I have to put a star doesn't let me put zero. Vet literally said not to waste his time. I paid 85 dollars for the vet to take me dogs temperature and review her. Doctor is out his mind. My dog has a yeast infection and her paws are red because she has allergies. He told us it was 75 dollars for an ear swab. Proceeds to tell me that my dog needs her food changed and if I need to change my other dogs food if I have another dog. Which is irrelevant to the situation. Said treatment for my dogs ear which I know it's yeast she's had it before in her ears would be 300.00!!!!! Out of his mind, then tells me if I won't follow what he says don't waste his time. WTTFFF. He also told me to get a care credit card because he would be paying the interest until I pay it off. A complete joke!!

This “vet” is NOT HONEST and certainly not gentle with our dog that’s in a great amount of pain. Tried to use our dog’s pain to get us to pay outrageous prices and told us no other vet would be able to do oral work in Houston area. Don’t assume your local clients haven’t worked in the field before you start spewing lies. I wish my wife would have checked the reviews before going here. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Wish I had read reviews before taking my pet here. This vet uses a calculator to give you total cost and then takes a “deposit” without giving a written itemized statement. They said “oh we will email that to you next week”. When we kept asking for statement the following week is when they got nasty. They way overcharged for medication, $100 for Gabapentin!! They charged $85 for a medication they never even gave us and did not respond to request for a refund!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE !! Lesson learned!

Do not go here! The staff was initially friendly but they are terrible with communication or helping at all after services are preformed. We recently moved and I called to get the my pets records, I was told that she was to busy to send them to me but the new vet could call her to confirm. I and the vet have been calling for days with no response, I have no hope that I will be getting my needed records.

Happy pets vet on 529 and Barker Cypress is a great place to take your furry animals.. They help me with my dog and cats .. They are very kind and nice . And I would recommend this place to everyone

My dog had surgery. It costs $1100. That was without bloodwork as the doctor suggestion.When the stitches were removed, The following day it reopened. I was upset and decided togo to another vet for a 2nd opinion. My options there were staples or re-stich which I was adviced would cost alot of money. I decided on the staples. The staples did not hold. At this point I decided to go back to HAPPY PET VETS. guessing stiching is stiching. I was advised by allowing another vet to treat her I voided our agreement.I was told it would be a new procedure and the cost is $400. Said my dog caused it or I caused it.I had to go to another vet tore-stitch. It costs me another $1000.Happy Pet Vets wanted cash. What the heck is wrong with me. I guess I was so concerned about the dog, I didnt realize what I was doing. She had 2 mases on her left side. My dog didn't and hasnt looked well since. Two months later still not herself.This doctor doesnt care to much. I couldn't believe he wouldn't fix his mistake because I got a 2nd opinion.The people itself seem to be nice people. After 22 years their business practices are not where I want my dogs to be. Do your research.

Great grooming service! The staff especially Jacky, welcomes the customer in the most friendliest way. She does amazing grooming on our big furry baby and also handle our little dog really well as she have bad anxiety! Our dog also comes back happy and greets her when they see her.

This is the ONLY vet I will go to in Houston. He takes such good care of my babies, well dogs! Anytime my dogs need care, he tells me exactly what they need and the cost each step of the way. He is so gentle and loving with them. The front office staff is always responsive and schedules me in right away. I appreciate him more than I can say!!!

Please just take your money elsewhere. They just want your $$$. Its cheap for the initial visit, but anything after will be expensive. I took my cat here and they wouldn't even let me go in the examination room with him. They wanted to look at my cat in private. Then once they were done reviewing my cat, they talked to me in the main lobby, instead of giving us the privacy of discussing my cats issue. Very unprofessional.

My dogs used to go there. I had 3 dogs n they got old n died. One of my dogs was very ill, was about to put her to sleep. Doctor saved her it was expensive but worth it. She had to take 16pills a day, doctor got the medicine from overseas. She had blood clots all over her. She lived 10 more years later Thanks to Dr Ansari. God bless 🙏

This will ALWAYS be my vet!!! They have taken care of any issue my fur babies have ever had. They groom them, board them and will always squeeze them in no matter how busy they are. They are seriously the best vet I have ever had. I drive all the way from Pearland to Cypress to see them and will never ever change.

This is the 2nd time I have been here for services for my dog and let’s just say everyone here is so friendly and caring. It’s never too packed like other places and I can honestly walk in here when needed and get services done same day and not be told to wait two weeks for an appt for something so simple like a nail trim and file. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area and the prices and very reasonable!

If you want to waste your money go to this place!. I brought my dog because she had an ear infection and they charge me $65 at the beginning then they checked my dog and they said “oh it is because it humid” so they send a “medication” 2 bottles $400 hundred. Basically they stole my money with authorization. What happened with my dog? She still in the same situation and worst!!!. They never took care of her they didn’t take the time to check if she has any allergies or what’s going on with her skin as well. Horrible place ever!! I thought I was a good opportunity to take her over there because of the good reviews but nope. Bad service, too expensive. Not worth it!!

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at Happy Pets Vets. I took my puppy in last week for his second vaccination, as well as his wellness exam. Dr. Ansari was very kind and informative as this is my very time raising a puppy. My puppy also spent 4 days of boarding at their facility. He was very well taken care of & even groomed! Jackie sent me updated pictures and videos of him while he was there, and her & Hunter greeted me with a smile when I picked him up from boarding. I know he is in good hands at Happy Pets Vets. Highly recommend!

ALERT!! This doctor is THE BIGGEST CROOK. it’s all a scam.I brought my kitty due to a high fever. He made me wait and when it was finally my turn I was asked to wait outside the examination room. 5 minute later he opens the door and tells me that he had a very high fever. Duh! He wanted to test for herpes for $225 and when I refused and ask him to treat him for his current symptoms he said he’d give him a shot and meds to take home. Since I didn’t call for his TEST SCAM he over charged me for every single thing. He doesn’t care about no pets. He only cares about himself.LOOK AT ALM THE BAD REVIEWS. check the o le on YELP as well and the very unprofessional way he replies to the complains. He is a total JerkHe heartless charged me $385 for a 10 minute visit and meds and my cat didn’t even get better. I do not know what he really injected him and he did not give much care recommendations. Just to give the kitty its meds and ring him back in a week because he say an ear issue. My experience was poor. The vet's assistant was the only good experience. The vet never introduced themselves. They did not even seem to listen to my concerns, that I brought in about my pet.They focused on only one issue, charged $40 to look at some stool to see if there was blood, which even I could have done. Then without any actual reason or idea of an issue, wanted to burden me with extra charges, like pain meds, antibiotics and special food that per the vet 'my pet would have to eat the rest of their lives', though again, no evidence of any issues. My pet wasn't in any pain or even in discomfort.The whole experience seemed more about $$$ than understanding and addressing my worries.

This place is terrible and extremely money hungry. I brought my french bulldog here because she was extremely sick suddenly so i did not have time to look at many places for reviews and the places i did look at they did not accept walk ins so i had no choice and i know this place is always empty but i see exactly why. The doctor told us my dog could die from the medication and just walked out the room with no remorse to our feelings. They gave her the medication because we just wanted to do everything possible to make our baby better the bill came out to over $900 for some calcium shots … $900! she later passed away that night they didn’t let us know that she could possibly still pass away once she was home or anything we took her home thinking things would only get better because that’s what they made it seem like. that was not the case. This place is terrible the doctor does not care about the pets or you, just the money. Would never ever recommend this place

My dog was in pain and they were able to take her late in the day, last minute. The Vet Tech was super sweet but the Dr. was rude from the start and not compassionate at all. The Dr examed my dog (no blood work or anything, just with his hands) Told me she had pancreatitis and got a calculator out and told me it would be 1250.00. I asked if we could get her fluids just until the next day so I could have her see her vet she goes to regularly. He said it would be $500 and it would not help. Also told me that testing her would be an extra $500 so I should just treat her with his recommendations. He sure made it seem like if I didn't she could die. We left and took her to her primary vet the next day. They did blood work, antibiotic shot, nausea meds, trimmed her nails, gave us 2 bottles of meds to take home. It was $290. We are on day 3 she is back to normal. The fluids they gave her were only $20 , this Dr. told me 500!!! He also was rude when we told him about taking her to her other vet. I wish I turned when he greeted me with " what do you need" when i walked in. The Vet Tech was great and the convenience of the $80 dollar appointment was the only positive but it wouldn't matter because he just wants your money. This place is TRASH!!!! He will take advantage of you when you are vulnerable! I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I have been taking my dog to Happy Pets Vets for a while now and I absolutely love them!! Great customer service (Jackie is awesome), Mozzie (my dog) loves them too and they’re very reasonably priced!!We use their grooming service as well as their vet service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
