Everything was good until I made it to the register. The card reader quit working with the customer in front of me. The cashier was saying that they just redid the entire store and had a grand reopening, but didn't do anything to replace the faulty card readers. I had to take everything off the conveyor and get into line at a different register.

This location (Crockett, Texas) refused to accept my military ID to verify my identity at customer service. When I asked her to have a coworker come help her, she asked me to step aside so she could close out my order and help someone else. I understand no-one wants to be held up in line, but no, Im not going to be pushed aside and hope she came back to me. Under no circumstances is this acceptable. The staff need training ..... and decorum.

Wal-Mart has just about everything and less expensive for the most part. This visit was almost a chore but after getting all on the list except for one item, I asked an associate. The associate Cheerfully showed where the item was and didn't act like I was interrupting her groove. I give it a Plus for grooving employees, variety of goods and cost.

I've come here quite often for work and have done shopping as well. The staff is usually friendly and most of the time they have what you need. There's only been one thing I wasn't able to find. The place has a small home town vibe and I like that.

This WalMart was really helpful! I was traveling and had bout my grandson a Playstation gift card (last.minute request)., only to discover that he had an XBox. I stopped at this store, 50 miles down the road from the other one and found an associate who helped me switch them out. They were kind Amadeus my grandson's Christmas very special.

The "Crockett Mall" is the best place around to find anything. The discount aisle has grown to two aisles now so that's a plus. Just wish the electronics and sporting goods section had someone that worked in the spot all the time so it wouldn't be so hard to get any help when you need ammo or something behind the counter. But besides that its A-1. ""Update"" The store is undergoing major remodeling. So it is kinda hectic trying to shop and finding everything for the most part. Some employees didnt know where somethings were when asked because of the change. But when they didnt know they stuck right beside us until the items were found making sure we got what we needed. Great customer service guys and i cant wait till it finished and everything gets it order finally.

Do not try to fix problem with this store because the so called evening manager KIM will walk away rather than solving the problem leaving you standing there with the problem unsolved. She walked away.

Walmart has committed to customer service. Most every experience I've had with this business, at this locale, has been pleasant.Routinely assisted with service-oriented employees,it's a wonderful location.Management is not having any issues running the business. I've noticed a straightforward approach to satisfying customers and maintaining a key service to the community reliability

I usually go to this location when my normal location is out of items. Always get what I need I do curbside pick up the longest I've waiting here was 17mins due to the busy time so definitely take note of curbside times for pick up that goes for any location

Looking forward to the updates with the grand reopening October 2023.It's due for a face lift.Staff is friendly and we can usually find what we need.The curbside pickup team is top notch! It's our preferred shopping method.Would love to see grocery delivery option at this location, but curbside is a good alternative.

Good location. Have had a few issues with the check out cashiers attitudes, but besides that, they ha e a decent selection of gluten-free, which makes life much easier for my wife and daughter. Clean appearance. Pretty well stocked. I enjoy coming here.

It's a Walmart, some of the employees are good, others great and a few are downright disrespectful (when they think you can't hear them with your headphones on).If you want to see people eating in the aisles then come around 7-9pm and look out for the chips aisle, really very entertaining.

They've revamped the store. All the Isles are easier to navigate. More summer stuff coming in, people there ate always glad to see you too.

I used to be able to rely on them for my large pick up order once a month. Now, their substitutions don't even make sense, items are missing, open packaging, and a total lack of professionalism by management. Last time I called before I posted my order because I wanted to make sure there were no issues this time. (We drive 45 minutes one way to use this store. I'm tired of the problems!) There was only one young lady in the pick up department. She needed to get her manager to answer my question. It took her 20 minutes to find the manager! In that time, I lost my time slot and couldn't even place my order! It's just ridiculous!

Great Walmart. Truck entrance and ability to park across parking spaces out front. In a plaza with a dollar tree & smoke shop for Vapers. There’s also a subway & Pizza Hut. Walmart was stocked & clean & bathrooms just inside to the right by produce. A little smaller & tighter than my typical Walmart but was able to buy everything needed to restock our truck. Easy in and easy out.

Crockett Plaza strip center off thoroughfare has a rural Walmart Supercenter thats smaller than most (a mini-supercenter??) that is clean and employees are polite, a Murphy gas station and a few other 'chain' type shops like ATT & Catos. Easy in and out for travelers.

Great place for almost all you want, friendly staff, and even friendlier clients. Get to know somebody while your here, don't be afraid to complement them or say something nice. You will be amazed what happens when you open a conversation.

It was great. They the cutest little girls attire at reasonable prices with great quality and care. The only thing I don't like is they never have enough lanes open no matter how long the line you just have to wait. Also the lack of little boys attire is so limited to me.
