The Texan was wonderful. Lots of food and snacks and drinks to choose from. You can also shop for all kinds of things made right here in Texas. All kinds of souvenirs and items that will make your Texas vacation fun. If you are already a Texan such as I, you will appreciate all the Texas merchandise. The restroom is large and clean.

Wow! What a cool little truck stop. But don't let that fool you, they have everything you need. The food variety is unbelievable. It reminds me of a mini Buc-Ee's. Even down to the private bathroom stalls, which are very clean by the way. I stumbled on this while on a road trip. I had Jennie and Erica waiting on me. They were so nice. Big thumbs up.

Everything was clean. Bathrooms clean and had toilet paper! Soap in the dispensers and paper towels in machines. So much better then blow dryers. The only problem I had was nothing priced! They had some really neat things but I didn't want to bother the cashier to see how much things cost every time I picked something up. I would have bought more if there would have been a price.

I love this place it's always super clean and has the friendliest staff. Everything I've eaten from here has always been really good. It's my go to for barbacoa tacos & they seem to be available anytime day or night. Now I'm also hooked on their fresh made potato chips. They pretty much have anything you'd need.

Got a sliced brisket with hardly and brisket but a massive chunk of brisket fat...but still a awesome store with awesome ppl hopefully I have better luck next time

Like ever time I stop there this place was clean from the front door all the way through to the restrooms. The employees are always friendly and attentive. The hot food grab and go case it is always full and I recommend their fried burritos.They have a great selection of beach/river accessories along with some bbq grilling stuff.On this trip I got a bacon cheeseburger basket and it was on point. The bun was toasted, the bacon was crispy and hung out on the edges. The patty was juicy and had just the right amount of thickness. Overall it was a good value for the money and I recommend it. The lobby area was clean and inviting. Watch out Buc-ee’s you have some completion and honestly I feel The Texan gas station are a better value for the money.

I bought banana bread from there last night for my grandpa an he couldn’t even enjoy it because as I opened it I noticed there was mold underneath where they have the sticker with the price. Please make sure you’re throwing out any expired or moldy products.

Super clean restrooms. They sell lots of convenience store stuff. Grill with a pretty full menu. Don’t buy breakfast food unless it’s breakfast time, the tin-foil-wrapped breakfast tacos were nasty @ 10:30 AM.

Love their food and staff. It's a truck stop, so yes it costs a little more, just like any convenience store. Some of the best burgers and tacos around. I usually visit the Cuero location, but will be using the new Victoria store more.

When we visit Cuero, we always have to eat at the Texan! Tony did an amazing job preparing our large food order tonight!!! I will always recommend the Texan!

Kids working there lazy and unattentive to store. Out of maybe 10 coffee pots not a drop to be found. Ordered a sandwich and after 20 minutes still not even started.only 2 or three other people in the store. Kitchen staff looked like they needed to work on their personal hygeine. I got my money back and left.

Why does a station raise gas prices just before the storm. Right as people are trying to get out of town. All of THIS, family own Gas stations, did raise prices while all the others didnt... all the stations had gas lines but The Taxens. (in Cuero) Join us in the BOYCOTT of this gas station, that "WON'T LET A DISASTER GO TO WASTE" And profit from it.I'M NEVER GONNA GO THERE AGAIN.

The Texas Pecan Coffee is very good!! Prices are convenience store prices...what you would expect at this convenience store. Nice restrooms.

Its a truck stop and they have a restaurant in there which has pretty decent food they sell gas pretty much anything you want so it's an okay place
