This is not a good store! Nasty...unorganized...boxes everywhere. If the employees were paid to be on their phones then great I get it...but if not get off the dam phone you're not paid to watch videos all day do your dam job after all that's why you were hired.

Store is nasty, employees lack motivation, if they worked like they do their phones, more would get done. The sidewalk looks better than the floor inside. Most of the aisles are blocked. I am grateful for the store but, more could be done with stocking, customer care and cleaning the store. Corporate needs to stop sending trucks weekly, let the store employees do the ordering, it is computerize nowadays. The floor is an accident in the making and that store room is a disaster waiting to happen. Around the register looks like a hoarder's house. After building the new store it seems that corporate; management want it to fail. Yes, they need to be paid according to cost of living, maybe it would be some motivation. God bless them all.

If Zero stars was an option that would absolutely be my review.We came to the store this evening at 8 pm, the doors were locked and lights off. Two employees Marissa and another female were inside closing. I took pics of the front of the store and signs indicating the hours of operation. It clearly states the store closes at 9pm. Nothing else was posted on the windows or doors indicating an early close time.While taking the pictures, Marissa opened the door and told me they were closed. I explained to her that nothing was posted to indicate the store shouldn't be opened. She became rude and I asked if I could contact the store manager. She told me they couldn't give the number out. I asked for the corporate number and again the same thing. Due to her rude behavior, I finally asked about her attitude and they way she was speaking to me. She ended up shutting the door after I told her I located corporate's number online that it was available to the public.This is not the first time I have had a bad encounter at this location. The manager in the past has also had a bad attitude and now the employees as well.With all of that said, I have had a few employees that have been kind to us everytime we have shopped at this location so for those select few, I wish I didn't have to write such an ugly review of this business. For the rest of the employees and managers that have absolutely no customer service skills, I wish this business would send you all to training or let you go since you are representing the company as a whole. I have and will be contacting above this location in hopes that the rest of the customers do not have to deal with such inappropriate behavior.

I have been an ongoing customer here for 3 years now. The store is always clean, the shelves are always stocked, the employees are friendly, hard working, on the ball. Kila knows the inventory very well, and I have seen her cleaning numerous times. LaDonna is extremely accommodating. Alley is professional and friendly. Everybody is a joy. I shop several times a week here. I am very happy with this store, its employees, and merchandise.

This store is very dirty, most of the aisles are blocked with merchandise carts and very little inventory on the shelves It used to be a very nice store to shop in they had things that Dollar General doesn't carry. It was very disappointing.

It was nice to get out and go to Crosbyton. There are a few things Family Dollar offers that Dollar General does not have. I appreciate having another choise.

Today family dollar took more money from me than they should have because an item would not ring up they bypassed it by charging me for a more expensive product. Such laziness. Get a grip
