I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and will no longer purchase from here. Bought 2 pallets of St. Augustine and ends up having only 3 layers each of St Augustine and the rest of Bermuda. Gave them a call just to hear “it’s all the same, we don’t accept take backs or do refund”. It’s not the same! Be prepared to get a nice looking pallet of sod to end up uncovering bunch of dead grass.

The lady at the front desk is so sweet. She gave my two girls a quarter each for the gumball machine. She totally made their day! She is also willing to order anything you need that they do not have in the store. Way to go above and beyond. I am a huge supporter of shopping local. We will for sure be back to buy more chicken supplies.

Our landscape company has been dealing with Walton for 4 years. When we first started they were our go-to sod supplier. Low price good availability a good customer service. Then we noticed our pallets coming up short barely covering about 380 to 400 square feet feet. Lately their availability is very spotty, the last several times I've called for sod I've been put behind loading trucks. As a regular customer I had hoped I'd get better treatment. Q several times lately I've given the benefit of the doubt and I've tried to start doing business with them again. But it seems every time I meet with customer service issues. We have started using Cornett grass from the champions. The price is higher but the consistency is good and it delivery fee is reasonable

Purchased 2 pallets of grass after the freeze. Majority of it was brown/ dead. Told the guy about it when i went to go pick it up in the field that the grass looked bad. He response was its not bad or dead grass. Well he was right its not dead grass but it sure is not good grass either. So.i went a bought MURF TURF THE GOOD STUFF AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PIC HOW GREEN IT IS AND I PURCHASED IT 2 DAYS AFTER I LAYED DOWN THE Walton grass that is brown almost 3 moths later with crab grass growing through it

Good prices for grass but you come here before lunch and they know you have to get your grass loaded out of no reason they just stop And start lunching knowing you be here waiting an hours and still waiting until they finisht lunch come on

I called about bulk mulch because I wanted to make sure someone was available to load it up before I went through the trouble of getting the trailer ready. I explained and asked specifically about that. The girl gave me a specific time to be there about 30 minutes from then. When I arrived she said no one was there to load it. She made a phone call that started in English and switched to Spanish and then she told be no one would be there to load any mulch today. Thanks for wasting my time.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff only problem was they didn't have small enough bags of feed for my needs, but bigger bag was at a very reasonable price so I got 50lb. instead of 5. 😂
