Knox Furniture helped us reinstall carpet that had gotten soaked from a leak that we had pulled up and dried out. They did the job on short notice, and their men were experts and did a fantastic job, could not be more pleased and satisfied!

Jessica was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone there was so friendly! I was very surprised by how reasonable the prices were.If you need a recliner or nice livingroom or dinningroom furniture this is the place to go!I will be needing a new mattress pretty soon and they have a good selection of them also So I will be going back Local Friendly affordable and they deliver 😊

Although the quality of the furniture is OK, the customer service is extremely poor. They make promises they can't keep, they don't return phone calls, they don't follow up on orders, don't deliver when promised...I expected so much more from a small town business. I actually have 2 properties in the area that need new flooring in the entire house, looked at their flooring but after my furniture experience there is no way I would consider having them install 2 houses with laminate and carpet. I wish I had gone to Darsey's in Grapeland.....

Terrible customer service!! My husband and I inquired about carpet installation. The flooring manager couldn't have been less interested or helpful. After asking several times for measurements on a roll of carpet they had available he insisted it wasn't enough for us. The carpet installer came by to measure our room and closet and over measured by 13 plus yards. This would have cost us an additional $400. The manager explained this was the only way he could order rolls of carpet and we would have to just eat the cost. We were quoted for the carpet he claimed wasn't enough saying he would try to match it by ordering additional carpet to cover what we needed. For over $2000 up front I wouldn't want to just match carpet. We asked for a quote on a different carpet and neither him nor the sales associate were willing to go with us for us to show them which carpet we were talking about. The manager walked away and told the sales associate he would call his guy in the morning, not knowing what carpet we were talking about. It was obvious our business wasn't welcome at this store. After running a business for over 16 years I know how important customer service is. This manager hasn't learned that yet. His treatment towards us is a great way to run this business in the ground. I will be letting everyone know I can about this experience. Knox furniture lost our business and I can guarantee the business of a lot of other people. We do not recommend and would never refer to this store again.

I've visited this family - owned business and was pleased to find the quality of the products and the price. Not to mention the friendliness, willing to assist you with your wishes for furniture and/or accessories. Very pleasant & I've made several purchases!

Thank you for helping us!! We had evacuated to Crockett for the hurricane. My mother-in-law needed a recliner, there was none in the hotel. Knox Furniture had several in stock to choose from, and they delivered it up to our hotel room for no extra charge!!

Poor customer service. The owner was the person I dealt with and he hung on me for inquiring about a sofa that was purchased there that half of the price of the sofa had been paid for and the sofa has yet to arrive. Two delivery dates have come and gone and no call no show. The owner was very rude and he hung the phone up on me.
