Wow, so disappointed in the customer service that we have today especially in the Walmart in Crowley!Driving my daughter in law car and it’s pouring rain and her wipers fell apart!I stopped in right before 11 and they said I could run in and grab them ! I literally ran through the entire store , not one of the gentlemen or anybody offered to help me in any way what so ever! Not a big deal there but when I got up to check out, the young lady was checking herself out then closed the register and would not even say a word to me! Nothing just stared at her closing coworkers who were all just having a pow wow about their weekend to be!!! Walmart ok, you wanna cut costs have a responsible adult who knows how to cut employees and send them home if not being productive. Have someone who respects the fact that customers are choosing to come shop with you and welcome them and make them feel needs and appreciated the reason this gen X is as it is because we allow it allow it to happen!! So driving home now in rain with no wipers! Thank you so much!!!

I have never seen a Walmart or super center this nasty all the vegetables & produce are rotten. Walmart head quarter needs to come & shut this store down or the health department apparently this is not in a high end area so they don’t care. Truly disgusting will never stop here ever again

I had asked for help from 2 workers (once to find ice packs, and another while I was in the check out line), and was brushed off both times. However, Jose, with the 3 crosses tattoo, stopped what he was doing, took me to the ice packs, AND helped me bring my 3 carts to my truck. Jose was absolutely amazing, and I was so grateful that he was working tonight, because every other interaction with the Walmart workers SUCKED. So kudos Jose. You're awesome!

Its was ok... I was doing my shopping trying on belts and purse... to see what i was goong to buy and I had security following me around like i was going to steal from Walmart. I felt very uncomfortable after that so i just stop looking around shopping and i cut my time short there because they are so judging and racist. I have money to spent and buy what ever i like... for me and my family. My experience shopping there could had been better and relaxing peaceful... that's the reason i decided to go shopping for some stuff to take my mind from other situations.God is Good still everyday

Sold us fake air pods and won’t refund or switch them out for real AirPods. Claim we swapped them out or pretty much accusing us of fraud. If u consider buying electronics especially air pods from this store definitely open them in the store because if u walk out the store they are going to insinuate u swapped them out when they have crooked employees who can do stuff like this and whoever doing has a bulk of them cuz the air pods have the same fake serial numbers. The store manager won’t even try too speak with you knowing the situation and trying to reach out to him. Store manager name is Jason and this store is ran poorly for letting good people who spend their hard money with them and getting screwed over. Store lead Brittany has a horrible attitude. All around horrible experience at this store. Advise anybody too go to another store for ur Apple products because they will tell you it’s a manufacturer problem when you purchased them from them which makes them an authorized dealer for Apple!!! Check your items before you leave that store.

Today around 8:07 PM, after going to self-checkout I was having some issues with the machine, the self check out lady was no help and playing with her phone doing nothing to help customers, a lot of wasted time, and rude employees. And is more.... after got home I noticed that the pasta package have some visible nibbles from a mouse, and that Walmart at Crowley TX is probably infested. Here are some pictures... Just be careful people.

This Walmart sells counterfeit electronics. On February 29, 2024, the Walmart in Crowley, TX sold two pairs of counterfeit AirPod Pro 2s to my friend and myself, hours apart from each other. We have confirmed through the Apple support team that the AirPods we were sold are indeed fake.We have both been in contact (in person and over the phone) with Walmart for days and they refuse to exchange or refund either one of us for the counterfeit AirPods they sold us. Even though they have a 30-day exchange and refund return policy on their electronics. They also refuse to check their inventory to ensure there are no other fakes in stock so this doesn't happen to other customers.My friend and I have been scammed and are now out over $200 each. We just wanted to exchange for the product we paid for and Walmart refuses to honor their return policy and help us out in any way. We've talked to Apple and they have told us this is a Walmart issue. Someone with Walmart is swapping out real product with fakes. Whether that be at the store, at a distribution center or on the truck. DO NOT buy electronics from them.

Sometimes using the self scanners is a real hassle. Tonight 3/8/2024 around 21:30 some Juggernaut looking kid who's name is Daniel or David was standing over me like I was stealing or something at self checkout.. I would appreciate it if I was treated like a good customer.unless I prove otherwise..SELF CHECKOUT IS A REAL HASSLE...I WAS TOLD BY THE MGRES THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO BE SO AGGRESSIVE BECAUSE WALMART HAS PLENTY OF CAMERAS.

I do not review Walmart but this location was great. The shopping was the same but the customer service was a little different. Casey who checked me out because I refuse to use self check out...not only rung up my merchandise but she also bagged and placed in buggy. Thanks Casey for giving Walmart a different look. You exceed my expectations.

Delicious food at this Subway.....some bad language from the young man working there while we were eating, but he was nice while serving us. Not wanting my two-year-old repeating that type of language.As far as Walmart goes..... it's Walmart.....they did not have all the products I was searching for, but I'm still happy with our visit. This is a scam? My son saw a paw patrol item in the clearance section and seems suspicious. We went to the paw patrol section and it was with the same price. The problem is that in the clearance section the price says that before the cost was $40 but in reality it was $23. This is really wrong.

Good store overall. Many Check-out lanes had broken equipment, and the scanners were unable to read the Bar Code on my phone to transfer the Scan N Go items to the register so that I could pay for my purchases. Had to go to several registered to find one that was working. This store needs some help getting the BROKEN EQUIPMENT REPAIRED.

Never received my order. Told that it was a 3rd party delivery service so I have to go to the bank to dispute it. I signed up for this Walmart + to have Walmart argue with me, lie, steal and hang-up on me.

This is my preferred Walmart while in Burleson. It's easier to access, not as much traffic as Burleson, and not as crowded. It was a joy running in, running out without a hitch.

Store using prime store parking spots for order pickup , had to circle area to find a spot , spots being taken up by regular store customers , narrow parking in one row. From 2 directions . Not safe very congested

Always check your receipt, I have been overcharge a number of times. My coupons (non-expired) have not been discounted nor return to me.
