OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Nice folks, good unloading, checkin/checkout. You can ovnp at dock. The best way is to enter the driveway leading to the store off of Hwy 90 Bus.rte/Beaumont Hwy, this sets you up good for backing to dock, if you come in the other driveway it's a blindside back. There's also a graveled/dirt area just before the driveway on Hwy.90 Bus.rte/Beaumont Hwy. that truck park at during good weather.

Good place to refill propane if you want to save a little money compared to an exchange. Bad place to get propane if you want assistance in a reasonable amount of time. Takes at least 15 minutes to get service every time I come.

PLEASE HELP THE BABY DUCKS! The store is selling a lot of poultry but the problem is that they mixed the smaller baby ducks with the bigger baby chicks. These baby ducks and chicks were also very tightly packed in a container and as a result many stepped on each other. It was so crowded that 2 ducks passed away, they were both being stepped on by the bigger baby chicks. We let the personnel know about the situation but the only thing they did was take out the 2 unalive duck bodies and a very weak duck who seemed like it was not going to make it. It was so sad to see! After the first employee didn't do anything, we contacted another employee and asked her if they could add another container or separate the chicks from the ducks for the sake of their well being but she said that the manager didn't let her do anything despite the witnessing of a chick poking the ducks in the eyes and their body. It is very inhumane the situation in which these creatures are put in. They are not things they are babies and they need help. Please TractorSupply do something about this.

Tractor Supply is great even for pets. My lab&pit mix loves Traxtor Supply. She even gets a bath there. And they have a Vet that gives shots

Scott, the store manager, is really good. He went above and beyond to do an online return that my company had gotten. He was on the phone with people for about 30 minutes figuring things out and making sure that it was done correctly. I don't do 5 stars very often, but he deserves it.

They are friendly and have great customer service! Kevin and Rosie did an awesome job at helping with items we were looking for. I recommend coming to this location for great tools and outside ornaments.

I went for dog food and got deworming and then the VET visit.. treated my puppy like a king.. filled me in with all kinds of information.. the customer service is the best.. with I could give them 10 stars..

I don't normally write reviews but the exceptional customer service I was given deserves it. The Cashier Jodie was exceptionally helpful with all my questions. She took the time to ask how my day was and created a very friendly atmosphere. Good Customer service is hard to find these days.Keep up the good work Tractor Supply!

So today we went to go get chickens from this place. We have been going for the past month to get them but they are always sold out. Once we get there there is only seven left which we are fine with. This other couple soon comes in and wants some too. We decided to split them 4:3. When the lady comes around to give them to us she says the minimum is 4! Now do the math 7 is not divisible by 4!!! They told us that only one of us can get chickens but the other will have to come back and the other three will be cared for. She did recemond for one of us to buy it then split it outside. Because of this we ask to speak to the manager who was sooooo rude!!! She said that there is no absolute no way that she can give one of us 3 or else they would be “flagged”! We then ask to speak to the district manager and starts complaining about us to him or her. She said, “But this is what tractor supply taught me!” We end up just st splitting it outside. We love tractor supply but the manager was so rude and don’t think she should work there.

I did an online order for home delivery on Friday morning around 10 AM, for a pressure washer, shop vac and garden hose. Received all three items by 2PM. All items were well packaged and worked out of the box. Great experience.

I wish I could rate zero stars, this store is absolutely horrible when it comes to management. Where do I begin? I’ve been coming in for a while now, and it seems like every-time I enter the store, John , the store manager is yelling at one of his employees.. He speaks to them with no respect at all, and the last time I was in there I heard him making racial comments towards his own employees!! that is not how you treat someone who works at your business, or speak to anyone period. I felt so bad for the employees that they have a manager as disgusting as him. He is very touchy with female customers, I witnessed myself! I was just trying to find a specific feed and he touched my shoulder and down my back as he guided me to the correct aisle. He made me very uncomfortable and all of these interactions and experiences with the store, I will not be coming back.. this used to be my favorite store .. it’s really sad how poor management has become ..

If I could give no stars I would for my last experience I would! I usually prefer this location because it’s cleaner and everyone is nice, like today a young gentle man was nice enough to go to the back to see if they had what I was looking for and did, but once I got to the register I got Jodie at the register a blonde that both times I went threw the line she had an attitude with my boys that are 2 and 5, but the second time she told my 2 year old to stop because he was bring loud asking for chips. I get he was being a little loud but he’s 2!!!! If you don’t like your job, find another one ma’am! Sorry this experience with her ruined it for the other good employees there!

Love this store! I asked for help getting a large bag of dog food. A young man came put the bag in my cart and waited at the register and took my basket to my car and put it in my car. And said thank you have a good night. What a great store. They all are very helpful. Great customer service.

The new GM is very unprofessional I have been coming to this store since it opened spending roughly $1000 month on feed I'm ready to bring my business else where if he stays. The atmosphere with employees has changed they use to always seem so jolly when you would walk in and now it seems like if they even make eye contact they will get in trouble. They are always have to work short handed so there is always a long line. It's as bad as going to Walmart trying to checkout. I use to love coming here I loved this place but over the last few months its really gone down hill. I really don't want to take my business somewhere else I will feel like I am abandoning my family but something has to change.

For some people this tractor supply may be a good place to shop, but for me on my very first visit when this place open I had a very negative experience with one of the cashiers. As my luck have it the solution I needed, Tractor Supply was the only one that sold it, so I had to go back. Somewhat decent experience the second time around.

They are well stocked, reasonably organized and had just what I needed. The clerk was speaking with an elderly woman as if they were neighbors and was very friendly to me as well. My only knock is that there was no reference material to tell me if I was getting the right filter for my lawnmower. I had to read each package instead.

Isella is amazing. She is such a hard worker and has the best interest for the customer in mind. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but the place was pretty packed and yet everyone demonstrated such good team work. Thank you!

We were just here about 10 minutes ago, the lady working the register on 10/13 @ 4:50 I had a return she did the return and then had the nerve to ask me if I could go put the item back up I was like what are you serious thinking in my head thats not my job. They should really talk to there co worker and or write her up this is pure laziness as I have worked in customer service my whole life!!

Jess and Mike were very helpful to me and my grandfather, Jess went and found then brought us the range cubes that we needed and Mike checked us out quickly and politely and helped us unload! Great customer care :)

I’ve been there twice, both times I left empty handed because they were out of the things I needed, and had to drive to a different Tractor Supply. I probably won’t waste my time coming back. To be fair, staff was friendly both times, and store was well kept.
