They had actual cashiers and customer service was great. It was refreshing to have that kind of experience, because it's not like that at other Walmart stores across Texas. Especially, in the big cities.

I was there to return an item. The line was long but I didn't have to wait too long. Employees were courteous and nice. Good experience overall. That's our to go Walmart because it's the closest to where we live out in the smaller towns.Good work Cuero Walmart employees.

the store is okay but oh my gosh the bathrooms are beautiful so clean and the mirror is too die for the light around it is beautiful and the walls are amazing the white tile is chefs kiss so beautiful and it smells so good. 100% if you go here check out the bathrooms.

Every time I go pick up a curbside order, there are empty cars parked in the pick-up spaces. My last online order was charged to the wrong card, and I'm waiting for them to refund money to my card. I'm going to have to return things even though I canceled the order immediately when I realized they charged the wrong card. There is always a long line in store and not enough checkers. Service is worse, not better.

Changed review to 2 stars from previous 5 because I went to get oil change and service tech refused because he said I had a bent oil drain gasket. Took my Mazda to Aztec Ford in Goliad the next day, and they did oil change with no problem. I asked them if what Walmart technician said was correct and they said they saw no problems. Nor did they have a problem doing the oil change. If they had found a problem, they would have told me and charged me accordingly to correct it. So I don't know why Walmart refused. AND when the female Walmart employee at the counter got the technician up from the back to explain his refusal to do the oil change, he aggressively asked, 'do we have a problem?' it was weird, aggressive sounding and uncalled for. As for my previous visits, the rest of the staff were very nice people.

Great overall!Holiday clearance can be a pain because they throw everything on a shelf and say 90% off but not everything, actually, is. It doesn't always show you on the app, either.

For one they need a better management that don't looks mad every time you go in then you can barely find help when you go in there definitely maybe if the management didn't look stuck up all the time it would be a better place to go yes I can go somewhere else to shop but I don't because I like it and only if they would carry more 3xl shirts I would shop more it needs better management that greets there customers with a smile because the ones that's there needs to learn respect if they don't like there job go work somewhere else

I was in the sporting goods area, looking for a casting net, and could not see them anywhere. The woman working in the department told me they were probably out of stock, then walked away. I figured I’d have to find one elsewhere when, to my surprise, she l came back with one. I am very thankful that there are people who work hard, for very little, that actually still care enough to actually go above and beyond for a random customer.

We came in late in the evening to shop for Christmas decorations. By the time we were done, it was close to closing. There was only one register open with a cashier. The self-pay registers were over crowded and the registers were cash ONLY. WE, however, needed to use two payment options. We ended up having to use a cashier. Our line was at least 20 people long. There really needs to be more than one cashier register opened during the Christmas season. The store hours need to go back to 24 hours.

Asked clerk location of RV supplies, she said "a couple of aisles over". Went two aisles over and no RV supplies. Asked another clerk and she said two more aisles over then walked over there with me - which is what the first one should have done. Customer service just isn't what it used to be!

This use to be my favorite Walmart location but it seems to be going downhill. Yes variety and selection is no where near what it used to be. Especially in clothing. A woman can't find any decent basics there anymore.However the employees are still kind and polite. They are knowledgeable on the limited selection they do carry.I have to say that since I wrote the 2 paragraphs above that this Walmart location has come a long way. The floor plan layout and just overall esthetics of the place has improved tremendously.. The selection still has not. But the other improvements are still taking place so in place so I can only assume that selection is coming. Can't do it all at once and I understand that period fingers crossed everybody pray for it.

I only over to go Walmart as a last resort. The enployees are not helpful and they do not always have what I am looking for. The prices are good on something but horrible on others. Their bathrooms are always a mess.

Some some staff members are great helpers other staff just point and say aisle six or I'll seven when a special needs person like me legally blind needs help they just tell you oh also and so you can find it there that's not the way it should be they should go and they need to help you I think it's so rude of them that's why sometimes I get frustrated with the Walmart staffs when I see the ones that do that but I'm very proud of the ones that do go and help me find what I need especially since I cannot see that well thank you to the ones that do help I appreciate you and I hope you get raises and I hope you do good God bless
