I've had positively delightful experiences while shopping at this store.The employees at the store have shown attentive assistance, exemplifying politeness and caring courtesy to its many patrons. Essentially, DG, is a key business to assuring the local customers have and get the things they need this small city as well as around the outer laying communities within the area.

Not a bad location, not as much inventory as some others I've been to. I really like the Dollar General app that lets you scan your items and see your total. It also shows coupons and lets you pay at the register. Every store should do have those features as well. I also found a 3 dollar Peach wine that is the first wine I have EVER enjoyed. I will be returning to buy more!

I stopped in to buy cigarettes. Their prices are better than convenience stores. The clerk was very friendly, the store clean and well stocked. I will shop here again!

October 2018: Very cluttered! Very sporadic! Kinda dirty! Will drive to Grapeland next time! (2 stars)Update: December 2018I left my phone somewhere like an idiot in DG (first time back since the last time) and someone stole it! I never found it! The staff was super nice, it was less sporadic, and less dirty! Still grungy but not so cluttered! So even though my $1250 phone was stolen, my rating goes up because the manager on duty went above and beyond to help me find my phone, and I have seen many improvements to the quality of the store! Will go again, without my phone this time! (3 stars)

I’ve been to multiple dg in my life and I’ve also couponed there and dg is one of my fav places to shop I do not agree how this one particular dg won’t allow multiple transactions on different account that your own family lets you use witch dg corporate allows if I could give this place zero stars I would but best believe I will be in contact with there corporate I hope this dg gets there stuff together and make there costumers happy I’ve been a loyal costumer to dg all over Texas and I don’t expect to be treated any different because I’m a couponer period.

Just left this location and had a terrible experience at a place that I normally shop once a week. I ran in to purchase some hairspray and a soda . While in the store I found a few other items and was heading to the checkoic and saw that one of my dear mother's favorite candy ( Brachs maple nut goodies were sale for buy 1 get 1 50% off so I picked up two and walked directly to the open checkout, which at the time all registers were open with no other customers in line. I placed my items on the counter and heard a voice from the left side saying " I'm over here"..I finally saw a thin , dark haired female employee coming around a shelf..I replied, " well I'm over here"!. I gathered up my items and walked over to the order register and the female scanned the two Brachs maple nut goodies and I noticed that the did not reflect the sale price so I asked her about the sale, to which she replied, "well they scanned at regular price...I went to the isle where the candy was and removed the sale sign and brought it back to her . She reads the sale sign outlouou as follows. " Sale prices good from February 15 to April 20th, then looks at me and says but it's already March ."..I left the store without the items....

Store is very dirty and it reaping of rodent activity and on top of that prices never ring up right i use the digital app and download my coupons every single time i put my phone # in at at this store it never works and the employees want to get attitude with me because they faulty system dont work today 3-14-19 i had to go back in the store due to being over charged for a item that was supposed on sale after you enter your phone number it supposed apply the sale price but it didn't and and when i told the manager and showed my receipt her attitude was not customer service friendly at all i finally got my refund back after having a argument with this manager so annoying this not the first time i had issue this have put a bad taste in my mouth with Dollar General at least at this location

I was in there yesterday May 3, 2018. I would like to say the place was clean and the girls that work there are very helpful and nice. Would recommend to anyone.
