The Deli needs to be shut down. Every time I go to the deli the employees working are rude. They will be nice as can be to the customers before me, but when I have my turn to order its pure discontent for me.

The hot deli food is pretty good, and they have a wide selection for a lunch plate. It's always classic Southern food, and they usually give you a decent bit of meat. Just don't go midway thru the lunch rush, because they will likely be in the middle of replacing the food that ran out, so you gotta go at the right time. Apart from that the prices aren't that bad so pretty good bang for your buck. Would recommend at least trying it once

Good place for grocery shopping. Has a pharmacy. Restrooms are falling apart. Tobacco products are in a separate building near fuel pumps.

Billy and Alfonso are the best management team! Always working hard to make sure the customer is satisfied! Above and way beyond normal customer service! Clean store! Feels like a family when shopping there. I’m an older woman who has no one and they’ve gone out of their way to let me know I’m not alone.

Friendly, local store. Always clean! I really recommend the bakery! Theresa decorated a cake and her attention to detail was amazing. Was definitely the focal point at the festivities! And the icing was delicious!! 5 stars!!

Porsha in the bakery was amazing! She helped me find an ice cream cake & offered to write on it since the cake decorator wouldn’t be there by the time I got off work. There’s nothing like good customer service - it doesn’t go unnoticed 😊

Very quiet. But clean store and courteous employees. Plenty of parking and the mainly had everything stocked. Plenty of everything as far as I seen. The aisles were zoned to perfection especially producez,paper, and chemicals. Just wish they were not priced so high like their competitors. But all and all good place to shop.

It was great. Bought a brisket and it was probably the best I've ever had and I was raised on a cattle ranch. They had a fruit and vegetable department. This was the first time I had shopped there. I will definitely go back.

They are okay! I haven't bought meat in awhile because on THREE separate occasions, the meat was bad! One time I made it all the way home with chicken, only to turn around to return it and have to get frozen chicken because, prolonging my dinner for myself and child even longer! It was a total inconvenience! The staff is usually very friendly, but be prepared to wait for a cashier to come up! That time with the chicken, I waited over 10 minutes for the customer service rep to help me! I only go here if I absolutely have no choice or time to go to Crockett or Palestine! 2 stars because the cashier's are always so friendly and apologetic, otherwise, would be 1 star!

Good service usually. I went in to get a chicken meal in their deli.I got a 3 piece meal that came with a drink and mashed potatoes and gravy. I got home and was trying the potatoes and gravy and could not handle more then two bites.I think someone accidentally put half a container of salt in the potatoes. My dog would not even eat it when I put it in his dish. Then I took a bite of a chicken leg and my whole mouth felt on fire. I asked for non spicy and he gave me the spiciest they had. You seriously need more training in the deli.

really helpful staff little slow getting to the front but they do show up. Which is something I have learned recently and moving to East Texas everybody here as slow as Christmas but they're just some nice weather doing it.
