Every time we go in for supplies for our parrots, rabbit and pups, they have what we need at good prices. We've never had a disappointing experience. I looked all over for bird mite treatment, and Pet Supermarket had it in stock. I discovered that they have a nice selection of bird toys that happened to be 25% off so I stocked up. The nicest folks, too. We never go to the other pet supply chain stores anymore.

The store manager, Tabitha, is so sweet. She answered all of our questions and even showed my son a very beautiful bird. He loves coming into the store looking at all the animals.

Big thank you to Pet Supermarket on Spring Cypress and Grant Rd! We’ve been buying dog food there for years and I’ve never had a bad experience.When asking about free samples for a Girl Scout troop project, they didn’t hesitate to offer whatever was available. The staff is very friendly. They remember us when we come in. I love giving my basset and greyhound baths there and it's very convenient to my work and home. The food pricing is just right for my little home "zoo".

This store is a little gem in hiding for sure! It's a very small boutique style pet shop with all kinds of goodies for your pets. I loved the store setup and they have an array of products that are all natural and healthy alternatives for your pets. The staff was great and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. I will definitely be returning and referring people to this store.

I love the convenience of the dog wash! The wash stalls are easy to use, clean and they provide the shampoo and conditioner. Basic wash is abt. $15.00

The store looked neat and clean and had a variety of pet goods including dog toys for my little dog. The evening staff were nice and knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit there. The staff deserve a better salary to afford living costs which continue to increase four times a year. Retail work is hard and thankless with few benefits. Two of my family members used to work in private and chain pet stores.

I buy my dog food and wash my dog here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I would reccomend this store to anyone.Update: Staff are still great and as friendly as ever. I was very disappointed it cost me $15 to wash my dog today. I bring my own shampoo and I am done in less then 45 minutes. It used to be $10, but I will have to rethink this at $15.

Return was easy with my receipt. Store is fully stocked with all types of animal needs and animals, birds, ferrets, kitten. Most surprising was the dog washing service, very popular on the day I visited. Who knew?

This was my first visit. Love the selection, staff, and store. All of the animals are well taken care of and happy. The staff is super friendly and the store is well organized, clean and has a positive environment. This is now our regular pet shop. ✨️

The pets at these locations are always well taken care of. I’ve been very happy with the health and care they take with the fish tanks. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to purchase fish or have questions on how to care for your tanks.

Such a nice place. They have self wash for $10 too. Lots of products. They have little animals and fish ans reptiles and the sweetest black cat for adoption too. I got a cool dog toy from there today and. My dog is so happy. There very helpful and nice. They help you load up something if its too heavy for you as well. My first time here :)

Was the first time we've been in there but was Pleasantly Surprised at how nice everyone and everything was. MIA acted like she was at one of her favorite stores back home. Me and my girlfriend have been searching for ferrets for quite a few weeks at a ton of stores. Finally called Pet Supermarket on the phone this morning and spoke with Samantha, who was very helpful and informative. About an hour later my girlfriend and I showed up to the store and were warmly greeted and Samantha remembered who I was and helped us with the entirety of our purchase. Now our family has grown by two beautiful and healthy ferrets who have already settled in to their new home.We are so happy with the level of professionalism and connectivity we experienced at Pet Supermarket. We highly recommend this store, not only for their competitive pricing but their friendly atmosphere. Plus for us they are really close to our house.
