Literally Born and raised in Cuney. Never had a problem with bad customer service almost anywhere in east Texas until the last few months. The ladies were always super polite and cheerful. Very helpful, positive and made you want to spend your money. They always had the best suggestions. Now every time I come in the Curly hair kid never knows what I am looking for, he always claims it is “out” or they don’t have it, and gives poor customer service. Since we live in a pretty dry area. It’s a shame someone has to drive another 25 mins to another store just because of the recent changes here.

Customer service could be better. Went in to spend quite a bit on a wedding party. The employee was rude and pushy. Acted like I was burden. I put back what I had and left

They're the only store of any kind that is within 12 miles of me. So yes I gotta love the convenience and the girls are pretty nice also. They carry everything I use Nd drink at great prices

A very nice selection of liquors, offered in a clean store that has plenty of parking. They do charge an additional 5% if you use a credit card. Prices in general are fairly high, but there's not enough competition to force these stores to lower them. Beer is probably less expensive at your local market.

Happy friendly faces, always ready to help. In and out quickly and... they have a drive thru window if you don't want to get out and go in. I love to look at the selections and check out what's on sale. Say hello to Carla, tell her you heard it from Sue!

Friendly staff! Wide Selection! They have an awesome discount when sign up & purchase that week's selected tagged items, save 5%. It's a way to try new types of drinks. And I may be wrong but I think that's off your entire order. Maybe not.

The employees there were very rude, if I could give 0 stars I would. They didn’t let me nor my other 3 cousins purchase alcohol even though we all had GOVERNMENT issued IDS. They let us walk around over 10 minutes, watching us grab more than 5 bottles & didn’t tell us we couldn’t purchase until we placed the items on the counter. (Where they have us attitude & dumb reasons as to why we couldn’t purchase)

I walked in to Fat Dog today, 9/26/14, wanting to purchase a bottle of tequila. The bottle I wanted had a sale shelf tag below it stating the price of the bottle was $28.59.....cash. When I asked the register clerk what the bottle would cost if I paid by credit card the clerk noted it would be the regular price of $34.59. She mentioned something about a debit card, buy not owning a debit card, I don't recall what she stated. I told her it was ridiculous to charge me six additional dollars to use a credit card. That is an additional 20%! I know credit cards upcharge merchants for credit card use, but they don't charge an additional 20% for sure. I turned around an left the store. I can find it less expensive elsewhere without feeling ripped off by Fat Dog!

I didn't buy liquor, because I was only trying to use the bathroom. Bathroom didn't work. It was shutdown they said. As far as liquor it seem fine though.
