This place is amazing! We were visiting Crockett from out of state when our dog needed to see a vet immediately. We showed up at this place, without an appointment, and they worked us in. Dr. Hanly was so nice and wonderful with our dog! Very thorough and didn't rush through the appointment. Prices were very reasonable also. Wish we lived close enough to come here for every pet and every visit!

Dr Mackey is amazing. We are so thankful we found a vet that cares about our animals & family. We had a sick animal; it was out of his normal range, and he sent us to TAMU to try and save her. In the end he had to put her down, but he did it in our trailer at the clinic and allowed our daughter (her owner) to be present. He has saved another and always quick to answer our questions and he is very knowledge. He doesn't make you feel like you are rushed or your questions are silly. thanks Dr Mackey!!

Dr. Hanley was by far the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She answered every single question I had BEFORE I even asked them. She was extremely through, knowledgeable, and personable. She was so sweet to my Panda and when I walked out of there, I knew I had gone to the right place. I highly recommend taking your babies to her because vets like her are few and far between. Thank you Dr. Hanley, you are absolutely wonderful!

These folks are awesome. Stayed after hours to wait for me. Dr. Mackey is a straight forward, tell you like it is man. He was honest, and told us everything that he was going to do for our baby, and he did just that. We had to leave him for boarding for aftercare, but I believe he will give our baby the best care possible for recovery. I have found a new vet that I believe I can trust and depend upon.

Dr Tyler Mackey is the best! My dog was attacked, DISEMBOWELED and left for dead by my neighbors 3 Mastiffs, on a Sunday. I'm not local, but Dr Mackey was open so I drove an hour, hoping she'd get there alive. He told me she didn't have much chance, she's in shock, about the worst he's seen, but I asked him to try. She lived through surgery, but had so much trauma, dirt, leaves inside her, broken ribs, intestines removed, muscles torn to shreds. Every day I asked Doc "is she stable?" Everyday he said "she's getting closer". She went through so much, but Doc hit every new problem hard, and after more surgery and long rehab, she's completely back to herself. Doc says she's a miracle, but she wouldn't be without him working so hard and caring so much. I'm convinced Doc Mackey gave my Lucy the same care he'd give his own beloved pet. I know he lost sleep, and gave so much of himself for my dog. The rest of the staff did the same, going above and beyond, and I'm sure they do the same for every animal they see. I can't say enough about Doc Mackey and the clinic staff. And when I got the bills, I was shocked as I expected to pay far more for the care she got.I have complete faith in this clinic, and we now drive an hour one way to use this clinic permanently, because I want the best for Lucy.Lastly, they put up with me being an emotional wreck like they understood, and never made me feel like I was in the way, even letting me mount a camera on her kennel to check on her at night. (I'm telling you, I was a wreck)Best vet clinic in Texas!!!

The Dr was very good and seemed genuinely concerned. We were never given anything for fleas like we had requested, we had to go to a different vet hospital for that. We had a longer than normal wait, however, and they were very pricey. When my daughter called to cancel an appointment they were very rude.

For 10 years Dr. Hanley and all of the staff (Jessica, Stacy and many others) have taken care of our family. She has cared for our many, many dogs (and hedge hog). She has patiently listened to our stories as if she finds them as funny and interesting as we do. 😄 She has also seen me ugly cry more than anyone else ...ever.. as she has helped us say goodbye to our many beloved pets. I have to also give a shout out to Dr. Mackey for his excellent care as well and extreme courage in dealing with our Chihuahua whom we will be re-naming Cujo after his last visit.

My cat had what I strongly suspected was a uti. I took him to a vet where I live locally where he was given some painkiller and was told it’s not a uti. Two days later, on Saturday my cat was frantically trying to pee and nothing. The lovely gals at the Crockett vet took the time, tested him in front of me and found out he indeed had a uti. Right away I was given a choice of a shot or oral meds and special litter for further testing IF NEEDED. The women that day were so nice and listened and actually helped. I’ll be driving 30 mins out of my way from now on to come see these lady’s. All my animals will become new patients at this vet. Thank you!

We live in Palestine and drive to Crockett to take our fur-babies to HCVH. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They always take great care of us and our babies. It's definitely worth the drive and we'll never take our fur-babies anywhere else! 💜 Palestine vets suck compared to HCVH!

This is, by far, the absolute best Vet office! We love this place! All of the vets are great. We especially love Dr. Curry. We are in animal rescue. They are always happy to accommodate the large number of animals we bring in. I trust them 100% with our fosters, and our own pets. The office efficiency is, bar none, the best as well. The staff is super nice, and extremely helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

Great place to take any furbaby you have! I went into office as a walk-in with my puppy (Whitley) and was seen within minutes. The vet-tech was awesome she was very informative and was very gentle with my puppy. The doctor calmed all worries I had, she did a very thorough exam and explained everything. I definitely recommend this office.

I loved it here. I took my dogs and horses here. I know people who take there cattle there as well. These people are great! And the prices are very fair!! The only reason I stopped going to this vet is because I moved away. Otherwise, I would use them forever!
