I would have provided this review with a 5 star for all the times I have come in and received excellent customer service. However, this time I was disappointed in my experience. I went to give my shih tzu a bathe at the store. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment, as there were 2 open stations. I was told no, "they are first come,first serve" as I was paying for my station a lady walks in and asks about the station. The shift manager, Ashley told her she could take it and the lady went to the register to pay. I told her I was already paying for that station (both wanted a dryer close) and the shift manager explained that since the lady had a bigger dog, the station was more fit for her and I would have to wait if I wanted the station (Yes, I told her I am here first). The lady went to the station and begin washing her dog. The manager made no accommodations for placing me or the lady in this situation. Just as context I was a black woman in a all white environment. Not saying it was racially motivated.

I came in. Stephen greeted me at the door. He was very nice. Let me write to the product I wanted. Check me out fast. He was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend seeing Stephen at the pet supermarket!

I only go into pet supermarket for fish and bugs for our bearded dragon. However this location always has amazing prices on most the live fish they have and aquatic plants.

Only reason I am giving two stars is because of Steven. He was phenomenal and had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable about the animals, reptiles fish and products. With that being said Phaedra had horrible customer service. I didn’t even realize that she was a manager. I have been coming to this location since 2018 and have never had an issue. Myself, my two children and my two dogs went in. We came to bathe the dogs. Phaedra made it clear she was upset because I bathe my dog in the middle wash, and I use the dryer that was on the right. She told me that I Had to use the dryer that was behind me because now I dirtied another bath and she hast to clean it. I told her sorry I didn’t know I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue. She then proceeded with an attitude that now she hast to clean another bath. My 14-year-old was like man she’s rude. She didn’t hear him say that. She slammed the gate, not once, but twice trying to get whatever point across. My four year old was upset because Phaedra slammed the gate. I don’t know how she got hired on as a manager with her Very rude attitude.

Everyone is nice, polite and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is being referred to a more knowledgeable employee instead of being lied to when unsure of an answer.

This place has been a wonderful find for our dogs who have very sensitive stomachs.The workers are amazing and it's like one big family when we go. I'm always super excited when my significant other says the pet store is on our todo list.Whether it be browsing the fish aisles or skinny pigs or dog merchandise. We always end up leaving with more then what we went in for. Which is fine in our books. We rather support this store than Petsmart where they talk dumb to you.The animals here are always well taken care of and maintained. And you have a vast array of staff that can answer any questions that may be had.

The staff is so helpful & knowledgeable when it comes to animals! All their fish, birds, and critters look healthy and happy as well compared to other pet stores. My favorite place to stock up when I need pet supplies.

A wonderful store! There are a lot of well informed staff that keep excellent care of the animals there. They have a large variety of pet items and food as well. I like the assortment of fish they have and the large variety of frozen fish food. Betta fish are kept in air rated cups that appear well maintained. The staff are excellent and can help with a lot of advice on typical and exotic animals. Plus it is close!

I'm from.CA but we decided to walk into the store and I was pleasantly surprised. They have ferrets! :) I've never seen any before and I love their little clearance area. Big selection of stuff discounted. We adopted little Gomez from here as well

I love this store. They have a lot more animal experts working there compared to other pet stores. We have always gotten good advice from them. They have a decent selection, although prices seem relatively high.

Friendly staff, there's also a selection of hard to find pet items. The store is nice, clean and well organized. The service is great. You can browse on your own or ask for assistance. The variety is good for a small store. They also have cats from local animal shelter for adoption in the store.

Always friendly and their self serve dog wash for $10 per dog is amazing for bigger dogs but not really worth it for dogs smaller then about 15 pounds I’d say

Love that this store is closer to home then pet smart. It's like pet smart but mini. Still , it has everything.. very nice employees. I bought my normal ( from pet smart) cat litter, a scoop, hairball remedy and my granddaughters roaches. Cool store.

Ashley was so helpful!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I could find everything I needed and suggested the perfect toys for my dog. She also helped me find the perfect dog house and found out it was discounted! She had made my experience there the best I've ever had at a pet store. The selection of items are amazing and the store is clean and organized. I definitely will make this my pet store!!!

I love this place. It's a one stop shop for all your pet needs. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about their products. Great store!The only exception was I was unable to get my fur babies nails trimmed. Otherwise great!

Better prices than pet smart. Service is better too. I love their rewards program! Had to get a harness for my pup and the assistant manager Alli I believe her name was, was very helpful. I would’ve left the store with the incorrect size harness if it wasn’t for her. She took the time to remove the harnesses from the hanger and fit each one to my dog.

This place is Great! ALL shelves are fully stocked and if you need help there are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable staff at the ready. I was amazed at the selection of dog food, toys, beds, bones, bowls and just about anything you could need! Highly Recommend!!!

Very disappointed. We bought an item for our fish and unfortunately our fish died before being able to use the product. We showed our transaction from our bank and Bear did not want to help us in any way. The item was not used and we even asked for an exchange but was told no. Petco and petsmart would have better customer service than this. So disappointed especially after supporting a local business.

Happy 1st visit. Wonderful selection of supplies. Staff is wonderful, Angel was very kind to us. So was another young lady. Prices are high, so look on RetailMeNot for coupon. Sign up for their Rewards system. Military Discount is last Tuesday of each month. But overall impressed, other than high prices.

Staff is super awesome and friendly! Katelyn helped us right before closing with our Great Dane. He has been suffering severely with allergies (even after seeing the vet multiple times) and she looked at him and recommend some natural products. She really new her stuff about the products and showed Genuine concern for our fur baby. You were awesome Katelyn thank you!
