So last minute I brought my service dog here to get her nails trimmed our regular lady who normally does my service dogs nails was not at work today at Petco since I travel for work I needed my service dog nails trimmed done at the last minute) didn't catch the girl's name to trim my service dogs nails but my service dog seemed nervous on the grooming table almost fell off the table multiple times ( which it really kind of pissed me off but I was holding my composure and being really nice to the lady) and at one point my service dog got her neck caught in between the leashes holding on the grooming table which did not seem safe due it was up about maybe a good 2 1/3 /3ft high.... my dog kept pulling her paw away and the girl seemed a little bit frustrated then pulling my dog front left leg aggressively.. but my service dogs nails don't even seem like they've been trimmed down enough but the whole time she was standing there talking to my dog but she just seemed like unprofessional didnt care on being compassion and patience to my service dog and not pulling a dog's paw aggressively which I did not like that at all... I mean she did trim her nails but but I get it we came in at the last minute around 1720pm and understand that it was time for y'all to get off at 6:00 you still could have had a little bit more patience with my service dog I think she should have been more patience with my service dog even especially with her being a service dog and will not be bringing my service dog back to this location ever again. I stated multiple times that she was my service dog and she should have acknowledged that she's a service dog and should have treated my dog a little bit better and made sure that she was okay it's sad that I was standing there the whole time and I did not like the way how she was dealing with my service dog

There are 3 big box stores available for my pet needs close by. I think the employees could have better attitudes towards customers if they want to keep the doors open. Sadly I have had run into rude employees more than once here! Great deals not so great customer service!

The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. It's always clean and well stocked. I wish the self dog grooming spot was enclosed, my dog hates getting bathed and it worries me she'd try to escape.

I have been to this store in person a couple of times and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The store was super clean as well!I have had to order online a couple of times to get some dog food.I have to say I love the note, joke, lint roller, and origami I got today from Kirstie with my online order! It made my day 🐾🐶 🏈

When this location first opened it was great. Now customer service has dropped to almost nothing. Requested help with crickets and was told someone would be with us in just a min. No problem, we went to wait with the crickets. Almost a half hour later and still no help. Went to the front and cashiers were too involved in their own conversation to even acknowledge that I was there. Sad but will take my buisness elsewhere in the future.

This is one of my favorite stores for my dogs. Between all the selection of wet and raw dog food to the massive selection of dry dog food and the amazing treats selection. This is truly my one stop shop for any animals.The staff is amazing as well, they actually care which is so rare nowadays to have. I highly recommend coming here if your looking for a new place or sick of your current place you get your animal supplies.

Natalie was amazing with our puppy! she was nice, respectful and treated our dog so well. Dylan has been amazing as well when we visit the store. The reason for minus 1 star is for Rachel in grooming. She is a debbie downer. She had such a bad attitude about our puppy getting groomed. She wanted to throw it in our face that our 4 month old husky was howling. Well Karen I mean Rachel, she is a husky and that's what they do. Maybe you should know your breeds better. I would also suggest that she be a little more happy and not so negative. It would create a much more happy environment not for just the puppies and customers, but also the other employees there who are just trying to enjoy their job and make the most of it. Again, this store is GREAT! Rachel.....not so much. I gotta say, the entire staff with the exception of Rachel was great! I'm hesitant to go back because I don't want Rachel anywhere near my dog. She seemed so annoyed by our dog and I feel like she would be more forceful and less patient with her than the rest of the staff. We called prior to our appointment and Rachel happened to have answered as well. She was extremely short with us and treated our questions as though they were dumb and a waste of her time. "self explanatory" is the words she used to describe a puppy bath time which the website doesn't include a description of what is involved in it.

Rachel is a fantastic groomer! Our golden doodle Maddie Belle loves Rachel! Rachel worked in our local Pet Supplies store in Arlington! When she moved to Crowley we were devastated! We moved with her because she was so good with our Maddie Belle! We now travel to Crowley each time we need to have Maddie groomed! If you have a Golden Doodle we highly recommend Rachel!

Major Dog Mom Review: This was literally the best grooming experience I have ever had. My dog is terrified of getting her nails trimmed because she has always had her nails cut too short and it results in her nails bleeding after each service. Previous Vet offices and groomers have always told me that this is normal because my dog has all black nails, making it difficult to see the quick. A friend recommended Rachel at the Crowley Pet Supplies Plus and I am so grateful. Rachel was AMAZING. She catered to my dog by first letting my dog warm up to her and sniff the grooming table area, then she picked her up to place her on the grooming table ( my dog has a bad leg and cannot jump up). She also allowed me to be in there for the nail filing service to comfort my anxious dog while also allowing me to provide support for my dog due to her having a bad leg - ALL WHILE educating me on frequency/ recommendations for future services. The appointment was quick, educational and best of all- my dog’s nails were trimmed WITHOUT any pain or bleeding. I will definitely be using Rachel from now on. SO excited to have found her!

Had a terrible experience here. My mom usually stops here and gets things. We came in tonight at around 8:25pm 9/1/2023. My mom was trying to return some items(which were in a bag we brought in)that she was told she could return the items(when she first bought them in July 2023)but she was told that couldn't return the items due to it being over 30days of purchase. I was walking around and my mom was looking at some CBD for dogs and I came back to where she still was. My mom assumed that one of the employees there was sent to watch over her. As my mom got two things to check out I take the bag we came in with to put in the car and went back in and the lady checking my mom out called the manager and the manager accused is of stealing. I told the manager that we came in with the bag and she straight out said no. I went back to show her what we came in with and then the manager left and the lady checking my mom out gave her her money and didn't even apologize. I feel as we were racially profiled because we were the only black people shopping ot there. PLEASE DON'T EVER COME HERE!!

Best Pet Supply in Burleson area!Since the day this location opened, the staff has been excellent. They are always helpful, very informative, and very interested in our dogs.They helped us find the best food, good treats, and always love on our German Shepherds.The Self Service pet wash is great. They somehow keep it as tidy as possible. I have used the groom shop as well and they are excellent.The only problem here is the insane volume of traffic in this shopping center, but that is not something that can be changedJust stay alert when walking to the store in the lot with your pets. Traffic to other stores zooms through

Rachel is an AWESOME groomer my grandpup Sony minature Poodle has been going to her about two years, when he started in the Arlington Sublett location then my daughter moved to Dallas and we still bring him to her, even though he tries to be fiesty, she is VERY patient with him, awesome service!!!!!

Love this location!! Very friendly and helpful staff! I come in weekly to give my dog a bath and the staff always greets me as I walk in play with that pup and ask several times if I need help while giving my dog a bath. They also listen to the customers and ask for feed back. Asked about the dryers to be warm and the next day I come they are warmer! My dog loves it!Keep up the Amazing work!

Had a great experience today. Came in for a dog bath and had a question about nail trimming. Natalie was able to help me out with my dogs nail that had become a hook and catch it before it became a problem. She was great! Definitely will be back

The store itself has a good selection of supplies. On the other hand the groomer that was available for my dog did not follow the request of how we wanted our dogs hair cut. Will not be returning for grooming.

I love this place! I'm very picky about who grooms my pup, Olivia, because she's 14 and gets very nervous. I've been having to drive 25 minutes away because when I picked her up from a certain big franchise groomer nearby she would always come home sad. Once PSP was built I thought I would take a leap of faith because it is less than 10 minutes away from our home and would save Olivia the long drive to and from the appointment. I have never looked back!! They treat Olivia like she is their own dog and are so kind to her. Olivia comes out perfect and beautiful, wagging her perfectly groomed tail every time I pick her up. I'm so grateful to have PSP in the neighborhood!

I have come in multiple times with my Great Dane and recieved service that goes above and beyond.JP went out of his way to help me bathe and control my tiny pony. Pet Supply is by far the best pet store around. I've been to 4 different locations across DFW and every store has had great employees. They are so friendly to me and my pets. They genuinely care and want to help. Great selection of food, toys and accessories. Can't complain about the prices and even if they are higher I'd still go for the overall experience. If you have pets or getting pet gifts go to Pet Supply. If you plan on going more than once make sure you sign up for their rewards program, it's very worth it.
