So ... I have eaten at Dairy Queen all my life . I'm 53 now and this was the best meal I have had at a Dairy Queen!!!! The 3 ladies where all very nice and the shift leader was great 👍. All cleaning and doing there jobs. The food was so hot I couldn't eat it till it cooled down. Thank you so much. 💓 I have 20 plus years as a food and beverage manager and seldom as impressed as I was at this location. Give these people a raise and be happy they work there . Or loose them.

We have eaten a lot of Dairy Queen over the years and this Is the best one yet. Staff and service is second to none compared to other Dairy Queens. Wish we lived close to eat here more often.Kid-friendliness: My son got a monster sized cone for free from his kids meal bag. That was surprising for the size.

This dairy queen use to be good... not any more. The people there don't feel like working I guess I was in the drive thru and no one would speak, so I waited and still nothing after 5 mins, then I went to the window and waited and one of the workers seen us there and yet didn't come to the window I honked then some one finally came to the window and told me they shut everything down already and they aren't supposed to shut down til 9... so the way I see it if they don't want to do their jobs correctly then Dairy queen needs to hire better workers, don't try to go there in the evenings they will tell you the ice cream machine is down or it don't work, or it's out... knowing it wasn't the machine was cleaned and everything was shut down.... so please people start doing your jobs correctly, or find something else. It's super disappointing on how this dairy queen is running in to the ground cause of it pm workers.... so I will not be coming back to order in the p.m.....

Love the burgers. Chicken strip basket was very small for the price and hard as a brick and french fries were over cooked. Always make sure they count your change back to you.

I ordered curbside, didn't see any curbside parking signs or reserved parking for mobile orders, I entered my vehicle info, and I waited by front door, no other vehicles at the time. Then I had to go thru drive thru, seemed as tho food was already made and sitting on the side... Plus we didn't get our full order, guy at window was rude, never acknowledged me as a waiting customer, and I didn't want to go back about the issue, I'd rather not deal with that type of customer service. I won't go back. :/ Very dissatisfied

Do not recommend Dairy queen in Crockett, Tx. I pull in at 7:57pm cst and the employee at the door had a MAJOR attitude first of all. Then tells me the lobby is closed. I said y’all don’t close at 9. He said we close the lobby at 8. I said it’s 7:57pm. He said our clock is seven minutes ahead. He said there was a sign posted on the front door and there wasn’t. I tried calling twice to talk to a manager and no one would answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never supporting them again. Not going to support a local business when you get treated like that. 🙃🙃 hopefully I’ll take this to a manager🤞🏼

We used to go there at least 3xs a week. We ordered a combo meal and wanted to exchange onion rings for the fries. We did all the other times and wasn't much for the exchange. We went in and they said will be extra $1.95 to exchange.😡😡😡 Palestine charges .50 cents for it. Crockett is highway robbery. We left, never to look back. They don't serve chili dogs anymore either!😡 The best thing there...is the manager. She is very sweet.

Food was good (we have come to expect this at dq) but best of all they took the time to be sure they got the order correct for a person in our party with food allergies AND that it was rung up in the most sensible (and least expensive) way for us. Really impressed, this is rare at a fast food joint. THANK YOU!

Everything that you could do wrong ..happened and not corrected. While waiting in line got to the window was asked to drive around again. Order was wrong and so crispy it was like eating rocks. Tried to correct order and they never answered the phone ever. It was still Buis. Hours and they refused to open the door to use the bathroom since it had all been cleaned they wouldn't even look at the door as they mopped. Traveling , paying customer, rudeness, and wrong order, and did not correct the wrong too crispy meal I didn't pay extra for my order.This was a very disarrayed resteraunt just being completely honest I am surprised they are still in business oh yeah it's because there is no other fast food stops in that area people have no options! I was so impressed with this little Dairy Queen. The staff was all young Scholl aged boys so I was country going in but man did they change my mind. Very courteous, helpful, accommodating, and hard working. If they weren't waiting on customers they were cleaning up. Way to go Crockett Dairy Queen.

The visit to Dairy Queen after our dental visit in Crockett was a comforting experience. The dining room was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests, and the food was hot and delicious. The ice cream cone brought a smile to our granddaughter's face after her meal. We'r can't wait to go back for another enjoyable experience.

The staff was really friendly and the restaurant clean! I ordered tacos to go and they were ready very quickly! The price was reasonable and the food was good! Only the atmosphere was lacking...but it is fast food.

We stopped at this Dairy Queen on our way out from escaping Hurricane Laura (we live in Bridge City Texas) which is 15 minutes from Louisiana..I would recommend this place if you are on the backroads of Texas (Houston County) very friendly staff and the place was clean, food was delicious and hot!! I would definitely go back

I used to love Dairy Queen, the stores around Houston have poor products and staff, but the location in Crockett was excellent. Very fresh vegetables, perfectly cook hamburgers, hot fresh 🍟 fries. The tomatoes were red and juicy and the red onion was perfect. I would give 6 starts if possible

I drive all over Texas and eat at various places. This Dairy Queen is exceptionally clean and neat . The manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was fresh and quickly delivered.

“Fast food” applies as far as compared to other sit downs. There is definitely a wait, and you shouldn’t be in a hurry if in the drive thru. Other than that, food is outstanding for what it is. It truly is the “stop sign of Texas”.

The drive thru employee actually told me that I was hurting his business by not coming INSIDE to place my order... I told him that if it was an issue I could goto Burger King. He said my order for 4 people was too big and it hurt his inside sales for me to use the drive thru.

Showed up with 12 church members on a Monday night at 5 min to 8 pm.Were told Dinning closes at 8 and doors were being locked. We all went to Texas Burger on the loop instead.

I can't believe I'm saying this in America, but I, a white man, was racially discriminated against, at a Dairy Queen. I went in to get the five buck lunch, which the window cling claims is now available "all day." I tried to order one, as well as an order of the (also advertised on the window) potato skins and was told (by one of the many African-American women employees) that they did not carry the potato skins and that they had stopped doing the five buck lunch the day before. I figure that's not a big deal, DQ always changes around their deals, so I wasn't too surprised (though i did think it weird that all of these things were advertised on the window still).None of this was a big deal until halfway through my meal, an African American Gentleman comes in and orders the five buck lunch, as i had tried to do earlier, and was told that was fine. they gave it him, for five dollars. apparently, being white, i don't get to take advantage of that deal.My fiance and I also git explosively sick within an hour of eating here. we hadn't eaten anything all day up to this point, and felt fine until we ate here.i will never return here.
