They were very helpful, had everything we needed, and the door looks so nice! I think they had even more to offer than the other locations. We might have bought a ton since there were all kind of goodies. I love how the inside of the store looks. It looks a bit like an old western village. I love it. Everyone there was kind and very helpful with all our questions.

I was a little skeptical when I walked in. I don't know I guess I'm just old school. When I pay for customer service when I visit an establishment I expect customer service acknowledge that I'm there. But once I broke the ice, the communication open up, to sell something to me. I would like to go back on another time they actually have a lot of great things for your dogs cattle farm your yard. I love it because it's small and intimate.

I love the small town atmosphere. All the employees are friendly and willing to help. Upon entering the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and "How can I help you. " Upon leaving the store "Do you need any help to your car." ..Keep up the great, friendly service and I will continue to be a customer.

My first time in and they have everything I need. Everyone super friendly and, Kimberly…whose as excited as I am about my new horse was great. Lots of good information and everyone was really friendly. Worth the drive from Arlington to Crowley!

Really good store. They always have what we need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Been shopping there for years and still make the trip to the Crowley Rd store even after moving 25 minutes away and even though there are multiple other options a lot closer.They truly understand the level of service it takes to keep customers loyal....I’ll pass 15 of their competitors to give them my business. Easy 5 stars

This is the best store ever and I always leave with more than I planned to buy. I love the folks that work there. They are so friendly and helpful! I love the fact that my doggos are welcome and treated nicely by everyone in the store. Hands down the best place to shop for your feed, animal supplies, gardening needs!

I go there once a week to get grain for our barn Full Stride Equestrian. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and very nice. It's a great location to go to, always a quick in and out.

Decent selection of products. Service sucks. I went to purchase mouse pinkies. The asked a young kid to help me. Of course one kid cannot go alone. It takes four teenage boys to act like clowns to get a mouse pinkie. I complained to the women at the register. They just looked at me. The “teenage boys” from the warehouse should do their clowning at home! Never again!

Went in for a humming bird feeder chain and to check them out. Friendly atmosphere and employees.They have the healthiest, greenest (sp), plants than all the other places I have been to in the last two weeks. Only checked out one price, tempting to buy it because it was so healthy, and they were not overpriced.

I first started going to this store for feeder rats about 2 years ago. It USED to be a mostly positive experience. Within the last 12 months the experience I have with the store has gotten worse. The last time I visited, I waited 25 minutes to be helped before I ended up leaving, no one ever came to help me. I asked the front desk twice for assistance and was told both times that they would page someone. It never happened and I watched 4 people sit at the counter cracking jokes and laughing, as I say there waiting to be helped. Not one word was said as I left.I will no longer be a customer to a store or brand that doesn't value the time of its customers, especially those who have been a customer week in and out for 2 years.

Great feed store. Clean. The animals look well cared for. They have live rats and mice for those who are looking. I've also gotten a mini pig and some chickens from here. All of the animals I have are doing great! I get my feed from here, my rats and my chicks from here. Nice store.

I love this shop. The staff is so wonderful and helpful, especially those ladies up front and I can get everything I need, including my organic chicken feed, and have it loaded up right away. They have a great selection and you'll be hard pressed to find a more helpful staff.

This is a great store for dog food and supplies. They have a variety of treats to choose from that are sold by the pound that our dogs like. The staff is also very nice and willing to help out if you have any questions or problems. Even when the parking lot has been packed, the wait to make your purchase does not take long.

This was my first time coming in this store. I told that to them, and they gave me the grand tour, showing me where all the items I needed on my list! My little Exotic Micro Bully has everything he needs in THIS Store! Me and Trash will be back! Hope we see you there! It's clean and well stocked too! I loved my visit here!

Had all the needs for a large variety of pets. Very impressed with the reptile section.. rodents could be cleaned more often and Glass tanks are not good for them cause lack of air flow thats the only issue I have

give this place three stars because of the cleanliness, but Ive been to a couple other Russell Feed stores and the people were awesome! at this particular location a young lady with red curly hair assisted me in the pet room and was very rude and gave me attitude when she talked to me as if I didn't know anything about animals and I don't appreciate animals because I've been caring for mines for a very long time. would give this place another try hope for a better experience.

Brand new store is spacious enough to include many varieties of what you are looking for, yet sized for personal assistance if needed. LOVE the carry out service! (And my teenaged daughter thought the teen that carried our items for us was cute 😊) We Will be back!

I really like this shop. They have an incredible assortment of items considering how little floor space they occupy. Every time I have shopped here employees and fellow customers alike have been very helpful and friendly. Their prices are competitive and I prefer to support the local brick and mortar over the internet.

We got a recommendation by our pet supply store to come here to get an antibiotic eye ointment for our kittens eyes which had eye infections. They were super friendly and super helpful in finding the antibiotic ointment. The store is very clean and neatly organized, too!
