stock, so that was good.

They have tons of stuff but the one knock is they really didn't have much help. Saw several employees gathered together talking, instead of asking if they could help. Now, they may have been having an employee meeting. So, sometimes you have to avoid the appearance of not being busy.

Great variety of products. We visited them for nail trimming for our dog.They have a special now for $23 that has several services included.Nail trim and grind.Ear cleaningTeeth brushing and mouth refresher.There is also a bandana that your pet gets. Our dog got a blue one. We loved it!They have some great.ones with the Halloween theme for the month of October.We waited for 30 mins but great service.The cashier did not honor the $3 off though. :(I like the fact that they make price match if the article you want has a better price on their website.

PetSmart is so overpriced that I do not know how anyone can afford to feed their pet. It's a complete shame that pet food cost more than people food costs. What is really going on PetSmart?
