If you’re walking in for a Starbucks coffee be mindful of the fact that they take call ahead orders so you will be waiting at least an extra 20 minutes for your coffee. And made in order received regardless if your there at the counter in person. They can only fit 3 people behind the work space and they are working tirelessly back there non stop. Those poor ladies.

Today is the worst day of my life coming to this store. I went in earlier today to buy salmon fish with vegetables for dinner. I cooked the fish and table was set. Boom! Fish was tasteless and rotten. I called this store, someone sluggishly picked the phone and hung up on me. I called again, she picked and “ she insist I MUST bring the cooked fish to the store before any refund can be issued”😡😏. I literally left the veggies zip locked the rotten fish and went to kroger. Getting there, I requested for the manager after 15mins someone showed up smiling. I told her what happened. She take the fish from me and trashed it. Now I want my refund, she referred me to the cashier who angrily left she didn’t answer me. I had to go back to customer service, she insist I show her the fish . Now I was getting angry and ready to cause a scene. I waited for approximately 30mins because the cashier said she was waiting for the manager just to make sure she has the rotten fish😳. I’ve been a customer since 2016. She eventually issued the refund without any apology. Customer service is 0 zero! I’ve never ever seen anything like this in my life. I will go to HEB henceforth. Who on earth brings rotten food back to the store? My God. People are so cruel, evil, mean and greedy. No one apologized for my time, electricity and gas. When you’re done chasing all your customers, the store will be closed.

Love shopping here when I go inside the store. But everytime I order delivery. I always click no substitutions and they always substitute anyway. And they bill you twice, the first initial charge and then the updated charge. Then have to wait 3 to 5 days to get money back. Great store but terrible delivery l

Kroger Corporate I hope you are reading this!I purchased a $100 Home Depot Gift Card from Kroger Marketplace on 1 Dec 2023. When I went to scratch off the back to expose the numbers and pin in order to use, the card was delaminated and the card number and pin completely illegible. I went to Kroger customer service at the store and they referred me to their 1800 customer support line. After numerous discussions, sending numerous pictures this matter has yet to be resolved. Despite me explaining each time that the numbers are illegible and why they continue to ask for a better image that shows the number. I have had to follow up via phone and email several times ... never has the initiative been from the Kroger side. This matter supposedly has been escalated once before and call again today (1/15) and it was escalated a second time. The call center is Asia and they are nice but completely clueless.Kroger you are making me feel like I am guilty until proven innocent over this whole matter. Like I am trying to commit some sort of fraud. You have my $100, I am very upset, and you are going to loose a customer if this doesn't get resolved in the next few days.Kroger corporate step in please! (the only reason I posted one star is because a negative zero star rating was not an option)PO'd in Cypress, Texas

Be careful! They hide the real price!The cherries are marked as 2.99/lb, but it was 5.99/lb at the checkout. Even if I clip the digital coupon and rescanned it, it was still 5.99/lb.Remenber ,check the prices of all your items!I went from coming to Kroger at least once a week to once a month after buying expired bread last year with no apologies, but now, I never want to this Kroger.2stars for the lady working at the self checkout.0 star for this Kroger.

You know I typically love Kroger, but this last visit really grossed me out. Saw not 1, not 2, but 3 people holding dogs in their arms shopping- including one sifting through the bare vegetables. I love dogs, but I don’t want food products and dogs together- it’s just unsanitary and a health code violation. The workers didn’t even care when I told them.

Self check out Bert #5 makes a horrible high pitch noise when in use. This will impact children and adults that are sensitive to noise. They’re been asked repeatedly to repair the belt, but they never fix it!!!

Store I have been using since it opened,, love the location meat, produce , bakery groceries are great. I have a couple complaints milk & dairy products seem to be very close to expiring dates , my major complaint is the grocery pickup area. Message comes to pickup , at home you can notify that you are coming in text but when you get to store and type in your spot 90%of the time you get an error. The sign says go to app and take a picture of spot. , good idea but wifi sucks so bad you can’t get through so you have to sit and wait until someone finally brings out an order. There used to be a number you could call and get someone’s attention eventually.Suggestions:Fix your communication problem (wifi or text)H-E-B ‘ s system works faulesly copy itPut a camera to cover the pickup with someone monitoring it.Take the covers off the entrance door so employees can see the area.Have an intercom setup like sonic.Go back to posted phone number directly to pickup are not store operatorPut down a device that sounds a bell to get someone’s attention.Tonight I notified the store via the app, got to store 7 minuites later, texted my park location got message failure, tried again same result the tried to open app so I could take the picture per your sign , communication error again 25 minuites later I got my order.Totally Unacceptable. This has happened the last four times I have picked up groceries at the Kroger 290 & Mason area Cypresswood.I love the store but this problem has been for a long time and without a fix you will continue to loose customers, talking to others tell me they experience the same problem.

This Kroger increased the formula price when taxes on it went away, so they took as an opportunity to profit off margin from families trying to feed their babies. The heb however has lower price on the same formula and didn't try to take advantage of people.

Restroom was clean. There is a unisex bathroom there. There is also a Starbucks and a bistro with seating. Also a sushi bar end a candy bin section where you can choose your own candy or nuts by the pound. A good selection of pre-made sandwiches. A very good selection of grocery items. Aisles are marked appropriately and the staff is very helpful. Convenient self checkout right near the exit. Easily accessible from the road and handicap parking andd entrance.

I’ve been coming to Kroger for years now. Ive had bad experiences before but always believe in second chances, today was it for me. I spent over $300 in groceries to have them shoved in bags mixed dry items with cold items etc by the manager on duty. I was never greeted or even acknowledge. If the leader acts this way what can he expected from the rest. My first experience was last year on Valentine’s Day, my chocolate strawberries were growing mold, when I noticed them I went back to get a refund and expressed how dangerous this was to the manager on duty. She never apologize and just told me to go get another box. She never even gave me eye contact but rather continues to work. I’ve had to deal with two managers and both have had a poor attitude. Will not be coming back.

Placed an online order for delivery. Received a call at 1:30 and stated they attempted to deliver my groceries but the address was no good… total lies. They suggested I pick it up, the store is nearly 30 minutes out of my way. So I had to request a refund and and run out at the last minute for dinner items. Thanks for wasting an entire day waiting for groceries and holding nearly $100 for another week until it’s released by the bank.

The floral department is wonderful. I have used Timena for several years to make a relative's birthday bouquet. I take in a container/vase and she does her magic with the roses. I wish I could post a picture.Thank you Timena!

Kroger has an app that allows promoted store coupons online. The app or website doesn't always work correctly. This is the second time I've had a problem with obtaining a coupon promoted in store, online. If the coupons are mentioned in store and there is a technical issue with the website or internet, train the front end to accommodate the customer. Please train these kids to verify the due diligence of the customer in obtaining the coupon online and over ride the price! Morgan amongst others repeat over and over to the customers that they will get in trouble or fired if they accommodate the customers with a coupon that's online! Clearly if im going through my email to verify the email woth krogers im part of the krogers loyalty program. Which is designed to get my email so i can receive promotional offers! That is ridiculous! if you see a customer of any age or group trying to get the coupon online on their cell phones and it's not working Accommodate! The minute the customer contacts customer service their going to accommodate the customer anyway! So don't send the customer through all of that. Fix it in store! I could've went to Walmart, HEB or target! But I chose krogers, TRAIN BETTER!

Really disappointed with this location. I’ve shopped at Kroger for years but I’m done. Friday I was told one thing concerning a digital coupon and Saturday I was told something totally different. They refused to accommodate so I’ll start shopping at the HEB next door that’s always busy. (There’s a reason for that!!!)

Being talked down to and blown off by the Store Manager really is the last straw! Now to choose the inconvenience of driving to another Kroger, or going to the better store and fighting the huge crowds at HEB....
