Pharmacy doesn't listen . Told them I needed the blood monitor for my arm and told them did not need reader and was still sold a $70 dollar meter I did not need and no monitor. Will not take it back and have to pay another $70 dollars for monitors that I need . Lady behind counter even admitted I told her I didn't need that meter , now I'm stuck with it and don't have the monitors to use with it. Update , they took care of me on the device once it reached corporate. I glad they did but should not had to go that far.

This is a great store. Employees are helpful and professional. My only complaint is the drive thru pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s the customers dropping off new Prescriptions and waiting for them to be refilled, but I’ll sit in line behind 3-5 cars that are at the window for 10 minutes or more. I pull up to pick up my meds and it takes 4 min.

Used to be able to go into any HEB and go to any product, but now they move things to get you to impulse buy. Also, carry mostly their brand and have cut out many of my favorite brands (particularly those cheaper than their's)

Did a curbside order and had to wait 30 min. Half of my products were brought out plus some extra items and had to send the lady back in for the rest of my stuff and sent her with the extra stuff. No point in doing curbside when your here for over thirty minutes.

Poor selection of products. Have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to Victoria just to get better selection and much better quality. Waited at the bakery counter forever till I was waited on. While employees stood around and talked to eachother. Clearly this store needs lots of help, and better employee staff. This business is getting like all the other businesses around town no care, passion and only there for a paycheck. Find better employees who CARE about what they do.

Although there are still supply issues across the economy as a whole, this store in particular has many issues maintaining or acquiring stock on any random product. Sometimes this is inconsequential, sometimes you have endure more trips to other stores. Usually one. The staff used to be decent, but newer staff members seem to be less personable. Checking out is also very problematic. There's often 3 or 4 people in a line, if not more. And that's not unusual during slower hours either. Other than that, it's a pretty average store.

Clean carts. Clean store.why hide the kid's toy shopping carts way inside? Couldn't find them until checkout when they couldn't play with them. That sucked. Race car kid carts are always nice. Really like this HEB better than the Vic ones.

I love my friendly hometown HEB that has stood the test of time and kept doors open and continues to try to keep things stocked during all the world crisis and inflation!! It's a blessing to have this store because I have traveled to other towns and believe me nothing compared to my HOMETOWN HEB!! NOT TO MENTION THE DIAMOND MR.MORRIS THE STORE MANAGER WHO IS JUST A RAY OF SUNSHINE!! WE ARE SO BLESSED AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR MY HEB!!!

I shop here often since I live in town. I know since the pandemic has started that some items aren't always available but it seems like every week (or twice a week sometimes) I'm always leaving the store without a handful of items because they're not available. Yet, I don't have this issue when I go to Victoria HEB. I know its a smaller store but it's difficult trying to figure out what all I'm going to eat during the week when a good number of items I need aren't available. Every once in a while I'll try to use the app to find things inside the store and it's not always correct (some items not being in the place it shows or not being available at all in the store). I do wish they would get some self check out registers for the people with a few items. I can't tell you how many times I've been third or fourth in line to check out. There doesn't seem like there's enough cashiers to check out customers or everyone is shopping for a weeks worth of groceries at once, which makes it hard to want to go at certain times or come here for just a couple of items.

Had to review H‑E‑B again. On a Sunday I placed an online order. It was 27 items. WOW!, an hour and ten minutes later I had all my groceries sitting on my kitchen counter. Amazing service, no hassle and I love not dealing with the crowds. H‑E‑B keeps getting better and better! Thank you H‑E‑B.

This store is probably better than I deserve, and certainly better than the original HEB in town. I truly enjoy shopping here and appreciate the folks that work at this location. Well done, HEB!(-1 star for not carrying a better selection of box wine, specifically Bota.)
