I found 2 little puppies that someone had dropped off in the field yesterday, Called the Sheriff and they put me in touch with Pet Adoption, these ladies were great, they took the 2 puppies with little hesitation, they immediately fed them and made appointments for a check up and shots. This is an amazing place.

I absolutely love this place and the staff especially Linda. Dogs are in nice airy kennels with their own recliners.

So I’ll be honest, I’m not super happy with this place. I paid $75 for a very sick cat. I didn’t know she was sick until I brought her home, of course, nobody told me. While I do appreciate Linda paying for the vet bill for the cat I did adopt, bringing a sick cat into my home has only made my other cat terribly sick, as well as put my unborn baby at risk (I’m 6 months pregnant.) I’m disappointed because I was told she was up to date on shots, flea treatments, heartworm medicine, etc. which is great! What I was not told is that she has an upper respiratory infection. Now my other cat is sick with an infection as well as bloody stool. I paid $75 for this? I am so disappointed.

Where do I begin? Not enough hours open. Dogs are too adorable. No options to adopt a baby hippo. That volunteer knows what she's doing. In short, I've never been here

An impulse stop on way to Gonzales led to my adopting little Lulu (her ears had me at hello). The shelter was clean and Lulu had been kept in a cute puppy room, not a cage. The shelter director Linda was friendly, informative and helpful.

They gave a dog found in the center of a busy road-a chance. This dog was just days until she would give birth. Cuero gave this little girl a safe, clean place to have her puppies. They had a vet check her out. All the puppies were adopted. And I adopted the mother.

Absolutely love volunteering there. Its a peaceful place for me and i love to be around the animals. The staff is wonderful. Very nice and the women there have alot of love in their hearts to do what they do. Its a 7 days a week job for them. Linda and Myrna are very wonderful women.

Linda and the staff of Pet Adoptions work very hard to care for all of the lost, abandoned, or otherwise poorly cared for animals in Dewitt county. They deserve all of our support, and gratitude for providing this service for our community.

Pet Adoptions of Cuero provides a very good service for the Cuero area. The facility is clean; everyone is friendly; and, they really care about the fur babies and try to find good homes for them.

If you're looking to adopt a pet, look no further! One of the best pet adoption places I ever visited! These people are all about animals welfare.Unlike some adoption centers that are just in it for financial gain.

I don't understand animal control in the city of Cuero. There appears to be more feral cats in this town than there are people, and expecting people to keep dogs on leashes seems to be a foreign concept. Google asked me to review the "Pet Adoptions of Cuero" because I viewed their website...the only reason I viewed their website is that I wanted to contact the Animal Control Officer to stop someone from walking her dogs off leash and sh...pooping in my yard. But contacting the animal control officer is either not possible or definitely not worth the time and effort.Again, don't understand the situation, pet adoption is not animal control.

Treated with disrespect by Linda herself. I don’t recommend adopting from here. I worked here for maybe 2yrs and these pets come with sickness and fleas!

I dropped some puppies off they did not charge me the fee because I had taken them to the vet to get there puppy shots but the lady was a little rude, just praying the puppies got adopted she told me since they were black and white that they wouldn't get adopted..., praying for the little guys
